AJINKYA'S POV :

Dad is gonna be home soon. Now this is a real massive turn for abhijeet and maya. Maya cannot be rude to abhijeet infront of dad.

If dad and maya meets eachother, that's fucking it.
Everything will come to an end for abhijeet.

We are currently sitting in the lecture and i  looked at him.
Smiling so much.
Thinking about maya for sure.
I am so happy for them , finally after so many years he learned to accept his feelings.

"Ajinkya" my teacher snapped her fingers infront of me.
"Pay attention" she ordered.
Yeah yeah.
Though, abhijeet should be one to pay attention.

It was lunch time , we all were sitting on the table and having our lunch.
"She will keep rejecting you" ruha said.

"She won't" abhijeet replied , he is quite confident i don't know how .
Well , maya is not like any of the other girls.

She really really won't say yes to him unless it's actually for love and obviously she doesn't love him.

"She has already rejected you" adhit said.
Me and him cannot stop laughing.
Every time she is rude to him or rejects him , we cannot help but laugh the shit out of us.

"I won't give up" abhijeet said.

Interesting , it's all going just as mom predicted.

Finally the class is over , its past 4:30 now. I am excited to see dad , he'll be home by tonight.

"Let's go" abhijeet said when i was packing my bag.

We stepped out of the class and ohh-- what a turn of events.
Maya is waiting outside for-- obviously him.
I looked at him to capture his reaction and save it forever in my mind.

His face and gaze gets softened whenever he sees her. That's so damn great.
That cannot be anything except love.

She is walking towards us.
I gave his chest a little nudge to see if he is alive.
Woah-- so he isn't even gonna look at me now?

Uh this girl is magical to him.
"Here , you forgot this in the morning . It was kept on the table" she said while her hand gave him his key.
"Sweet of you to return it" i said and kissed her hand.

Definitely to make him jealous.
Abhijeet gave me a look for which i just smiled.

Maya smiled at me too. We both get along really well.

Though....there is no freaking way she kills people without hesitation.

"I didn't forget it" abhijeet said.

"What?" Maya asked.

"I left it behind on purpose so that i can see you again" abhijeet said.

Ooooo that was smooth as butter.

She rolled her eyes.

I AM GONNA DIE LAUGHING AT ABHIJEET.

"You still mad or what?" I asked him.

"Ofcourse i am" abhijeet replied.
"You laughed like an idiot just cause she rolled her eyes at me . What are you? A 6 six year old kid?" He said.

"Yeah well obviously I'll laugh , if a girl didn't like me then what would you do?" I asked.

"I would distance myself from you and then i'll laugh" he said and nodded like he is agreeing with himself.

"That's the same thing" , i grabbed his neck by my forearm.

We were waiting for ruha and adhit in the parking lot of our college.
They are normally not so late but--- adhit seems to be with her a lot.

I mean i am not jealous but----

"There they are" abhijeet said.
I turned and adhit was looking handsome.
Yeah well he is pretty.

"Sorry , we were in the student council room cleaning a little" ruha said.

Cleaning?
Were they?
Adhit doesn't clean though.

We headed out and were waiting for the traffic signal to show green light.
And oohh look who is crossing the road..
Maya it is.

Abhijeet started the car and pulled the car to the side.
They were having their conversation in which i can clearly tell that she is pushing him off.

I stopped my car behind his too.
"I said I'll walk aaron" maya said.
"I don't want you to , just get in chaudhari" abhijeet said.

"Guys not again" i said.
Abhijeet gave me a nice--- real nice look.

Maya bit her lip and said , "Not today , i have some work"
"Promise me for tomorrow then" , abhijeet requested.

He is such a begger for her.

They look kinda good together actually.
Or maybe i just think that because-- well abhijeet has been my dear friend since childhood.

Though the real problem for them begins now.

It was almost 7pm. Dad is gonna be home soon. He is driving right now. He'll be home soon!!!!!
Everyone is so happy!!

We'll be seeing him after--more than 2 weeks.

Ruha will soon be gone too.

That car rev , DAD!!!
We welcomed him , everyone including me hugged him.

The first thing he said was "Show me the girl you love" to abhijeet.

Everyone went silent.
Dad doesn't know yet that it's none other than his assassin herself.
"Get some rest first" , mom said.

Watching maya and abhijeet together is almost the same as watching mom and dad.

We all were sitting in the fountain area.
"Thanks for taking care of ruha for so long" , uncle said.

Ruha was here with us while her father and dad was on a business trip together.
She lied to maya about saying that she is a PG cause then we didn't knew that she is introduced to the underworld.

Mom said it's fine and she can live with us anytime she wants.
"The girl" , dad asked again.

Abhijeet was as calm as ever. He probably thinks that dad will support his love. He wouldn't though. He probably won't.

He might think that assassins aren't trust worthy and might actually even get her killed.

Abhijeet called dad's right hand man , and asked him to show a photo of her.

The moment dad laid his eyes on the photograph , "Are you serious?" Dad asked . He cleared his throat and continued , "Do you even know her?"

"Yes i know she is your assassin , but--" abhijeet was interrupted by dad.

"Do you know what her past is?" Dad asked.

"No" abhijeet replied.
"Do you know shreyash? The north indian mafia who gets many girls kidnapped and then they are pushed into human trafficking."  Dad asked.

"Yes i am well aware. He gets many girls kidnapped and then are treated as bed toys for mafias of the underworld" , abhijeet confirmed.

"Exactly , unfortunately, the girl you love got kidnapped by his men when she was 9. Guess what she did?" He asked.

She got kidnapped? When she was just 9?
