A/N: At the close of the last chapter, King Dedede, Escargoon, and Meta Knight were discussing what to do with (Y/N)'s behaviour. They soon found out that U.A. would help (Y/N), but they have to move him to a new home in order to attend the school for young heroes. So they made arrangements for (Y/N) to stay with Izumi, the girl he saved, in her home. We now find our lovable protagonist packed up and ready to go nearby the castle gates.

(Y/N) waited impatiently for the Waddle Dees to finish packing his food, games, clothes, and his weapons. They were being loaded into Dedede's limousine. While waiting, (Y/N)'s worried if Izumi's parents won't accept him into their home. Escargoon was concerned.

(Y/N): What's taking so long?!

Escargoon: Now now, (Y/N), The Waddle Dees are being as quick as possible to get your personal belongings for you. No need to worry. I'm sure the kid you meet will be pleased to see you and be glad to let you in.

Before (Y/N) could speak, Waddle Doo came up with Fololo and Falala.

Waddle Doo: Forgive me for the late introduction, Prince (Y/N), but we got all of your stuff packed up. You're now ready to go.

(Y/N): Finally! For a second there, I thought I was going to lose my patience.

Escargoon: And not a moment too soon. And just in case, Fololo and Falala will be on your side for now on.

Fololo: Don't worry, (Y/N). If you need anything, just ask us!

Falala: We're more than happy to help you out!

(Y/N): Thanks, you two!

Just then, Sir Ebrum, Lady Like and Susie arrived along with Bandana Waddle Dee.

B.W.D. (Bandana Waddle Dee): I will also be on your side whenever you need my help (Y/N)!

Sir Ebrum: We thought it would be a good idea to bring the King's most trusted Waddle Dee with you.

Lady Like: The King forgot to tell you we'll be with you to visit your new home.

(Y/N) let out a sigh as he, Dedede and the others boarded the limousine. With the help of the Energy Spheres, they were able to reach Musutafu, Japan on Planet Earth. Kirby and the others were looking around the city. Kirby was amazed to see the sites.

Kirby: POYO! (in amazement)

Tuff: Wow! Back on Popstar, the City Trial is nothing compared to this!

B.W.D.: I never thought a real-life city would be so big!

Susie: I do enjoy site-seeing, it really amuses me!

Tuff: I wonder what kind of stuff they have.

Tiff: Focus, Tuff! We need to find the home of the green-haired girl (Y/N)'s talking about.

Sir Eburn: Now don't be hastie, Tiff. It's our first time on a different planet. We must use great caution.

Lady Like: Indeed. Sir Meta Knight told us the city can be filled with heroes & villains. It's best to take our time very carefully.

Tiff: Hey, Meta Knight. Aren't we concerned that the people around us are looking at us thinking we're strange?

Meta Knight: I'd be more concerned if we run into a villain than being watched.

King Dedede: Oi, Escargoon! Where's the Greenette's address?

Escargoon: Be patient, Your majesty! Susie built a locator map in the limousine to find the right destination.

Before Dedede could say anything else, a gang of thugs were blocking their way!

King Dedede: HEY!! What's the big idea?!

Escargoon: Can you see we're in the middle of something very important?!

Thug 1: Whatever, Old Man! Just give us all your money!

King Dedede: Excuse me?!?

Escargoon: That's very rude to treat the King like that! Show some respect!

King Dedede: That's right!! Move it or Lose it!!

Just then, the thugs activated their quirks.

Thug 2: Says who, Snail? (Giving them a smirk)

Dedede and Escargoon were in a state of shock and they didn't know what to do. Suddenly, Kirby, B.W.D. & Meta Knight were in battle stations. The thugs were surprised.

Thug 3: What the heck? What are those things?

Thug 4: Who cares? They're small and quirkless! They couldn't hit us!

(Y/N): Think again, punk! Kirby! Quick! Catch!

(Y/N) throws his hammer at Kirby and just in time, Kirby catches the hammer transformed into Hammer Kirby!

Thug 1: Whoa! I did not see that coming.

Before saying anything else, Kirby striked first! The thugs began to fight back. Meta Knight unleashes a drill attack to the thugs. B.W.D. used his spear to defend himself from the thugs. Hammer Kirby uses (Y/N)'s hammer to battle the thugs. Kirby unleashes the mighty hammer flip to two thugs, knocking both of them out. Three thugs remaining. Meta Knight used his dimensional cape to teleport behind them, giving them a surprise attack. B.W.D. twirled them out of the way using his back-up weapon, his parasol.

