Rose's POV

I lay in my bed till noon...I didnt have classes today....Suddenly I heard a knock on my door. I yelled "come in!"...

Alex's face popped up with a jolly smile...He and my dad were working on something since morning in my dad's office....He didnt tell me what it was....

"Hey there rose!....Dad is calling you downstairs...He has to tell us all a good news......Come on..let's not keep him waiting now!....."

I groaned and got out of bed and went downstairs....I saw my dad,mom and my brother sitting on the couch...I sat next to my mom and alex sat beside me...

"Ok so as you guys know I was on a business trip two years ago..." my dad said seriously..."During that I had met with Mr William's who was my business partner that time....We talked and have decided that we are starting a business company!...Today morning I had asked Alexander to help me with in sorting the data and now everything is set....!"

"Oh honey that's great!!"...My mom said and hugged my dad tightly.....

"Wow dad that's awesome!!" Me and brother said in unison and we hugged him.

"Ye ,the William's have invited us over for dinner...Be ready by 7okay?...William had told me that his son goes to your university rose...You know anyone by that surname??"

"Uhh-I dont thin-"...Then it hit me!....Matt William....I think that's the only William or maybe I'm wrong?

"His name was something mar- , No mason or Maxwell or soemthing...I dont remember hun"..

"That's fine dad ....I know who it is...Its fine-" I murmured

How the hell am I supposed to go to Matt Williams house!!..Its already way awkward at school...Ughhhh maybe i should bring up some excuse not to go....But i dont want to worry dad for no reason on such a happy day...

I walked up towards my room and looked at my closet... I picked out a red dress that stopped right above my knee....I chose a pair of black heels to go with it....I wore the dress and decided to leave my hair down....I put on light makeup and looked at myself in my mirror...

Why am I trying hard to look good....What if Matt ignores me completely.....What if he says that I'm too much.....Why the hell am I overthinking this!!

Soon we reached the William's house...
Matt's mom and dad welcomed us in...

"Wow George and martha!...Its been so long since I saw you guys !...I suppose this is the nephew you told me about...Hes so tall and smart....And who is this!...Hello Rose....Wow I saw you 2 years ago! You have become so pretty!.."...Jeanette,Matt's mom,welcomed all of us..

We all sat down....Suddenly A girl younger than me came down the stairs,who was followed by Matt...I assumed that it was Matt's sister...

Matt scanned the room and laid his eyes on me....He simply looked at me and smirked...WTH did he just smirk at me...

I was confused and returned a weak smile.

After about half an hour,the adults were talking about business stuff , it was boring as hell.....Suddenly Matt's sister Meg pulled me by the arm and whispered "follow me"

I went upstairs with her and came to a narrow hallway which had many doors...She pulled me into the second last door and she sat on the bed and started talking with me..

"Jeez the conversation downstairs was so boring I thought I would die....Let's chill over here for now"she said with a grin.

We talked and laughed for about 15 mins...Meg was so fun!... She was in high school...She told me about the times she had ditched school...I told her all the fun times at my university. Time flew fast...

"Oh shoot, I left my phone downstairs, I'll just take it and come .." I said and rushed downstairs....They adults and alex too were still talking but there was no sign of Matt...

I grabbed my phone and rushed upstairs only to bump into some solid and hard...

I looked up and noticed that I had bumped into Matt's chest....I moved away and my cheeks coudnt help but blush.

"Uh-uh sorry.." I said and tried to walk past him towards meg's room.

He put his hand on the wall which prevented me from going any further...

"Why are you in such a rush always,rose cameron?" He said and lifted one of his eyebrows and that made him look so hot!The way my name came out of his mouth made me blush even harder.

"Er- I thought you didnt want to talk with me....also I'm sorry for you know, not telling you before I left"... I said trying not to make eye contact.

"Well that was yesterday,today I feel like talking to you...And dont think I've forgotten about what you did....I'm still mad at you but something makes me wanna come closer to you Rose...something cant make me stay far away...." he looked into my eyes and moved closer to me. My back was on the wall and he was inches away from my face.

"Uh- uhm Matt-"..I was blushing so hard , and I was so confused. I looked into his gorgeous captivating brown eyes as he moved closer to me......
