It had been 8 days since Extreme Rules, where Anthony shockingly lost the Universal Championship to Drew McIntyre. And tonight on Raw, Anthony was going to make an announcement concerning his rematch. He had not been feeling himself since that night, and Sasha could sense that something was wrong.

Sasha: You might as well tell me babe, I know what you're like when something's wrong, and this is exactly it.

Anthony: Well, okay then... I'm actually carrying an injury. Have you noticed I haven't been moving my head about as much lately?

Sasha: To be honest, no.

Anthony: Well, I went to the doctors about it and it turns out I was close to breaking a bone in my neck, it was severely cracked, so it means I won't be able to wrestle for a while.

Sasha was gobsmacked and just hugged him.

Sasha: How did it happen?

Anthony: Had to have been that match with Drew, that powerbomb he did on me onto that chair was lethal.

Sasha: Well, I guess in one way, it's for the best, cos of this little one.

She rubbed her stomach as she spoke.

Anthony: Yeah, I guess so... that's why I'm having this announcement tonight. I'm saying that I'm gonna be off for a while. Not just for the injury, but also to be with you for when we have our baby.

A stray tear ran down Sasha's face as Anthony spoke. She didn't say anything in reply, she just hugged and kissed him before he left.

Anthony: You wanna come with me for this speech?

Sasha: I think you're better off going alone, it's your moment, and I don't wanna hog the limelight.

He smiled at her as he wiped the tear from her face.

Anthony: Well then, here goes. See you in a bit!

They hugged once more before they went their separate ways, with Sasha going to catering to watch the speech with Bayley and Finn, and Anthony going to gorilla as his segment was after a tag team match between The Revival and Heavy Machinery. After that match had finished, he received a high five from all 4 competitors as his music hit and he left to an EPIC reaction from the crowd. He didn't do his normal entrance, he just calmly walked to the ring with a mic in hand, carefully trying to not move his neck.

Anthony: Wow, what a reception!

The crowd cheered and chanted "Silent Assassin" repeatedly until he quietened them down by starting to talk again.

Anthony: I really have to thank you all for being where I am in my career, but tonight, I'm actually out here to speak about my physical condition. You see, I spoke with Triple H and medical staff earlier today and after the match with Drew at Extreme Rules, I suffered a near broken neck and various other injuries that will keep me out for a while. Therefore, I won't be asking for a rematch for the Universal Championship.

The crowd booed slightly.

Anthony: Well, not in the near future, anyway... But all of this does mean that I do get to spend my recovery time with my lovely pregnant girlfriend, the gorgeous Sasha Banks... and I will be staying with her for when the day comes... so I guess... see you all soon!

He put down the mic before taking in the crowd who were cheering and chanting "Please don't go!" Then he left the ring, where his best friends on the roster, Finn and Seth hugged him, with both Seth and Anthony fighting back tears.

Seth: We'll miss you buddy... we all will!

They then did the Shield fist bump to the roar of the crowd, before they all headed backstage, where an emotional Sasha and Bayley were waiting.

Sasha: T-that was amazing...

Bayley just nodded and kept her head down to hide her tears, but failed miserably.

Anthony: Bay?

Finn: You ok, baby?

Bayley: Y-yeah, I'm fine, I-I just can't get that Shield pose out of my head. That was just...

Before she could finish, all 5 of them embraced in a group hug, and as they pulled away, Triple H came from behind them.

Hunter: Hey, guys, Ant...

Anthony: To what do we owe this surprise?

Hunter: Just a little note to say I saw all of that and I came close to coming out and joining you. Ant, you take all the time off you need, Sasha needs you more than the WWE at the moment. We'll plan something for your return when you're ready.

Anthony: Wow, I... I dunno what to say, Hunter. I can't thank you enough.

Hunter: No need to thank me, you've earned it. Now take your well earned break.

The two shared a hug before Seth left with Hunter, leaving the 4 of them together at gorilla.

Sasha: So, what now, then?

Anthony: Well, now you've got me for the next 8 months or so...

They giggled at each other, unaware that Bayley and Finn were still there.

Finn: Ahem...

Anthony: Thought you guys left!

Bayley: Well, that's what we'll be doing then, to leave you two lovebirds to it!

The two then left, leaving Sasha and Anthony alone.

Sasha: I'm so glad you're gonna be home, for me...

Anthony put his hand on her stomach and whispered in her ear.

Anthony: For us, babe. For the three of us.

They then kissed, and left the arena.

3 months later...

It was now October, Anthony's neck had healed after wearing a brace on it for a month, and now, not only was Sasha's baby bump was beginning to show, but also today was the day they were finding out the baby's gender. Bayley and Finn were at Anthony's, as Sasha was nervous as to how it would go.

Bayley: Sash, it's fine. Trust me. All that happens is they rub a funny gel on your stomach and you can tell the gender from the scanner they use.

Anthony: So what are you guys having then?

Finn: Scan says it's a boy, and we've already decided on a name.

Bayley: Yep, we've decided on William.

Sasha: That's a nice name...

Finn: So, you guys better get going! Don't worry about Rolo, he'll be fine with us and Flex!

Sasha took a deep breath before she and Anthony left for the hospital. After a 20 minute drive, they walked in, hand in hand.

Anthony: Hey... it'll be fine. Don't worry.

When their name was called, Sasha took a deep breath and Anthony kissed her for some added confidence.

Doctor: Ah, Anthony and Sasha. Good to see you. Now, you're here for an ultrasound, am I right?

Sasha: Yeah, and we wanted to know the gender as well.

Doctor: Okay then, lay down on the table for us, and we can get started.

She got comfortable, lifted her shirt up to reveal her bump, and the doctor then rubbed the gel on.

Doctor: So, are you ready?

Sasha: Yeah... I think so.

He rubbed the scanner onto Sasha's gel covered stomach, and was rather shocked by what he saw.

Doctor: Wow, I don't believe it.

Anthony: Is something wrong?

Doctor: No, nothing's wrong as such, the babies are fine, and in perfect health.

Sasha and Anthony smiled at each other before they had a look of shock on their faces.

Anthony: Wait a second... did you say bab-ies?

Doctor: Yes, I did. I'm happy to say that you somehow have 3 little bundles of joy in there. Congratulations to you both.

The doctor then showed them the image which showed 3 little heads closely together.

Sasha: Oh my god... I thought it was just one, but three? It's a miracle...

Anthony: Well... I'm shocked. What are the genders?

Doctor: It looks to be 2 girls and a boy.

Anthony: Wow, this is a dream come true. It's like everything is happening at once.

Sasha: I know, it's a shock to me too! I've always wanted kids, I just never expected 3 in one pregnancy!

The doctor then gave them a picture of the ultrasound for them to keep, and then made their way home to see Bayley and Finn watching TV, and Rolo playing with Flex.

Finn: Hey guys!

The two were having difficulty hiding the smiles on their faces.

Bayley: Well?

Anthony gave them the picture.

Bayley: Whoa! Really?

Sasha nodded.

Sasha: I'm having triplets!

The 4 congratulated each other, while the dogs pawed at Sasha's leg.

Sasha: You guys are happy!

They barked in reply.

Anthony: Well I think we should do a joint gender reveal party!

Finn: Definitely!

The 4 then sat down and talked about the plans for their future together...