B.W.D.: Good thing I brought my ol' parasol.

One thug left.

Thug 1: (Scared) N-n-n-now l-listen... we can pretend none of this ever happened. And forget what I said.

Before he could run for it, he felt an ominous aura behind him, it was the Great King himself.

King Dedede: Just to let you know, I show no mercy to my enemy. So Long, Punk!!

Dedede unleashes his Final Smash, The Dedede Burst from Smash 4. To be fair, (Y/N) prefers the Dede-Rush because the Masked Dedede persona is way cooler and ferocious.

King Dedede: Never disrespect this King!!! No, Sir!

B.W.D.: I agree, sire. No rude people like them mustn't treat you like that!

Escargoon: Well, with them out of the way, Shall we continue?

They all agreed. As they re-enter the limousine, Dedede hoped he wouldn't be interrupted by Criminals or Heroes, but he was wrong. Unknown to them, they were watched by a certain hero of the city.

????: Hmmm... It looks like the city got new guests. Especially when Video Game characters are real.

Meanwhile, back with the protagonists from Popstar, they arrived at the Midoriya residence. It was in an apartment building.

King Dedede: Are you sure this is the right place?

Escargoon: The locator map is telling us we're at the place, so that's a yes.

Meta Knight: It's best to check the second floor.

They went to the second floor, and found Midoriya's apartment. Dedede knocks on the door, and then... BONK!!! A green-haired woman was standing with a frying pan in her hand. I guess you could say she's a protective mother.

????: Who are you people? Are you here to steal my daughter? I've got more where that came from!!! She's gone through enough suffering!!!

Escargoon was frightened of the woman, he could guess the woman was Izumi's mother. Ebrum and Like approached her.

Sir Ebrum: Um... Beg your pardon, mam, we apologize if we frighten you.

????: I'll ask you again, who are you people?

Meta Knight: We're the heroes of Dream Land. Fret not, we're not here to cause trouble.

Before Izumi's mother could say anything else, her daughter appeared, (Y/N)'s was surprised and pleased to see her again.

Izumi:Mommy, is everything al- *gasps*

Izumi could not believe it, not only to see (Y/N) again, but to see the characters from the famous HAL/Nintendo games, Kirby! Kirby saw Izumi and she rushed over to Kirby. Her mother was concerned about this.

Izumi: WOW!!! Kirby is real!!! Hey, Mom! It's Kirby in real life! (hugs Kirby tightly)

????: Izumi, Be careful!

Tiff: Your squeezing Kirby!

Izumi turned to see a squeezed up Kirby.

Kirby: Poyo... (squished, but then inflated back to normal)

Izumi: (blushes) Sorry, Kirby! I didn't mean to do that! Please forgive me!

Kirby: Poyo poyo! (hugs Izumi to accept her apology)

Izumi: Thanks, Kirby! (turns to (Y/N)) Oh! (Y/N)! Sorry! I'm also a fan of the Kirby Series!

(Y/N): That's alright, Izumi. I didn't notice before! Oh and we're sorry to drop in uninvitedly, Ms. Midoriya.

????(Inko): It's alright. Oh! Where are my manners? My name is Inko. You must be the boy my daughter talked about. I appreciate you for protecting her.

(Y/N): (bashfully) Um... thanks.

Inko: What's wrong, (Y/N)? Where's your father?

(Y/N): Um... That would be the person you hit on the head.

Dedede: (groans in pain) Where's the leak, ma'am?

Escargoon: Well, it could've been me.

Inko: (helping Dedede get up) Oh my Goodness! I'm so sorry! Please forgive me! I didn't know you were his father!

Dedede: No problem. I have been through worse, and I get defeated first.

Inko helped Dedede get up, Dedede can still feel the pain, but he got over it.

Sir Ebrum: Perhaps we cause a bumpy introduction.

Lady Like: No need to fret. We can set up the table and discuss this.

Escargoon and Susie set up the tea table, there's also an extra table for the kids. Inko was surprised to see real life video game characters. Meta Knight told her that the games of Kirby's adventures were true.

Inko: Wow. I didn't realize that. In fact, my daughter thinks Kirby can copy the enemies' quirks.

King Dedede: Quirk? You mean copy abilities, right?

