Aphmau POV

"I swear this will be the first and last time visiting this library." I fall back into the cushions behind me and open the book labelled 'The tale of Irene's rainbow rose'.

"Stop complaining. You got the child books, we have the big ones." Sky says as he drops a huge book on the table next to me, causing a big thud. It's probably thousands of pages from the size of it!

"Yeah yeah. Just get to reading." Ross mumbles as him and Red place their own books on the table and open it. I take a look at my own book.

Once upon a time, there was a little girl who lived with her father in Phoenix Drop. He was a farmer and she always helped him on his farm. One day, her father became terribly sick so she decided to go and find a cure to his sickness. She created a boat and sailed away to find help in the city called Meteli. Suddenly, a storm came and blew her away to sea where she crashed onto an island. She could feel the magical aura coming from it and followed it to a city. There stood a shrine that she visited. Hopeless and alone, she went into the silent shrine and prayed.

"Please Lady Irene, I do not care what it takes. Please just make my father well. He is a good man." Suddenly, the door to the back of the shrine glows, making her close her eyes. When she opened them again, a woman stood there with a blue cloak and black hair showing. The woman kneels down in front of the girl and places a hand on her shoulder.

"My dear, how did you find this place?" She asks her.

"My father became sick so I came to find a cure. My boat crashed onto this island and I found this shrine. I followed the magical aura." The little girl replies. The woman stands up and holds her hand out. Some seeds appear from a golden glow and the woman places them in a pouch before handing it to the girl.

"I will lead you home. As soon as you arrive, plant these in a secret location where nobody will be able to find it. When the plant grows, take one and crush it before dissolving it into water." The woman says before disappearing. True to her word, the little girl woke up in her bed where she goes to the forest near her that nobody dares to enter. In the middle of it is a field where she planted the seeds. All at once, they grew and spread to cover the whole field. The little girl, amazed, picked up one of these rainbow roses before leaving and doing what the woman said. She gave the drink to her father who became well the next day. Later that night while the little girl slept, that same woman came in her dreams.

"Thank you so much for helping me and my father. How can I ever repay you?" She asks.

"You can repay me by keeping those flowers safe. If in the wrong hands, it could cause destruction." The woman replies.

"What is your name?" The little girl asked her.

"My name is Irene." The little girl woke up and learned how to use her magic to protect this forest. Nobody knows where this girl or the forest is now. Not even Irene herself.

That was a good book. Who would have thought my mother would give a flower away to just save somebody's father. That is so selfless. Now I know where I get it from!

"Anything you guys?" Red asks. Everybody shakes their heads but I just read over the book again. If there was a farm then this should be way before MyStreet was created. Back in the time were it was a little village. By now, there shouldn't be any forests there... unless it's being hidden by a magic spell that the little girl created. If that is the case then there should be a faint trace of magic near that area. The only place I can think of is the park that nobody goes too which is outside of MyStreet. I have always sensed something different about that area so if we can somehow take control of that magic, we can enter the forest. The only problem would be finding our way through the forest.

"Jess? Jess!" My thoughts are cut off by Sky shaking me while Ross is shooting in my ear. Red uses his magic to put all of the books away that we read.

"What?" I ask.

"Did you find anything useful?" Red asks.

"It's a child's book. How could she find anything useful in it?" Ross asks. I shrug.

"I don't know. Maybe I'm just that smart that I figured out we need to control the magic that is protecting the forest outside of MyStreet. Presumably in the abandoned forest. Does that answer your question Ross?" Everybody gapes at me.

"All of that from a child's book?" Sky asks. Red takes the book back from the shelf with his magic and reads it.

"This only tells the story. Either you are pulling our leg or you're pulling our leg." Red says, handing the book to Sky.

"It's based in Phoenix Drop. MyStreet was where the village use to be. It mentions a forest but the little girl used her magic to hide it. There is a faint trace of magic outside of MyStreet that nobody goes too." I explain.

"Let's go tell Jin then. He has been trying to make a cure for you guys but has been failing. He is also looking for the flower." Red says before holding onto all of us and teleporting us to Lucinda's house.

"What the-?"

"Hi!" I cut Lucinda off by jumping on her and hugging her.
