Me and Ali walked hand in hand to her house. We'd decided that we needed to meet the other's parents. So I'd meet her parents first and then she'd meet mine. Well...Ma since Pa is no longer with us but whatever.

We walked through the door and I closed it behind us as we walked into the living room where her parents were sitting on the couch. "Mother, father." Ali cleared her throat, grabbing her parents attention. They looked over at us and stood.

"Ali, we told you that you couldn't date until-" Ali cut her father off. "Yes, I know dad that you said that I couldn't date until I was twenty-five. However, I'm in my last year of highschool. Additionally, my boyfriend Daniel is a good boy. He likes almost all the things I do and makes me feel like I'm on top of the world. Not only that, but he's been through a lot but is strong. I've seen the way he is with his friend Johnny Lawrence, he's not only strong but kind and caring as well. He's gentle and I know he wouldn't hurt me on my purpose."

Her mother cleared her throat. "Very well Ali."

I silently sighed, knowing that my mother's reaction would be totally different from Ali's parents...

"He has the cutest cheeks! I mean, who doesn't want to just pinch them?!" Ma lightly pinched my right cheek as my face burned bright red. Ali giggled and kissed my cheek that wasn't being pinched.

They're crazy but I love them.
