I was still in shock not knowing how to react,I know people who have known about my undying love for manik ,may think I am mad.God had granted my wish of having manik all to myself but still I was not celebrating.But is celebrating the right thing to do????I didn't win manik's heart but just happened to be the next available candidate at mending manik's hurt heart and tampered reputation.

I don't mind bearing all his pain,I can live my life happily by just being a mere presence in his life but the question is will manik allow my presence or would he feel it's an intrusion to his life,its not easy to forget your love and move on.I never felt loved with manik yet could not imagine living with any man but him,then how will manik be able to accept me when he was in an active passionate relation with Soha.This is not a dream come true instead this is my dream turning to be a nightmare.

Navya had gone down to get information about what had happened after we left,and I am sitting  lost in my web of thoughts,which is disturbed as navya rushes in and holds me by my shoulders and starts twirling me around.

Navya,what happened with soha??

What???did you not hear what I said??why are you talking about soha,I have never liked her but for the first time and probably the last time,I have this feeling to give her a tight hug for leaving manik.

Leaving manik???navya explain what happened.

Well apparently manik and his band were supposed to move to the States for future of their band where they were offered a deal which could make them billionaires and also international stars,which was the reason why Soha pushed this whole wedding  so early but manik enquired about the deal and it turned out that they had to sing songs written by the songwriters there making them a mere employee,which may severely hamper their unique style,hence Fab 5 refused the deal.Soha got to know about this after manik made her wear the ring,and she refused to make him wear the ring until he reconsidered his decision, this led to a very ugly argument to the extend that manik had to choose between soha and his friends/music.

Also when Nyonica aunty tried making her understand and suggested to calm down she insulted aunty because of which manik lost his cool and throwed soha and her family out.

Seriously nandini  god is great ,he showed soha's true colour before she could claim manik with her ring,now you can have him.

Have him???really navya have him??navya manik is a human being not a toy to be tossed around two girls,she don't want him so I get to have him,every one is busy planning this new wedding to save the family reputation but what about manik,did any one ask how he is feeling, Just yesterday he was happy on getting ENGAGED and today he is asked to enter a new relationship which is nothing but JUST A COMPROMISE!!! I can't marry him like this ,manik will never accept me.

Navya I won't disappoint my love and give up on him even if he was engaged but this is marriage we are talking about, I am so nervous,now I could live thinking he feels nothing for me but what if I say yes and he ends up hating me,how am I supposed to live with that.

Nandini all I can say is don't turn back to your chance to love because you doubt winning his love,make your love so strong that it would be enough for the both of you and anyway if manik is really a human being he can't turn blind eye to your love for long.

Just as she finished the door opened,and Amma and appa came in,and looked skeptical about how to put forth the matter.

Appa nodded at navya's direction and came to where I was sitting,and stroked my head,and asked.

Nandini we are not pressuring you and you can always say no,but we have to give an answer now ,nyonica is waiting.

When I didn't give any answer ,navya came in front of amma and appa.

Uncle aunty nandini's answer is YES!!! We had discussed this and I know what she will say.

That was it Amma and appa hugged me with tears ,soon we were joined by navya followed by nyonica aunty,what followed was a detailed discussion of the dates,all mutually decided to skip all functions and jump directly to marriage,just as all things were finalised a voice made us all turn our attention to the  owner, MANIK!!!
