After a long laughing & teasing session Abhimanyu said "Ok guys,,She'll be fine,,scratches are not too deep but that head one is a bit..Proper food & rest will make things perfectly fine" saying this he patted Nandini's head which was on Manik's arms clutching it with her tiny hands.She looked at him and smiled.

"I'll make a move now,Any problem I'm just a call away Mr.Malhotra." Abhimanyu like a gentleman shook hand with Manik.

"Thank you for coming" Manik thanked him.

"It's my duty Mr.Malhotra,,Take care little one.." He said lastly to Nandini which didn't pleased Manik atall.

He was about to go but again turned and said "Beautiful,you can sleep only after an hour ok?? Not before that"

And Nandini's expressions changed from a smiling one to horrified one.

She made a crying face "Matlaab kyun kyun kyun !!! Batao kyun ?? Tum Saab ney meri neend Ki supari li hai??!!"

Some o them laughed when Manik asked "Where you heard that supari n all ??"

"Woh Rohan k saath jo ugly admi the they were saying maine suna" Nandini said.

Manik's blood boiled listening Rohan's name.Those moments of Nandini being kidnapped & suffered & his helplessness again overpowered his mind.His expressions changed.

Manik gently freed himself from Nandini & left to their room saying "I need to freshen up"

They understood his turmoil,they all new how much Nandini means to him.There's not a single breathe he can take without her around himself.But he had seen her vulnerable,he had seen her blood sheds.The man who keeps her wrapped in the softest cotton in the world have seen her tears,blood. It's like he has seen his death in front of his eyes.

Getting the situation they looked at Nandini who was sitting there with her head hung low,when Cabir sat beside her & took her in bare hug "Bunny don't worry,,Saab thik hai bachhe!! But Manik is suffering,You were not there,we couldn't find you &  I've seen him breaking bit by bit..He's ashamed of himself,usse lagta hai Ki woh tujhe protect nehi kar paya,,He thinks you won't trust him anymore.He thinks he failed his promises but aisa kuch nehi hai sweetie,He tried his every possible way,tu Samajh rahi hai Na meri baat??"

Abhimanyu was standing seeing how much love this family have in themselves for eachother.He understood that they're their own medicines.

Nandini looked at Cabir.She was crying.She could imagine what Manik has gone through but she didn't think that he'll doubt himself about her.

"Cabir bhai I trust him more than I've trust on my breathes,,He knows this then how can he think like this!! My breath can ditch me some day but Manik can never.He can never ever fail to protect me.I can distrust myself but not Manik ever.He's the reason I'm alive,Doesn't he know that ?? Fir kaise kar sakta hai woh khudko blame ??Main maar...."

Her words died in her throat when a loud voice echoed in the hall of The Mansion "Not a single word more beyond that Nandini Murthy".

Nandini was taking her heart out but they didn't realise that one pair of eyes & ears were watching & hearing them;that was Manik.Who was gaining that faith back in himself listening her words for him,listening to her trust for him Untill the last word!! He can bare thousands knifes stabbed in his body but even the mention of her leaving him for forever;murders him as if someone with his raw hands plucked his heart from its place mercilessly.

Abhimanyu leaves seeing that it's all about them & if he'll be their it'll be uncomfortable for them.So he left mouthing Mukti a "Bye" to which she made a "Sorry" face which was denied by Abhimanyu immediately.

After Manik's shout,there's pin drop silence.Manik's eyes were red,ready to shed tears while his hands were shaking badly.He tried to say something but nothing came out of his mouth,he only by his fingers asked her not to say anything & turned around to leave.

Nandini jumped from her place & ran towards his direction & everyone present their,Sighed.

"I messed it all" Navya was guilty for leaving Nandini alone when she strictly was asked to stick with Nandini by Manik.

"There's no need to feel that way Navya,That was a trick.When Cabir couldn't understand how you expect that tumhe samaj ajata" Dhruv was right.

"Please guys no more discussions about this.You guys need rest,so please do the honour to take a shower,till then I'll arrange the food,Aur rahi baat humare Manan Ki then they're eachothers peace.Mana lenge ek dusre ko." Mukti saw that they were hell tired.

"Mukti is right,,Dhruv Cabir tum log fresh Ho jao ,,I'll accompany Navya" Alya suggested because she knew If alone,she'll definite cry.

