We have been practicing with each other for a while now and every single time, he keeps knocking me down! That little...

"Keep your eyes on your opponent!" He exclaims before knocking me down again.

"You have not even taught me anything! We have been at this for hours. I was expecting you to teach me how to punch or use a sword, not just make me keep attacking you!" I shout at him as he helps me stand up again.

"This is how you taught us all when we were kids. Now look at us, we are unstoppable." He grins at me.

"Wait, I... I taught you?" I look at him, shocked. He just smirks at me before throwing me a sword.

"Lets try fighting with swords this time. You might remember more like this." He says before striking at me with his own golden sword. I quickly dodge it before spinning around and hitting his sword that he blocked his neck with. I jump back before twisting out of the way as Sky charges at me but at the last second, he changes his course and pins me down.

"You have more practice then me!" I complain as he helps me up.

"You just aren't trying hard enough. Something is preventing you from attacking me at your full potential. You have fought harder then this when it comes to shadow knights. Don't hold back!" He shouts the last sentence before coming at me again. I block his attack but he somehow knees my stomach, making me fall over. "I cannot train you if you don't fight to your potential." He tells me, kneeling down beside me and giving me a side hug. "What's on your mind?" He asks.

"I- I can't hurt you! I'm sorry!" I shout before waking up out of my dream.

"Jess, are you okay?" Katelyn asks me. She wipes the tear from under my eye.

"F-fine. Just a dream." I said before standing up and leaving the room, her following me.

"Is there anything I can do?" She asks me but I just shake my head.

"Just spend the day with me maybe? We can go out with the gang and explain to them what is happening. I need to see Zane as well." I tell her.

"I will invite everyone to the maid cafe you work at. You just get ready and come down to my car." She says before leaving towards the house phone. I go upstairs and have a shower before changing my bandages and going downstairs. I walk passed Sky who tries to talk to me and I grab the purple dinosaurs wrist, bringing him to Katelyn's car with me.

"Dirts, what is happenings?" He asks me.

"We are going to inform all of my friends about everything that is happening. We need their cooperation to help anybody when the shadow knights come and attack MyStreet." I explain to him. We both get into Katelyn's light blue car and she drives us to my work place, parking in my parking spot that's only for staff. We got our own parking spots with our name on them.

"So is everybody coming?" I ask her, getting out of the car.

"Everybody is already here. They are waiting for us to come. Kawaii-Chan even took a break to hear about this." She explains to me. We both walk into the cafe and walk over to the largest table in the cafe that holds all of my friends. This consists of Garroth, Laurence, Dante, Travis, Vylad, Sasha, Zenix, Lucinda, Kim, Zane, Aaron and Cadenza. Vylad and Laurence are staring at Zane, being cautious.

"Hey guys." I wave at them, shy.

"Why did you call us here Aph?" Dante asks me. I sit down before sighing.

"Remember those guys on the news a few months ago who came to my house? They live in my basement, protecting me from shadow knights." I start off.

"Shadow Knights? I thought they were only a myth?" Aaron asks.

"They are not. Actually, a few people at this table are shadow knights. Stand if you want to." I say. Vylad, Zane, Sasha, Zenix and Laurence stand up. "Next week, the shadow knights will attack MyStreet to come after me. I want to know if you will help evacuate the town just before this happens." I ask them.

"Wait, Zane is leader of the Shadow army. Why are we telling him this?" Laurence asks.

"You really thought that I would fall under the spell that the shadow lord is casting on everybody? Ha! Don't make me laugh. Me and my jury of nine have been getting information from them so we can stop them. Some were lost in the process so we have less then nine now." Zane exclaims before sitting down.

"Zane, who is part of the jury of nine?" Garroth asks him.

"Well there is me, the leader. Janus the Silver Death who wields two swords. Jeffory the Golden Heart who uses only golden weapons-" Zane starts to talk but is cut off by Katelyn.

"You mean Jeffory from high school? My ex boyfriend?" Katelyn asks. Zane nods.

"Some of these people are from high school. Anyway, there is Ivy the Venom Scythe who uses a sword." Zane continues but is cut off again but by Garroth.

"From high school?" Zane sighs before nodding.

"The last member to survive was Kacey the Fire Fist. He uses claws that Katelyn used to use." Zane finishes his list. Suddenly, Katelyn stands up and slams the table with her fists.

"You got my brother involved in all of this mess! How could you Zane!" She shouts at him. She goes to punch him but her fist is blocked by a hand.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you Katelyn."

I am not making Katelyn a member of the Jury of Nine. Kacey became a member in high school so I made him the Fire Fist instead of Katelyn and said he used her old claws that she doesn't practice with anymore.
