AJINKYA'S POV:

"Well--- i just thought of trying it for you" , abhijeet said.
"Oh wait --so even your eyes aren't green?" , She asked.

"No no , no one here wears contact lenses." , I confirmed.

His eyes are naturally green.
Literal pale green.
I have blue eyes , dark blue type.
I remember adhit once told me that he liked my eyes.

So i never doubted my eyes.

Maya sat down with all the photos in her hands.
She started laughing when she saw a photo of me and adhit together.

"You and ajinkya are looking so beautiful together like a real couple" , she said to adhit.
"Ohh that was bullshit" , adhit replied.

No it wasn't , i enjoyed watching him that time.

"Shut up , it was bullshit for you because you had to become the girl" , i told him.
"Yes definitely it was entertaining to you because you didn't have to pretend to be a girl" , he ranted.

Well true.
"Why though?" , Maya asked when she was laughing.
I looked at abhijeet , he was smiling too.
Looking at maya and being mesmerized by her laugh.

Finally he got the chance to listen to her laugh in person. He has her phone hacked so whenever she talks or laughs ,  he gets to listen to it thanks to the microphone.

He records it and listens to it like his favourite music.
On repeat tape.
For which he'll never get bored of.

At least he can take a good look.
Great isn't it?
And then there is me , who can't even do that ...i would really like to watch adhit the same way.

But then again , I don't think he'll like it.

"It was last year's fresher's party. We were playing truth or dare and adhit chose dare so he had to transform into a girl" , abhijeet explained.

"All thanks to our dear ajinkya for daring me to dress and behave like a girl for TOTAL 10 BLOODY MINUTES " , Adhit taunted.
I get it.
He looked so cute though.

Maya and zui were laughing.
So were the others.

"Don't worry , in few months you'll be having your photos up here too" , abhijeet told her.

She nodded.

AJINKYA'S POV :

Maya and abhijeet are kind of talkative when they are having a quarrel with each other.
Abhijeet asked her why she ignored him this morning in the corridor and she said cause i wanted to....
And so they started the debate again.

They both are being so loud that i can hear them loud and clear even when i am standing in the corridor.
The council room is at the literal end.

One window to the right of our room door and left side is the corridor which is connected to passages and stairs.

I am looking at the sports club people playing basketball through the window.
They are doing a warm up i think.

"So...." , Someone said.
I looked behind and oh it's just zui with the z.

She was giving me company.
"Well what are you doing?" , She asked.

"Spacing out maybe" , i told her cause it's obvious about what i am doing right now.

"Well i was wondering if ---" , she said ...she is hesitating.

"Go on" , i said.
"Aghh this is hard" , she said and beat her forehead.

I don't like where this is going actually.
Should i just get out of here?
I don't want to--

"Ok let's keep this simple. You care for some casual date?" , She asked.

Expected.
I saw this coming the moment i saw her in the eyes.

But I don't want to.
I only have my eyes for one person-- and i --- i just can't man , i cannot.

I don't know how to reject though.
What should i do??
Should i tell her that i am seeing someone?????
But she is a council member , she knows everything already.

SHITT---

She touched my shoulder and asked , " What do you think?"

Yupp , she definitely needs a answer right now.

"Uh well--" i was about to say but ....adhit ...he is standing at the door.
I looked back at him.
So did zui.

The moment she saw adhit , she removed her hand from my shoulder.

Though adhit ignored us and went straight in the room.

Oh shit--
"Zui" , i said and looked at her.
"I get it that we know each other very well since childhood but i am not interested in dating right now" i told her.

"Look i-- i am sorry but i-- i just cannot really. Try and understand zui" , i am literally convincing her.

"Well why not?" , She asked.

"Am i not that attractive?" , She said.
Aghh who cares if you are attractive or not!!!
You are nothing compared to adhit.

Adhit opened the door again.
This time he took a left to the door.
He ignored us again.

"My decision is final , don't bother me with this again" , i told her and went straight ahead.

I am searching for adhit but where the fuck is he???

He shouldn't take that in a wrong way.
He must know that i am always single for him.

I mean--- i don't want to date anyone.
I hope he knows that I won't love anyone.

Though ----- he probably doesn't even think about me in that way.
I don't know why but he always avoids me.
He never dated anyone.

I did , a lot of times.
I have dated many females.
Never was in love , either on the terms of liking or just physical relationship.

Ahh fuck , nevermind this.
He won't even consider me.
I never seemed to catch his attention.

I was going back in the council room but everyone was getting out.
Ruha said , "It's all done , see you guys tomorrow" .
The group went ahead.

Abhijeet and maya are together.
They are walking behing the group. Maya came near me and asked , "wanna hangout for sometime?"

Abhijeet is clearly jealous.

"Done " , i said and winked my right eye.

"Abhijeet would join us though" , i told her and she surprisingly agreed.

We were at the subway.
Subway is actually the favourite of maya and adhit.

Adhit is sitting in front of me with abhijeet.
Whereas , maya is beside me.

We ordered for ourselves.

"Zui asked you something right?" , Maya asked.

" Unfortunately you guys were audible to me even when the door was closed", she confirmed.

"Sensitive ears" , abhijeet reminded me.

I should just tell them everything even though adhit is here too.
I shouldn't hide it from him.
