I ran into the woods. It wasn't too far from my apartment.

I ran all the way to the little creek I found one time while exploring the woods.

I then noticed I still had my guitar in my hand.

I giggled a little bit from that.

I sat down at the edge of the creek, thinking about what happened.

Why did I run away? Why am I feeling like I'll have a heart attack whenever I'm around Jake? What is happening to me?

Out of instinct I started playing the guitar.

After playing a little, I started singing.

I didn't notice Jake was listening to me until I heard him clear his throat.

I quickly turned around to see him right in front of my face.

My face started heating up real fast and my heart quickened it's pace.

He was staring right into my eyes, and I was staring into his.

"Why'd you run?" He asked.

"I-I don't k-know." I stuttered.

I could also see he was a bit red too.

"What do you mean, I don't know?" He asked again.

I broke away from his stare and started getting up.

I got up but once I was starting to walk away, I tripped over my guitar and fell on to Jake.

I ended up on top of Jake, our faces inches apart.

I started blushing like crazy, and I noticed Jake blushing a bit too.

I quickly scrambled off of him, saying sorry repeatedly.

I got up and offered my hand out to help Jake up. He took it and I pulled him up.

Then there was silence.

We stayed quiet the entire walk back to the apartment.

/the next day/

I was hanging with Winter and Lily today.

We went shopping for most of the day until we got to my house at 3pm.

The girls helped me put my stuff away and helped me make dinner.

While we were cooking, Winter asked me something.

"Hey Luna, how 'bout we have a sleepover! We can invite the boys over! It's been so long since we hung out! And besides, you wanted to leave sometime to find your mother, right? Well, have a bit of fun before you go!" Winter rambled.

"Ok! That will be fun! How about you call the boys and me and Lily will continue dinner?" I smiled.

On the inside though, I wasn't smiling. When she mentioned about finding my mother, my heart shattered again.

I haven't been looking for her, but, I've only been here for a couple days so...I'm not in a rush to find her, right?

Winter went to call the boys, just as Jake walked through the door.

"Good! Now I have one less boy to call!" I heard Winter say.

Jake walked into the kitchen with a questioning look.

"Sleepover." Was all I said.

He just nodded.

He then walked over and started helping Lily and me make dinner.
