POV:YOU

I sat on the floor next to where the dog hybrid laid.
In his very own world.

Though I wish he would be here with me right now.

I got to my feet and slowly walked over to the kitchen.
The kettle stop boiling as soon as I walked in,and I opened the cupboard,grabbing two mugs. One for me and one for the hybrid,just in case he woke up.

I picked up the two mugs and headed to the lounge to keep an eye on the dog hybrid again.
I walked into the room and nearly dropped the mugs when I saw the hybrid sitting up on the couch,eyes darting all around the room.

Once his eyes landed on me,his curiosity was quickly taken over by fear.

I slowly made my way over to him and placed the tea on the side table and sat on the small couch next to where he sat.

I took a sip of my warm drink then placed it on the table and said,

"I'm Y/N,what's your name?"

He looked up to me and fiddled with his hands as he said,

"T-Taehyung.."

I smiled.
First time I received a name after asking for it.

"Well Taehyung,it's nice to meet you. Can you tell me,first of all,on our first encounter,you were running for someone. And two,who you ended up in a alley?"

His whole body seemed to start to shake a little bit and I was quick to say,

"Of course,you don't have to if you don't want."

"I'm s-sorry.."

"What?"

I stared at him confused.

He took a breathe before saying,

"I've caused you so much trouble and I've made your hybrids feel threatened. I-I'll take my leave."

He tried to stand up but I was quick to make him sit back down.

"I promise that you didn't cause me any trouble. And why would you feel that my hybrids feel threatened?"

He turned and pointed to the doorway that lead to the bedrooms.

"Because they have been glaring at me ever since you started talking to me."

"Huh?"

I quickly turned to see Jimin and Yoongi glaring at the hybrid unaware that I caught them.

"Hey you two-"

They both jumped as I called out to them,

"-stop giving the poor guy death glares and actually try to appear nice."

They both walked out from their hiding spot and stood in front of Taehyung,

"I'm Jimin,ginger cat hybrid."

"I'm Yoongi,black cat hybrid."

I smiled and said,

"Now that you know each other,how about we try to get along."

"I-I feel like I-I really should b-be l-leaving."

Taehyung spoke nervously.
I looked at him a little sad and concerned.

"Taehyung,you were really badly hurt when we found you. I think you should stay here,with Yoongi,Jimin and I.
I really just don't want you to get even more hurt they what you were."

"B-but,Yoongi and Jimin-"

"You can stay."

I nearly fell out of my chair as I heard those three words come out of Yoongi's mouth.
He had been the one that said we shouldn't help him in the first place.

"B-but-"

"But nothing kid. Y/N is right,you shouldn't be out there by yourself."

He crossed his arms and looked around the room,viewing both mine and Jimin's shocked expressions.

"What? I'm not aloud to have some sympathy for him?"

"It's not just that hyung,but you actually got soft for the guy."

"Whatever."

He looked away and refused to make eye contact with any of us.

My shocked expression changed to a more calmer one and I looked back to Taehyung,

"So what do you say Taehyung,would you like to join our small little family we have here?"

He looked around at all of us.
Jimin offering him and bright smile.
Yoongi being,Yoongi.
And me waiting patiently for an answer.

Finally he sighed and closed his eyes before opening them and saying,

"I would love to. If you want me to leave at any time,I will do-"

I quickly cut off his sentence by jumping into his arms and giving him a hug.

"I promise that your life will be way better than it ever was before!"

He took him a while but he slowly hugged me back and took in my scent.

"As long as you know I get longer cuddles with her,I can live with you."

Yoongi finally spoke again.

No one fight me. Yoongi always has a soft spot for Taehyung.
