~Elizabeth's Pov~ 

The three knights were all back to back in a triangle type formation. The youngest one looked scared out of his mind. "These weapons....can only mean one thing" the female knight muttered, her grip on her sword tightening as it confused me. "Yep. We are the Seven Deadly Sins" Meliodas then spoke fast in reply as the three knights pulled out their weapons. The pain in my chest getting tighter making me hug myself fast. I was holding back a scream. Diane was looking right at me worried.

"Captain, I will be able to remove the spell once the pendant is destroyed" Merlin soon spoke as all of their sights landed on the youngest knight. I remembered that the female once called him Alioni. "The others should be here by now" the female muttered as Meliodas turned around getting on one knee asking for me to hold on. "Merlin, do what is needed and fast" he soon spoke loudly as my eyes were on Meliodas who looked really worried. Why was he so worried about someone he had just met?

That made no sense. The pain was just getting worse. I closed my eyes as tears were building up. That was when I was able to hear the sound of metal clashing. My body slowly starting to shake. That was when I was pulled forward into someone. I knew it had to of been Meliodas. He was hugging me. "Just hang in there" he whispered it wasn't long until we heard horses and people outside. Their backup. They had people on their way here for me. "Captain get her far from this spot. It should lessen the pain and keep her safe" I soon heard Gowther's voice. 

My eyes slowly opened as Meliodas picked up me up once more but this time in a princess hold. "KNIGHTS, THE CAPTAIN OF THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS IS KIDNAPPING PRINCESS ELIZABETH!" I heard the older knight shout loudly as Meliodas moved fast out the tavern door. Once outside we saw an army of soldiers. All being human as they pulled out their weapons. "Diane" Meliodas spoke as the girl ran forward with Gideon. They both growing in size. Diane had turned into a true giant. 

Gideon had changed sizes with her. The soldiers stepped back in fear as Meliodas used this to run toward the woods nearby the Boar Hat tavern. I was hearing my breath getting shorter and shorter. Meliodas was looking forward, pure worry in his face as my eyes ended up slowly closing. It wasn't long until I passed out from the intense pain. I wasn't sure on how long I was out but when I woke up I was sitting under a tree deep in the woods. I noticed Meliodas slightly out of breath, looking around. 

The pain had died down a lot. I put a hand on my head as Meliodas turned his head noticing me. "Thank a goddess, you are alright" he spoke walking over as it wasn't long for me to notice some knocked out knights around us here and there. "Seems these guys had an insurance put in place in case something like this happened" Meliodas soon spoke as he soon sat down in front of me thinking. Insurance. The spell was placed on me at first for that reason but it wasn't long until people abused it. 

"It been used on you before?" he soon asked as I only nodded. He had a worried look on his face once more as we heard movement heading toward us. Meliodas was on his feet again in a second, ready to pull out his sword. I was still in some pain, not wanting to move. "CAPTAIN" We soon heard Diane's voice as Meliodas stood down letting out a sigh of relief. Soon Merlin and Diane had come into view and rushed over. Diane slightly out of breath while Merlin was saying well done to Meliodas. 

It wasn't long for me to look at the ground. "Elizabeth does it still hurt?" Diane asked fast, loudly and worried getting the two others to look right at me. I only hugged myself. "Because of me, you all will now be wanted by the country. Now you will be hunted and these soldiers got hurt" I whispered as it wasn't long until Merlin out of the three was in front of me, making me look right at her. She had a serious look on her face. "None of this is your doing Elizabeth" she spoke as I noticed Meliodas and Diane looking in shock.

"The soldiers have been hunting us down for a long time. We once were friends with the Kingdom of Liones but two people changed the King's mind. They turned the tables and made it look as if we were monsters who would harm others for fun and money. None of this is your doing but theirs and we will make them pay for hurting you, using you as some excuse for their wrongdoings along with free you from this forever" Merlin soon spoke loudly and sounded so sure about her words.

She soon had a smile at me as she closed her eyes putting her hand on her head. She started whispering something under her breath as the pain started to die down. The two people watching where still in shock. "M-Merlin never does that" Diane whispered as Meliodas looked toward the ground in thought. Wasn't Merlin like this normally to people? Soon as the pain was gone fully, Merlin helped me to my feet. "Until we get to my room I cannot remove the spell fully Captain" Merlin soon spoke getting Meliodas's attention.

"Then lets head back and get ready to get going. They will be after us even more now after all" Meliodas then spoke with a smile. Were the knights normally after them this much? "Are you all threatening the crown of Liones?" I soon asked in a normal tone of voice getting the attention of all three. Them all looking at me in shock. "As the Third Princess of Liones you would be worried about your father but he has put you through so much you would stand up for him?" Diane soon asked in nonbelief. 

"The people who really are threatening your family had already gotten control of Liones. The Seven Deadly Sins are on a mission to save King Bartra of Liones" Meliodas soon answered in a serious tone looking at me. I just somehow felt....that I could believe him.
