Day Three, Hosu City

I get a text from Midoriya in the group chat with the class, but it is just his location, a few streets up from where Father and I are at. "I got to go." I inform Cell. Running in Midoriya's direction, "Where are you going?" Father asks, "Some of my friends are in trouble." I answer before telling him to meet me at the location Midoriya sent the class just as Azula send a request, to Midoriya I assume, to tell Iida and myself hi if he sees us.

As I reach the location, I hear a man whose voice I don't recognize "...So many fools out there are nothing but talk. But you, are worth keeping alive, unlike these others." Don't tell me Midoriya ran into the Hero Killer.

"Oh crap!! No, don't!!" yes Midoriya did. I send a blast of fire and ice toward the villain, succeeding in getting Stain to jump away from Iida. 

"Midoriya," I say glancing at my phone "learn to write more specific directions. I was almost too late."

That ice and fire move took a bit of a strain to do considering I am more use to using my ice. 

"Don't worry, in just a few more minutes, the Pros'll be here." I say blasting fire at the villain. "Also, Iida, Azula sends her greetings." Since Midoriya wasn't able to see my twin's message, I might as well do so for him. "Todoroki, don't let him draw blood!" Midoriya warns then explaining his theory about Stain's quirk. "Explains all the blades." I murmur to myself "Good thing I did some training with my twin." 

"You've got some good friends.. Ingenium!" Stain announce after sending a knife my way, scratching me slightly.

I notice the villain glance upwards, causing me to do the same. Good thing too because he had sent a katana up into the air. Shit, the villain grabs my strap and pulls me towards him. Yes, I know he was going for my bleeding cheek, but my first actual thought was that he was going to take my first kiss.

I am disappointed in that thought as I set off both sides "Close one." I mumble, noting that each move Stain makes sets him up for multiple attacks. "Why...?" Iida asks, cause why not, "Both... of you just stop it... I've inherited my brother's name. I have to do this. He's mine to-"

"Inherited his name?" I interrupt "That's weird...Cuz the Ingenium I know never made faces like that." I then shrug "Guess your family also got a dark side to it."

"Todoroki." Midoriya groans as I make a wall of ice between us and the villain. Stain criticize my "poor strategy" as I light my left side "You'd like to think so." I say, but two blades imbed themselves into my arm. Shit! "You're not bad either." Stain remarks from above "But your sister is less predictable." He met Azula?! 

I am about to ask how he knew Azula when Midoriya grabs Stain by the cape "Midoriya!" I yell grabbing my left arm, "SOMEHOW I CAN MOVE AGAIN JUST FINE!!" Midoriya answers. "So it has a time limit?" I say. "No." Native, the hero that was Stain's original target, says "He was the last of us to get hit! and I still can't move." 

Stain manages to throw Midoriya off of him, "Get back, Midoriya!" I yell sending ice in the villain's direction, "So he tased our blood and paralyzed us." the greenette coughs beside me "But I was the first to break free somehow."

"I can think of three possible explanations." I say "Either the effect is weaker the more people he uses it on...or it's about how much blood he gets...or its effectiveness depends on blood type..."

"Blood type...?" Native repeats "I'm B."

"And I'm A..." Iida informs us. I'm O, despite Father being AB. "Blood type." Stain chuckles "That's right."

"Though it's not like knowing that'll really help us." Midoriya says. I nod "We need to hurry and get these two out of here. He's quick enough to react to both my fire and ice, so I'm not seeing an opening."

"Until the Pros get here," Midoriya says "our best hope is to keep him at bay and keep dodging." He then tells me to give him rear support as he keeps Stain's attention, since I had too much blood exposed. "Pretty risky plan," I say "but yeah." it's the best one we got "The two of us will protect them."

I had already figured Iida would be going after Stain after what happened to his brother, it was written all over his face, and it didn't help that I have seen the vengefulness on my own face after what happened to Azula, then Mom.

"Stop it- I can't take it." Iida says behind me, "IF YOU WANNA STOP THIS, THEN STAND UP!!" I yell as Midoriya gets paralyzed again with a "Sorry Todoroki."

"NEVER FORGET WHO YOU WANT TO BECOME!!" I tell Iida as Stain comes my way.

Okay, I legit stole a lot of the lines from the ACTUAL manga. Like 99% of them, so if any of y'all get "deja vu I've read this before." that's why.

 Also, my pc wants to correct "Stain's" to "Stalin's".