"Mani,,please listen to me"

"Meri baat to suno Mani"

"Ruko Mani,,please baat suno meri"

He kept walking while she was almost running behind him to match his pace which she clearly failed & now Nandini trick will only work.

"Oouchh..Aahh!!" Nandini shrieked and sat in the floor to which Manik immediately turned and ran to her.

"Kya huya Nandini?? Kaha lagi bachha show me?? Main hazar baar mana karu maat douro paar tumhe toh Nei Sunni meri baat..Dard Ho raha hai bohot baby??"

And Nandini got a chance.She cupped his face in her little palms which stopped Manik's movements.He closed his eyes feeling her beside him,absorbing himself in her warmth.A lone tear rolled down from his eyes which Nandini caught in her palm "These are my prescious,I can't afford to waste them Papa"

Nandini's words which are not so her but Manik's lines;made him smile in between his tears.

Manik took her in his arms and went to their room,made him sit on the bed & bend on his knees infront of her "Can you forgive me Nandini Please?? I failed your trust in me baby,I couldn't protect you" Manik's tears were now unstoppable & Nandini didn't stop him too.

Because she knows how much helpless he must have  felt & if he doesn't loose this guilt feeling now then he'll punish himself for the mistakes which he never even committed.

"Manik,Dekho meri taraf" Nandini said which Manik denied by nodding his like a kid.

"Mani Look at me baby.." Nandini made his face a little up but he closed his eyes not wanting to look at her eyes.

Nandini kissed his each eye one by one and some more tears escaped,,He took a sharp breath as if his heavy heart felt a relief.His hands made their way towards her face.Both were crying,both were going through the same.Manik's trembling lips touched her cheeks for an open mouth kiss.Touches of his pointed sharp nose were doing havoc inside her too when they were exhaling breathes & he was loosing himself when they were inhaling her scent.

Nandini came face to face not leaving an inch for air to pass.She too was loosing it but words were necessary.She said on his lips "Don't ever blame yourself,I trust you more than words can describe"

And their lips met,there was an urgency to feel eachother,Nandini took the lead first but couldn't match upto his passion,When Manik sat on the bed making her lay & hovered on her without breaking the kiss.

An expert you know !! 😉

Both were gasping for air but no one was ready to break the kiss,,they were exploring & tasting each n every corner of their mouths.
Breathless!! They pulled apart but Manik didn't leave her skin,he dipped his face in the crock of her neck,kissing there gently not wanting to tease her wounds at all.She was moaning his name which was only provoking him.He gave attention to each part of her body not leaving an inch of her skin to felt left out.

Sometimes She was caressing his nape,,sometimes scratching his back with her not-so-long nails.

"Stop me Nandini" Manik could utter only three words.

"What if I don't want to??" Nandini was being bold.

To which Manik smiled & kissed her before leaving her
Which irked Nandini but Manik again laughed seeing her grumpy face.

"Now stop making these faces,otherwise I'll gobble you up" Manik said.

"Then gobble me,gobble me" Nandini was an impatient,innocence soul. 😂

Manik was laughing seeing her "Baby aap freshen up Ho jao,,you need to have food honey"

Nandini turned another side
& closed her eyes "No food only sleep"

"No sleep before food" Manik was stubborn too.

Manik made her turn around "Wanna piggyback  ride ??"

To which that bold Nandini again became the child woman and nodded her head,showing her 32.

Manik gave Nandini a ride  till washroom & said "I'm just in the left room ok ??"

She nodded and went inside not before getting a peck on her temple from him.

"What took you guys so long by the way??!!" Cabir asked as they were sitting on dinning table.

"As usual Nandini's sleeping disorder" Manik covered up the story in just a sentence to avoid further teasing from Nandini's brother.

"Haaww !!! Liar Liar pants on fire..U didn't let me sleep even Manik" But how could Nandini keep calm.She has to talk.

Manik covered his face with his palm.

Cabir smirked on her answer "Haan bunny,Kya kar raha tha woh jo sone Nei diya tujhe??"

"Bhai Manik na....." She was about to say but stopped realising what she was about to say.

Manik slapped his forehead with his palm.

Her cheeks became cherry & she hides her face behind Manik's shoulder & Everyone was smiling secretly.

"Age bhi Bol Choti ??" Mukti wasn't the one to leave.

"Guys stop making it embarrassing" Everyone heard Nandini's faint voice.

But Which didn't go unnoticed by Cabir was "Dhrulya" holding hands under the table.
