Ticklish
Suggested to me by HarrryPotterRulz (I changed your idea, hope you don't mind.)
Hera's POV:
When someone says they're fine, they don't normally mean it. I knew that from experience. I'd dealt with situations like that from my crew, the rebellion and even myself. I liked to stop any negative emotions and that's my first goal whenever I see someone down in the dumps.

I saw Ezra standing alone in the fields of Lothal large rocks dotted near him as he gazed out at Capital City in the distance. I approached him carefully, not wanting to startle the boy. Ezra's head lifted as I was a few meters away.
"Ezra?" I said when he didn't turn to face me.
"Are you okay?"
The teen slowly looked round at me and I felt my heart melt at Ezra's expression. His face was sad and eye dull, tear tracks lined his face and his shoulders were slumped. Multiple questions filled my brain but I asked the first one that came to mind.
"Why are you crying?"
"I'm not" Ezra voice was cracked and soft, he'd clearly been crying for a while.
I wish I'd found him before now. I approached but he stepped away.
"Hera" he tried to say firmly.
"I-I don't need..."
I ignored his attempts to avoid my intentions and embraced him. Ezra tried to get out of my hold but I refused to let go. This boy had been on his own for far too long, I wasn't going to let him go through pain on his own, not again. He'd survived eight years of suffering, I wouldn't let him have another minute of it. Ezra gave up trying to get away and stiffly rested in my hold.
"Relax Ezra" I told him gently.
Ezra exhaled and laid his head on my shoulder, releasing the tension in his muscles and relaxed in my embrace. He gave a sigh of....relief? Content? Sadness? I didn't know but what I did know was that I wasn't letting him go. I looked down and saw Ezra not wearing his boots and felt my mischief flicker.
"Hera?" Ezra asked.
"What are you doing?"
Ezra must've sensed my emotions and knew I was plotting something. I didn't know if this would work, I had no idea whether or not Ezra was what I hoped he was. Then and again, he was a kid wasn't he? I brushed my fingers against Ezra's sides and he flinched quite noticeably. A gleeful smile spread across my face as I let Ezra go. I could see alarm bells going off in Ezra's head and couldn't help but grin and started towards him.
Ezra's POV:
"Um, Hera?" I said nervously as I backed up into a tall rock.
How did Hera know I was ticklish? Personally, I didn't quite want to know. I had bigger problems to deal with. Suddenly, I realised I was cornered and Hera took that opportunity to pounce. She started squeezing my sides, needing into them, and I was instantly reduced to a giggling mess as I was attacked with tickles.
"Ahahahahahahaha! Herahahahahahahaha! Nohohohohohohohohoho!" I yelped, trying to shove her hands away.
"Quite ticklish aren't you Ezra?" Hera teased lightly.
Hera's fingers spidered up to my vulnerable armpits making my legs give out from underneath me and fall to the ground. I tried to protect myself from Hera's attack, but the Twe'lik still managed to get to my sensitive torso.
"HERAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" I yelled, covering my sides while I attempted to push Hera away with my free hand.
Hera couldn't help but smile down me as I squirmed, my faces was going red and my laughter was rising. It was contagious and Hera was soon giggling along with me which only made me laugh harder.
"Herahahahaha...plehehehehse" I giggled, losing the strength to fight back and hating the feeling of helplessness.
"Hera please, what?" Hera lifted an eyebrow.
"Stop tickling......me."
"Growing tired are we?"
"Yes...........give me a break.......please."
"Alright, you've twisted my lekku" Hera smiled, backing off.
I'd been tensing my muscles before and relaxed, falling back against the ground I sighed, eyes on the sky as I rested against the rock.
Hera's POV:
My plan had worked, Ezra was definitely in a better mood but I couldn't ignore the fact I'd found him with tear tracks on his face.
"So" I said, my smile wavering.
"Why were you crying?"
Ezra kept his gaze on the sky, face emotionless and eyes glued to above.
"Ezra" I rested a hand on his shoulder.
My heart twisted when he flinched, shoulders lifting slightly.
"Ezra, please. You can trust me."
He gazed at me, eyes filled with an emotion that I'd never seen before. Mourn. His unique blue pupils were full to the brim with it, it crushed my heart as his eyes filled with fresh tears.
"Ezra?" I asked softly.
The boy looked shattered. Completely unlike himself. I pulled him into my arms where he clutched me, his mental and emotional walls crashing down. Tears rolling down his face one after the other.
"I keep having nightmares" he whispered.
"It's always the same one, V-Vader he forced me to kill you guys..then he made me hurt myself...then...then...he made my parents appear and he...killed...he killed...." Ezra could barely speak as he broke down again.
My heart ached as I cradled Ezra comfortingly, running my hands through his hair.
"I want it to stop" Ezra whispered shakily.
"I want the nightmares to stop."
I wanted to do just that, stop the pain and let Ezra live the peaceful, loving life he deserved. Yet I knew, I couldn't do that. All I could do is help Ezra through it, I always would.
It's my job.
