POV:YOU

The sky was filled with a comforting purple as Hoseok and I walked down one of the many paths that were located in the park.

Surprisingly, there was no fight between Jungkook and Hoseok on who got to take me out first (considering I met both them at the same time)
Jungkook gladly let the dog hybrid take me out first.
When I questioned him, he simply stated that Hoseok had looked so excited that his turn was coming. The bunny was willing to let Hoseok go first because he wanted him to be happy.
It's safe to say I gave him the biggest hug I could.

Back to the present, Hoseok had decided that he simply just wanted to go for a picnic date, or in his words,
"A night under the stars."
It looked like he had stars in his eyes when he said that.

It was a rather warmer night, so having a picnic was perfect.

"There! We should set up close to that tree."

Without a complaint, I followed him as we ended up at our destination. He pulled out the blanket and set it down while I started pulling out the small snacks we brought along, as well as the drinks.

Finally we set everything up and sat down.

"I'm so happy I finally got time to spend with you sunshine."

He spoke with a smile on his face.

"Me too Hobi! I feel like I don't give you enough attention sometimes."

I said with a small frown on my face.

"Y/N by giving me no attention, do you mean that you didn't jump straight onto my bed this morning and demand cuddles?"

I laughed.

"You know what I mean."

"Honestly, I don't. Y/N, I feel so loved by you and the others. You all go out if your way to greet me in the morning, everyday. Each and every one of you all make sure to tell me that you love me, whenever you can. And you Y/N, it's the little things you do that tell me that you love me. It's the smile you give me as soon as you see me. It's the laugh that rings through the air when you laugh at a joke I tell you. It's the words that come out of your mouth. Y/N, you took me in as well as Jungkookie, knowing full well that it wouldn't be easy to pay bills, but you didn't anyway. And to be honest I thought you would of got rid of both of us a long time ago, but you haven't, even when you struggle with paying, and don't think we don't notice because we do."

I slightly smiled and looked the the blanket, watching my finger trace a pattern.

"I always hope you guys would never notice that."

"But we do Y/N, and you know why? Because we love you. We're together now, we're a family, that means we look out for each other."

I looked up to him and smiled.

Hoseok was one who didn't say much on problem unless he felt the need to. He never spoke too long unless he wanted to.

"I know you get worried as well as the others, but trust me,things are looking up. In about a month and a half I'm finishing college. I'm also well on my way to a promotion in my job that will earn me a higher pay. It gets hard, and I do feel like sometimes I won't be able to afford to put food in our stomach, but I've never let it stop me. I've never let it stop me because I know that it'll all be worth it in the end, I know that one day we can live a better life. I just have to work harder than normal right now. "

He smiled and made his way closer to me, pulling me into a side hug.

"Just please never over work yourself and if you have a problem, come to us, we're more than willing to help and listen."

I placed my head on his shoulder.

"I know you guys are, because you remind me every day."

He chuckled.

With a few seconds of silence, Hoseok speaks again,

"Y/N can you look at me for a moment?"

"Yeah-"

I turned to look at him and was immediately cut off by him crashing his lips onto my own. His hand slowly moved to cup my cheek, holding it gently.
Slowly I felt myself being pushed back. Eventually, before I could progress it, my back hit the floor, with Hoseok on top of me. Now both his hands were placed either side of my head as he continued to kiss me.

With a couple more minutes of that, we parted, Hoseok pulling me up again.

Slightly out of breathe I said,

"I-I wasn't exactly expecting that."

"Well except more of them because if there is lots of ways I can express my love for you and this is one of them."

"Hey, I'm not complaining."

"Well wanna go again-"

"Calm down,we still have food to eat."

We both laughed and started to drink as well as eat every thing we had.
Finally, at around ten, we had decided to make our way back home, hand in hand.

Arriving, we were greeted by no one. Coming to the conclusion that everyone was asleep, we decided to head to my room where we could cuddle the night away together. Only to find that all the others had decided they wanted to sleep in my bed. While they had barely fit, they made it work. Hoseok and I let out small laughs, as quietly as possible, and decided to head to Hoseoks shared room for the night.

After showering, we both got into bed, holding each other as close as possible.

"You know in the future, we should invest in a place with only one or two rooms. One room just having a huge ass bed so we can all sleep together."

"Namjoon and Jungkook would like that the most."

"Why do you say that?"

"Because Namjoon is constantly worrying about you and wanted to always be with you. While Kookie really wants to have your smell as fresh as possible."

I smiled at the thought.

"Hoseok?"

"Mm?"

"Do you think Jungkook will ever tell me why he became a stray?"

Hoseok let out a breathe before speaking.

"I don't see why not,but rather ask him in private, just in case he's not ready to let the others know."

I nodded and proceeded to let sleep consume me.

While the date with my hope was fresh in my mind and made me not able to control the butterflies in my stomach, I still couldn't help but want to know what Hoseok knew.

What did he know about Jungkook that I didn't?
