Rithick informed that his mom will come within 5minutes. He walked as to and fro manner with deep thinking.

Neethu could see a sudden change in Rithick's face.

"Rithick! Are you okay?" asked Neethu.

"I'm alright, Neethu" said Rithick.

They were waiting for her arrival. Few minutes later, they could hear the car sound. They turned off all the lights and then hide themselves.

Rithick's mom unlock the door and she entered into the home. She don't want to disturb Rithick, Rahul and Riya from sleep. She turned on the lights and walked towards her room. She noticed the door was unlocked. She slightly pushed the door.

She was shocked and surprised by seeing her son standing in the center of the room with lots of flower bouquets. Her eyes could see only his son. She then rolled her eyeballs towards Rahul and Riya with the smile. Balloon showers, flower showers, bubbles, sparkles etc around the room. The candle lights twinkles the beauty of her happiness. She hugged her son, tears rolled down from her right eye due to happiness. She then hugged Rahul and Riya. She loved Rahul and Riya as same as Rithick. The place was filled with happiness mixed with emotions.

"Mom! Here is the cake, specially made for you," said Rithick. He gave the cake knife to his mom.

"I never expected this from you all. Your love for me is more than enough" said her.

"It's okay mom! It's time for enjoyment," said Rithick.

Rithick gazed at Neethu who was hiding herself nearer to the door.

"Rithick!" she spelled out in low pitch voice.

"Wait!" he showed his hand gestures.

They were singing the birthday song. Kalpana cut the cake and took the cake piece towards Rithick, Rahul and Riya. Rithick had a little piece of cake. Rithick pinched the cake and gave to his mom. Then they wished her.

Rithick, Rahul and Riya together presented a diamond Necklace and bangles to her.

She was filled with overwhelming happiness to see their unity in presenting the gift too.

"Mom! A great surprise is there for you," said Rithick and he looked at Neethu.

"What? Surprise! You have already given me a great surprise my dear son," said her.

Rithick gazed at Rahul and Riya. He was unable to hide Neethu from his mom. He was like standing in thorns. He decided to open the matter about Neethu.

"This credits doesn't belong to me alone or Rahul or Riya. It belongs to Neethu," said Rithick.

"Neethu? Who is that?" asked her back.

"Aunt! Let me introduce Neethu," said Riya.

"Neethu! Please come," Riya requested.

Neethu came out and she took one step forward to move towards Rithick's mom.

Kalpana ( Rithick's mom) stood shocked and she was confused.

Neethu showed her innocent smile and wished her.

"I had never seen her before. I am too confused! I mean, who is she?" asked his mom, confusingly.

"My friend," said Riya by pointing Neethu.

"Neethu! my friend," said Rithick, looking into her eyes.

"She is my friend," said Rahul

Kalpana could hear the same word "My friend" at the same time from them. She never expected this from them. Her level of confusion increased a lot. She was shocked to see her son saying, "My friend" because she was much more aware about his son in his past.

Neethu was not aware about what happening around her because she thought that they invited her after informing to their family members. She never mind about the happenings around her. She took the gift and walked towards Rithick's mom.

"I had a gift for you," said Neethu and gave it to her.

Kalpana gazed at Rithick for a second and she get it from her.

"Tell me the truth! Who is she?" asked his mom.

They didn't reply because they knew it's not so easy to convince her though Rithick tried to convince her.

"Rithick! Let me tell," said Neethu.

" Aunt! What they said is true. I am the friend of all the three of them. Rithick and Rahul were studying together with me. They are my best friends. Rithick invited me for your birthday, we have decided to make this birthday an unforgettable one for you. Don't mistake them Aunt, please," requested Neethu.

" Still! I can't get convinced. I can't bare this, My both sons Rithick and Rahul didn't informed me about this. Riya! I trusted you a lot, can't you inform me?" asked her.

"Mom! Please, we thought of saying to you but you were busy. Your words may hurt Neethu. I will tell everything later, please adjust it for me, mom," requested Rithick.

"Rithick! I can't believed yet and even I can't believed my own eyes. I know well about Rithick, Rahul and Riya. You won't choose the wrong person
Okay! It's your wish but one condition," said her and she gazed at Neethu

"What condition? Mom,"

"This is the first and last time to bring a girl here to stay at Midnight. Your first duty is to leave her safely to her place in the early morning itself," said his mom. She had no other way and she was not ready to hurt them.

"Riya! Today, you sleep with Neethu . Take the room next to mine, take care of her and make the arrangements whatever she wished" informed her.

Rithick was relaxed just now and he showed thumbs up with his cute smile. Neethu smiled at him back.

"Okay! Come on Neethu, let's go," Riya and Neethu went out.

"Mom! I felt pitiful for not informing before about Neethu" said Rithick.

"Are you my Rithick? What's happening here? More than that I trusted you Rithick. Don't worry," said his mom.

"I love you mom!"

"Neethu, I hope that she was so lovable as like our Nethra. I know well about you, Rithick. I know how you would treat the girls in between you like Neethu. I am sure she will be a cute girl. No need any further explanation,"

"Thanks Mom"

Rithick hugged Rahul. The name "Nethra" echoed in their ears. After few minutes of conversation, they moved towards upstairs.

Kalpana's POV

I can't convinced myself. I loved my son more than my life. I could see strange Rithick Today. He was tensed a lot for this girl. He never behaved like this before. I knew Neethu was so special to him. I could see love in his eyes.

Yeah! Of course, he love Neethu. My son's selection will the best. I have no doubt in that but why he hide it from me?

I am curious to know the gift presented by Neethu. My hands rushed towards the gift. I opened the gift slowly and I was shocked to see the gift. I could guess out that it was a photo frame.

I and my Sanjay together, these photos were very special to me because it was taken at the time of our love. Exactly, it's more special gift from me. Tears rolled down from my eyes at the moment I saw my Sanjay.

I love you Sanjay. I miss you.

Neethu's POV

I and Riya entered into the room. Riya made all the arrangements for me. Few minutes later, I have refreshed myself. I am not in the mood to sleep.

The incidents happening around me was scattered. I am very sure that there were some relationship between Rithick and Rahul. Rithick's mom made it very clear.
Why Rithick and Rahul were hiding it from me? Am I confused? Are I am doubting them? I have decided to clear my doubt.

"Are you comfortable?" asked Riya.

"Yup" I replied.

"Would you please tell me the truth?
I am too confused" I asked, hesitantly.

I could perceive a sudden change in Riya's face. "What?" She asked me back.

"About Rithick and Rahul?" I replied

Riya paused for a minute and she gazed at me. I could understand the answer is behind Riya's silence. At the same time, I can't forgive, if Rithick and Rahul have lied.

"Rithick anna and Rahul anna were from same family. They were cousins. My dad and Rithick anna's dad were siblings. They were together from their childhood. They did their schooling and college together. They were like twin brothers and more than that they were best friends. If there is any problem for Rahul anna, the first person to stand with him is my Rithick anna. I love them both." said Riya.
