This can be done a few different ways. One thing that will apply to all ways is it doesn't have to be blocky, it can be though. You do have a table that shows you things the like chat feed and the numbers for things like Tegg.

1. Certain real world things like appliances exist but it takes lots of redstone and iron to make stuff like that but certain foods like meat and stuff spoil so if you make a fridge you can keep it longer. The appliances that do exist are like the really old or basic ones you see sometimes, like the freezers that have the door on the top and you reach down into it for stuff or a single door fridge that maybe has a small freezer. We'll go more into detail about stuff like that later but in the world dying just means you respawn in bed and you're usually really disorientated. Plus whatever you had stays where you died but doesn't just disappear into thin air like in normal minecraft.

2. More like a hardcore minecraft world it's similar to the last one but dying just means you're dead. No respawning until some sort of plot device accures.

3. Normal minecraft type stuff basically with the minor changes at the top.