Inko: Yeah... *sighs sadly*

Sir Ebrum: What's wrong, Lady Inko?

Lady Like: Is there something troubling you?

Inko: *clears throat* You see, my daughter is quirkless, her results are shown during our visit to the doctor's. I'm worried if she would be miserable. Not all people are equal in this world. The kids are making fun of Izumi and she doesn't have any friends. (Looks at Dedede) Ever since your son saved my daughter, she thought he was the only friend she saw.

Escargoon: It seems like it. Call me crazy, but I'm thinking it's just like when Kirby first arrived in Dream Land.

King Dedede: (Turns to Inko) So, you're worried about your daughter being lonely and depressed, and not being a hero?

Inko: Yes, it's true. But still, I'm grateful that your son protected Izumi.

Escargoon: Yes, but he can be short-fused and brutal to his enemies just like his father. (Turns to Dedede) No offense, Sire.

King Dedede: None taken. Well, since you told your story I'll share mine.

Inko: But, your son doesn't have your similarities.

King Dedede: True, but here's a real story. After the battle between Galeem & Dharkon, Kirby and the others did a celebration party of our victory at my castle. After the party, it started to rain, but there's nothing wrong.

Escargoon: We were sleeping in peace, until I woke up. I can barely sleep after the party, so I went to the kitchen to get myself a glass of water. When I was on my way to the kitchen, I saw a shooting star like the Smash Ball from the rain, and landed near the castle. I ordered the Waddle Dees to lower the bridge. I started to look for the star myself.

Flashback:

Escargoon looked where the shooting star landed. Among the crash sites, he can see the Smash Ball. He walked carefully, but before he could think about getting King Dedede, the Smash Ball started to crack. Escargoon took cover and as the ball broke open, he could hear something crying, crying... from a baby! Escargoon found a baby in the Smash Ball! He picked up the baby as the child continued to cry.

Baby (Y/N): *Crying*

Escargoon: What's wrong, little guy? Are you lost?

Baby (Y/N): *Still Crying*

With only one option remaining, he carried the child back to Castle Dedede. Back with the king, he asked the Waddle Dees where Escargoon was. Before he could ask Tiff, Tuff, & Kirby, Escargoon arrived with the baby in his hands.

Dedede: Where were you, Slug-brain?

Escargoon: Well excuse me, I saw something in the sky and crash-landed near the castle.

Meta Knight: What did you see falling from the sky? (Leaning by the pillar)

Escargoon heard him by the pillars. Only finding it a little unexpected.

Escargoon: It was a Smash Ball that looked like a shooting star, then it crash-landed near the castle, next it started to hatch, and finally a baby was inside. (Showing Baby (Y/N) who is still crying)

Dedede covered his ears from the loud crying, Kirby, Tiff & Tuff came to the scene where the noise was coming from and they found their answer.

Tiff: Dedede! Where is the noise coming from?!

Tuff: Yeah! It won't stop!

Kirby: Poyo!

Dedede: SHHH! I'm trying to calm the baby down!

Tiff & Tuff: A baby?!?

Kirby: Poyo?!

Dedede showed the trio the young infant who is still crying. They asked where Dedede found the baby, and he told them to ask if Escargoon found it from outside of the castle. As soon as they knew the situation, the baby's crying began to stop. The young boy is sleeping. Lady Like & Sir Ebrum arrived to see the others.

Lady Like: Tiff! Tuff! Kirby! Why are you three up late at night?

Sir Ebrum: Would anyone here can please explain this?

Escargoon: SHH! (quietly, and pointed to the sleeping baby)

Lady Like & Sir Ebrum were surprised to see the baby, and didn't expect this from Dedede. The noble lady couldn't help but smile along with her husband.

Sir Ebrum: I say-

Lady Like: SHHH!

Sir Ebrum: Oh! Forgive me, my dear.

As the baby was sleeping, Escargoon ordered the Waddle Dees to build a nursery for the baby. It didn't take them long, but Tiff & Tuff wanted the nursery to be "Kirby themed," which they did put the touches on. When Dedede put the baby in the crib, he looked at him sleeping peacefully. He couldn't help but smile.

Dedede: (Chuckles) He sure is adorable, I'll admit.

Escargoon: I agree, sire (as he stands from the doorway arch)

Dedede: Yeah, but believe me or not, somebody must've put him in that there Smash Ball ya found. Who would do that?

Escargoon: I'm not really sure, Sire. But I think someone's in a big hurry.

