Spring Cleaning
It was a spring evening in Death City. Flowers where beginning to bloom. Birds flew through the air making their way back from their long migration. Everyone was now taking advantage of the new season with some spring cleaning. This was the case at the pumpkin house of the magical cat, Blair.
Along with her friends, Soul and Maka, the cat could finally clean her cluttered attic. She had a problem with collecting things that interested her, so over time she might have gathered a large archive of random knick-knacks. When the three arrived, the cleaning commenced. Everything was placed in boxes and neatly stacked. Halfway through an object caught Maka's eye.
The meister held a elegant collar cover in rare stones. On the front, a silver tag read Blair's name. It looked valuable, as if it cost millions. "Hey Blair, where did you get this?"
Blair examined the collar. "I got this a long time ago, on a trip I took to England."
Maka seemed interested. "When did you go to Britain?"
"I think during the 18th century."
Both Soul and Maka looked at the cat shocked. "YOU WERE ALIVE BACK THEN!" They both yelled in unison.
The cat looked at them embarrassed. "With my magical powers and my nine lives, I can probably live forever."
She looked once more at the collar. She then looked back at the two DWMA students. "Sit down kiddies, Momma's going to tell you story."
"A long time ago, I was a stray, yet adventurous kitty. I loved to travel, see new things, and cause a bit of trouble. One day, I snuck on board a huge ocean liner. Before I knew it I was sailing across the Atlantic Ocean. Day later, I set foot in the United Kingdom. It was strange and new. Little did I know I was about to meet the nicest person I ever known..."
