"Okay. One thing you should know, all of us, including Areum are part of a mafia called Stray Kidz." Hyunjin smirked, looking at Felix as if to tease him

"WHAT? Wait- wait- so you're telling me that everyone except me, including Areum, in this house is part of Stray Kidz? You guys are on the news all the time! Like literally, ALL the time. You and those other two groups, BTS and NCT, you guys are always on the news." Felix exclaimed. "But wait, you guys are always there for bad stuff. Like, bombings, or threatening the president, or that one time you people opened fire during an important meeting. My Ari could never do something like that, she'd never hurt a fly"

"Yeah you told. Anyway, we're not the bad people, it's the government who're bad. They legit lie to all of us, steal our money, do drug dealing, and then blame us for everything that they do just cause we're the ones who notice their stupidity" Jisung scoffed

"Oh, I see. So what was Areum doing?" Felix asked, proceeding to sit down in one of the comfy armchairs
"She was investigating something. We don't know what, she wouldn't tell us. The last time I talked to her, she told me that she'd come across something that she ideally shouldn't have. She wanted to tell us everything today, at the group meeting" Hyunjin explained, eyeing everyone in the room

"Hmm. I want to join." Felix smiled, and jumped up from his seat as he clapped his hands
"You can't just join like THAT" Chan exclaimed, putting his hands out towards Felix, as if stopping the latter

"No, but I like his attitude. Can we keep him Channie hyung?" Jisung pleaded, turning towards Chan
"He is Ari's boyfriend" Minho chimed in

"THAT'S NEPOTISM" Seungmin shouted
"I agree with Seungmin" Jeongin voiced
"Thank you my child" Seungmin smiled, bowing to Jeongin

"Jeongin, you're supposed to be on my side!" Felix whined, looking at Jeongin with betrayal in his eyes
"I am on your side hyung. You're too nice for this lifestyle. How would you even survive?" Jeongin replied

"Every human being has a bit of gangster in him. Besides, I did taekwondo for 12 years. Just gimme a chance people" 

"Fine. You're in. But only till we find Ari. Then we'll let her decide" Chan concluded, everyone but Seungmin nodding

"Well, you already know me and Jeongin, that's Yura, Changbin, Minho, Seungmin, Jisung and our leader Chan" Hyunjin explained, pointing to everyone individually

"HEY INNIE, I'M EATING THIS CHEESECAKE!" Jisung shouted, looking hungrily at the cheesecake in front of him; his latest find from fridge hunting

"NO. Noona made that before she left. So DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH THAT!" Jeongin shouted, running towards Jisung
"So that's why it's 'Ari's cherished' is written over it" Jisung murmured, his lips forming an o. 

"Wait. Ari's cherished? Wait a second." Felix sprang out of his armchair, running towards Jisung.

"MOVE YOUR BUTT INNIE!" he shouted, snatching the cheesecake from Jisung's hands. Felix kept it down on the kitchen island and stuffed his hands in it, ripping it apart as he felt for anything hard inside it. At first, it was all soft, creamy, cream cheese, until he felt the edge of something. Something hard, and cold. Something that definitely didn't belong in a cheesecake. He grasped it, and took it out, looking at the cold object in awe. Everyone gathered around him, looking at the pen drive in his hands. 

"How did you know?" Chan asked, looking at Felix in disbelief
"Yesterday, we both, we were talking about unfair prices, and then Ari, she was like she'll go and track down every CEO who gives these unfair prices and threaten them till they would normal prices. It was stupid, but we both always joke like that. So I told her that the security would kill her before she could reach the CEO, and I meant it as a joke, but she seemed to like, ponder over it, and told me that if anything ever happened to her, she'd leave a note or something like that for me and Innie in her most cherished thing. So when this guy, Jisung, was it? Anyway, when he said Ari's cherished, it clicked." Felix explained

"Give that to me" Yura said, and took the pen drive from Felix, plugging it into her laptop. 

"Oh wait. This has a firewall." she tutted, her fingers furiously typing on her keyboard, her gaze not moving from her laptop's screen
"Oh god. I shouldn't have even gotten through. Fuck. SHE FUCKING KNEW THIS WAS GONNA HAPPEN. SHIT!" Yura cursed, getting up from her seat and kicking the armchair in frustration.

"Language, Yura" Chan corrected, looking at his younger sister

"YOU DON'T LOOK AT ME AND SAY, LANGUAGE, OPPA! LOOK AT MY LAPTOP FOR YOURSELF DICKHEAD" she shouted, her hands going through her hair in anger as she sat down on the armchair, covering her mouth with her hand, and looking at her feet in disbelief. Hyunjin immediately went to her and hugged her close to him.

Meanwhile, everyone except the two lovebirds ran towards Yura's laptop and stare at the screen in horror. 
"So, what's it say?" Hyunjin asked, looking at everyone's lack of response

"Look for yourself." Seungmin said through gritted teeth, everyone making way for Hyunjin to see the laptop's screen from where he was sitting with Yura.

Anyhoe, sorry for not updating for a while. i was not getting any inspo for this, and i just didn't want to update with a chapter in which i've not put my heart while writing. i'll try to update more often cuz ppl, u need to be throwing parties for me, as school is FINALLY CLOSED FOR SUMMER BREAK!