King Dedede: Hmm... By the way, what's his name?

Escargoon: I don't know... How 'bout you give a name, sire?

Dedede: Hmm... (thinking)

He's thinking about how to name the infant. A few seconds later, he found the right name.

Dedede: I got it. How about Dedede Jr.?

Escargoon: Well nothing related to sire, how about (Y/N)?

Dedede: Where did you think of that name?

Escargoon: Ever since I found him in the Smash Ball, it had the word, (Y/N), on it. Perhaps that's his name.

Dedede: Really? Hmm... I know! I'll name him, (Y/N) Dedede Jr.! My first ever son.

Escargoon: Not a bad name, sire. But do you think you can handle the role of a parent? It's a big responsibility and it's not easy.

Dedede: Don't worry, Ebrum & Like know how to control their children, and I may be an arch frenemy of Kirby, but as the King of Dream Land, it's my duty!

Escargoon: ...Sire, you spoke like a true king. If you need me, don't hesitate to ask me.

Dedede: Hehehehe. You're still the loyal right-hand snail this king could ever have.

*Flashback over*

Dedede: And in conclusion, I decided to raise (Y/N) to be the greatest hero of Dream Land just like Kirby.

Inko: Wow... I didn't even know that actually happened in reality. By the way, who was the person who put (Y/N) in the Smash Ball?

Escargoon: I'm honestly not sure, Ms. Inko. Guess we'll find the answer later.

Meanwhile with Kirby and the youth...

Izumi: WOW! I didn't think Kirby's adventures were real! By the way, does Kirby have a quirk?

Kirby: Poyo? (Looks at her curiously)

Tuff: What's a quirk?

(Y/N): Izumi asked me the same question and she told me that it's like a super power that superheroes have. But I said I have no quirk, but it's no big deal for me. I can clobber enemies with a hammer.

Tiff: Kirby doesn't have a quirk, Izumi, but he can copy his enemies' attacks or projectiles.

Izumi: So Kirby doesn't have a quirk like (Y/N), but how can Kirby be a hero without a quirk?

Tiff: As you can see, Izumi, Kirby is a star warrior, and so is Meta Knight. In fact, they're both fighters and members of the Super Smash Bros.

Izumi: THE SUPER SMASH BROS?!?! (Y/N), you know them too?!

Before (Y/N) could answer, the adults came over. Dedede & Escargoon got (Y/N)'s luggage and set it up at the Midoriya residence. But one problem, where can (Y/N) sleep?

Escargoon: Pardon us, Ms. Midoriya, but where (Y/N) gonna sleep?

Inko: I think we have a guest room, but it hasn't been used in a long time.

Dedede: That works too.

Meanwhile, Meta Knight is speaking with (Y/N). What are they talking about?

Meta Knight: (Y/N), I want to give this. This is a Copy Essence Deluxe necklace. In case when you're in trouble, you can use the Copy Abilities from Kirby and Power-ups from various games.

(Y/N): Cool, but one question, does this mean my training with you, Dad, Kirby and the Super Smash Bros. are cancelled?

Meta Knight: Fear not. Starting today, I will be your mentor and Bandana Dee will assist me to train you. As an added bonus, some fighters of Smash will help you train.

(Y/N): Sweet!

With that settled, (Y/N) went to say goodbye to Kirby, Dedede, and the others. It'll be hard for (Y/N) because he won't be to see Kirby or his dad. B. W. D. has the same thing too. Kirby, Tiff, Tuff, and their parents tried their hardest not to get emotional, but Dedede burst into tears, along with Escargoon.

Dedede: *sniff* Son, I want to know that I love you and I'm proud of you for protecting the people you loved.

(Y/N): *sniff* I know, dad, and I love you too.

Escargoon: (shedding tears) Make his majesty and the Smash Brothers proud. And Bandanna Waddle Dee, do everything you can to help out (Y/N).

For B.W.D, it was hard for him, but he's filled with determination and bravery.

B.W.D: (shedding tears) *sniff* I will not let down, sire!

With Meta Knight & Kirby...

Meta Knight: Kirby, I know won't be home on Popstar and won't see for a while, but I want you to protect the king, Cappy Town, Dream Land, even Planet Popstar at all costs.

Kirby was sad that he won't see Meta Knight, B.W.D, and (Y/N) for a long time. But with determination and courage, Kirby promised to protect Popstar and Dream Land no matter what.

