Basic description of main character (the one who gets these nightmares) : name is Lisa (sister is Luna) they are identical twins Luna is stressed and popular , and Lisa is the opposite, but they are extremely close.

[First nightmare ]
I hear a noise -bang,bang bang-. Startled, I look around. I see Luna there, in front of me. She has a small hole in her chest. From the hole in her chest comes blood. I freak out, she looks like she's been shot. I try to find help , but there is no one around. I wish my phone hadn't died earlier. I check around for Luna's phone, it seems to have been stolen by whoever shot her. I took to long to help. Before she stopped breathing, she turned to me and said ,"HELP ME".
