So:

Hisuian Pokemon ARE technically kinds you can get... but it depends on the circumstances.

Yeah, HYDRA messes with Pokemon too (sorry- qwq)

History turned out about the same, wars just being... a bit more destructive

People think mutants come from... various things involving people and Pokemon (other theories are over-exposure to evolution stones, or ghost types, or yada yada yada depending on the powers)

Really it's just the same as the main story ^^

But the plot is similar too, just more comfort from the Pokemon and Trainers to each other

Remember: evolution doesn't equal age or exact strength. Looks can be very deceiving, and some people rely on that

Also guess the hidden angst /hj

most of the Hermits have up to three Pokemon, just so they don't go crazy trying to take care of themselves AND four other beings

Cute/fun ideas:

When their Trainers are astral projecting, Alex, Bdubs, and Xisuma's Pokemon tend to crawl into their laps or on their stomachs just to make sure they're safe

Pawniard is very particular about keeping themself sharp (literally), so Doc regularly has to help sharpen their blades (its their equivalent of brushing fur or petting)

Tony will occasionally have his Rotom hack into systems around him to play music he likes. It drove Fury crazy

When the Hermits and their Pokemon want a particular challenge during training, they'll swap around Pokemon and Trainers (you never know when that could be useful practice)
