Sometimes I wish I could completely forget my past inside of repressing it. Because of it, I see the world differently from everyone else. Everyone goes through hard times sometimes, but never as badly as I have. I lay awake in my group home, scared, sad, anger, wishing I could just be normal. With my only worry being finals and boys or girls. Not whether I'm going to be moved out again or dead. I carry a burden a seventeen year old should never carry.
