CHAPTER 1
~Marichat~

It was a lovely night. The stars were shining bright and it was cold outside. It was December in Paris.
Marinette was standing in her balcony, drinking some hot tea. Tikki was sleeping in her bedroom. Soon it will be Mari's 18th birthday. She couldn't wait.

~|Marinette's P.O.V|~

"I can't wait for my birthday. There are only 3 days left. I'm finally gonna be 18!"
Suddenly, my phone rang. It was Alya.
"Hey girl! How's the weather there?"
"Hey Alya! It's kinda cold *shivers*. How's in Britain?"
"Oh, it's raining here. I have some news for you~"
"No, wait, lemme guess! Did you break your nail? No, no! You got arrested for stealing some cookies! Nah! You ate a unicorn-"
"Girl, stop. No, it's none of them. Nino asked me to be his girlfriend! *squeal*"
"OMG Alya! You said yes, didn't you?"
"Of course I did! I gotta go, Mari, my brother calls me. Bye girl!"
"Bye Alya!"
*sigh*
I finished my tea, I'll go make some hot chocolate.
*thump*
"What the f-"
"Hey there princess~"
"Chat wtf"
"Aren't you happy to see me?"
"You scared me."
*sniff* *sniff* "Me smell chocolate. Me want."
*giggle*
"Okay then, I'll bring you some. Come on in, it's cold outside."

~|Chat's P.O.V |~

Her eyes shine in the moonlight. I've never seen her like that. She's beautiful. Her smile... I think I've seen it before. It kinda looks like Ladybug's. Nah, it can't be.
When I enter the house, I smell different types of food. It's normal, we're in a bakery. Mari goes to bring chocolate. I'm just standing here, when I see something. Her sketchbook. I open it and see some designs. She's so talented. When I turn a page, I see some designs of...
"Me? OMG, she's so cute"
"Who's cute?"
I close the book so fast that it falls on the floor. I look at her with a scared face.
"N-nothing. Did you bring the chocolate?"
"Yes."
She hands me a green cup. It has a paw drawn on it. Hers is with ladybug print. Nothing suspicious. We both go back on the balcony. She places her head on my shoulder. She's so cute. And then I wasn't realising what I was doing. I kissed her. And she let me.