Kirby: Poyo!

Meta Knight: Farewell and good luck, Kirby.

Fololo: We'll miss you, Kirby.

Falala: Please be careful.

Kirby: Poyo. (hugs Fololo & Falala)

As they say their goodbyes, Kirby & co. went back home on Popstar. (Y/N) was still crying and a small tear came in Meta Knight's eye. Izumi and her mother felt sorry for the fighters of Dream Land, but with a good heart she decided to cheer (Y/N) and the others up. She walked up to (Y/N).

Izumi: Are you okay, (Y/N)?

(Y/N): *sniff* Yeah... I'm fine. (Blowing his nose in a tissue)

Inko: Don't worry, Izumi and I are more than happy to take care of you.

Meta Knight: Bandanna Waddle Bee and I will train (Y/N) to become the strongest fighter.

Fololo & Falala: We'll do whatever we can to help!

(Y/N): ...Thank you, everyone.

????: Beg pardon the interruption.

????: We apologize if we're terribly late.

Only Meta Knight & (Y/N) knew those voices, at the front entrance were Meta Knight's allies, Sword Knight & Blade Knight. (Y/N) was surprised that they're here. He thought they were supposed to be back in Dream Land.

(Y/N): Uncle Sword? Uncle Blade? What are you two doing here?

Sword Knight: We're going to assist Meta Knight to help you become a hero.

Blade Knight: You're gonna need to learn how to use your Copy Essence Deluxe necklace.

Izumi: Wow, (Y/N)! Meta Knight of the Star Warriors is gonna train you to be a hero!

Later that evening...

Izumi was showing (Y/N) her collection of All-Might, The Number One Pro Hero. He didn't she was a Number One fan of All-Might, yet she's a dream to become a hero. While (Y/N) looks at her collection, it does remind someone he knew, but he wouldn't worry about it. Izumi wonders if she'll become a hero without a quirk, she wanted to ask (Y/N) because he has no quirk, but she's worried that he might laugh at her. She took a deep breath and prepared to ask (Y/N).

Izumi: Hey, (Y/N)?

(Y/N): Yes, Izumi?

Izumi: Do you think I'll become a hero even without a quirk?

(Y/N): Of course, I'm sure you'll become a hero, quirk or no quirk.

Izumi: Do you think so?

(Y/N): No doubt about it.

Izumi hugs (Y/N) as she's shedding tears.

Izumi: Thank you, thank you, thank you, (Y/N)!

(Y/N): (struggling from the hug) ...Thank you...Um... Can you please let go of me?

Izumi: Oh sorry!

(Y/N): Don't worry about me, Izumi! I think it's getting late. (yawns)

Izumi: (yawns) Your right, goodnight, (Y/N).

(Y/N): Goodnight, Izumi.

The two kids went to sleep dreaming about becoming the next heroes. (Y/N) was dreaming that one day Izumi would like to visit the Super Smash Bros. He thinks she'll love that. (Y/N) was hoping to ask Meta Knight if it's okay to see the Smash fighters. And speaking of Meta-Knight, where is he now?

Meanwhile in the night sky above Musutafu...

On the battleship Halberd, Meta Knight, and his Meta-Knights were on patrol looking for acts of crime. Fortunately, Sword & Blade Knight reasoned with the other knights and Sailor Waddle Dee is behind the wheel steering the ship. While on patrol, Meta Knight couldn't help but feel a disturbance. Sword & Blade checked up on him.

Sword Knight: Is there something wrong, Sir?

Blade Knight: You've been quiet and standing on the dock for hours.

Meta Knight: I sense a disturbance, If this city has heroes, why aren't they doing their job?

Sword Knight: What do you mean, Sir?

Meta Knight: The heroes of this city are not doing their job. Other heroes are doing their jobs, but they're not getting credit.

Blade Knight: Some "heroes" they are.

Sword Knight: Do they have any idea what they're doing?

Meta Knight: .....The "heroes" have yet so much to learn about being heroes and having responsibilities. Once (Y/N) is trained enough, he'll be ready to protect the city and show the "heroes" is about helping others and not showing off their "quirks."

As enough said, Meta Knight will show the heroes of Musutafu that they're making themselves foolish and prove that the heroes without quirks are true heroes. However, as time flew, (Y/N) & Izumi grew from kids to teenagers. What do you think will happen next? Only one thing for sure, don't miss the next chapter!
