Aphmau POV

It has been a week since I fell through the roof and nothing interesting has happened. Sky has been sleeping on a bed he brought into my room just in case my dreams suddenly get out of control and I can't wake up. The bracelet can only block magic dreams.

"Aphmau-Senpai, Katelyn-Sama called you downstairs for breakfast already." KC informs me.

"Sorry Kawaii-Chan. I will be down in a minute." I tell her. She shuts the door behind her and goes back down the stairs. I stand up and walk out of the room. Suddenly, I am teleported to the void area. Zenix.

"Kitty..." is all he says before collapsing on top of me, panting heavily. I catch him and switch him around to my back before lifting him up. He is pretty light. The void dissapears, letting me walk down the stairs. I go straight into the basement, not bothering to tell anybody because Zenix looks in pain. I place him on the infirmary bed.

"Oh Zenix, what happened?" I whisper to myself before grabbing a cloth and soaking it in cold water. I place it on his forehead and I hear him sigh in relief. Something bad must have happened.

Place your hand in his forehead and all shall be revealed.

Oh great, that annoying voice is back. If in doubt, follow the voices in your head. I place my hand in his forehead and close my eyes. Suddenly, I feel my barrier cover us and a vision comes into my brain. It's from his own experience so I can only see what he sees.

"Zenix, the Shadow Lord wants to see us. He said it was important." Sasha says to Zenix. Everything goes dark as he closes his eyes.

"Sure Sasha. Let's go." He opens his eyes again and looks towards Sasha. She looks terrible! She has bags under her eyes and her hair is all over the place. Her purple eyes look dull. They both walk down the hall and enter the main throne room. There, Gene is kneeling down in front of the Shadow Lord. Sasha and Zenix kneel on either side of him.

"Thank you for joining me. I'm going to get straight to the point. It has come to my attention that one of you has betrayed me." At this, he pales but I don't think anybody else noticed.

"Who is it master?" Gene asks.

"Since Zenix is under my spell, it has to be Sasha." Suddenly, two guards come out and grab Sasha.

"Wait, what? It was not me!" Sasha tries to defend herself but she is hit over the head.

"Then tell me dear girl, who could it be?" The Shadow Lord smirks at her. Zenix smirks at him before knocking out the two shadow knights that are holding Sasha.

"Who said I was under a spell?" He asks before grabbing Sasha's wrist and pushing her through a portal. "You will not harm my friends anymore! I swear Gene that I will save you soon." Zenix says.

"What? Impossible!" The shadow lord shouts before standing up and shooting a ball of darkness at Zenix. The darkness take something from Zenix and goes through the portal he opened before it shuts. Zenix panics and teleports me and him to the void area.

"Kitty..." he drifts off before collapsing in my arms.

I sit up from Zenix, gasping for air. That takes a lot of strength. I feel something behind my body flap, making me turn around to see my wings. Weird.

"Jess! Where are you!" I faintly hear a shout as I hear footsteps come towards me. The door is thrown open, showing Barney.

"Sup." I ask him, playing with the feathers on my wing.

"Guys! Gets down heres!" Barney shouts in his broken English. The barrier is still up so I can't get out of the area where Zenix is. Instead, i re soak the now dry cloth and place it back on Zenix's head. If I want to help him then I would need to find Sasha. Who knows where she could be! The darkness must have followed her somehow and also got to her. If I can bring them both together then I would be able to heal them. To help find them, I would need Scales and his speed. He told me that he could go as fast as Lightning when he activates his ability.

"Jess! Take the barrier down!" Jin shouts, failing to take it down himself. He keeps knocking on it like he did last time but it's not disappearing. How am I meant to know! Suddenly, Scales walks straight through the barrier and flies over to me.

"What's going on? Who is this?" Scales asks.

"This is Zenix. Something bad happened to him and I need you, my faithful lilac dragon, to help me search for his cure. Sasha." I explain.

"How do we do that?" He asks me. I touch Zenix's head and suddenly, the portal opens.

"We go through there." I stand up and stand in front of the portal.

"Jess! Let us in! Don't you dare go in there!" Max shouts, throwing fireballs at the barrier. They bounce off and hit him in the face, knocking him over.

"I will be back!" I shout at them before jumping into the portal. Scales follows me. When I land, I look up to see floating islands. Suddenly, I get a flashback.

"This is called the land of the dragons. It is located here, in the Irene dimension. The dragons were hunted so I brought them all here where they could live in peace. Nobody knows of this location but a select few with the power to make portals. It is a very sacred place." My mother tells me. I look around in amazement.

"Why can nobody come here?" I ask.

"Well the dragons will attack any human they can find. They will only let a few humans in their domain."

Well Sasha is going to be hard to find. Scales turns into his huge form and I sit on his back.

"Let's go."
