Nandu's POV.
16 TH FEBRUARY

We all are waiting for Manik to come at the party. Everyone was here. Cabir, Alya and all have asked me so many times about his whereabouts.
I called him
"Hello Manik?" I said

"Haan Nadu?" he replied

"Manik where are you? Everyone is waiting for you." I asked

"Nandu mai bas nikal rha hu. I will reach there in 20 minutes." he replied

"Okay dhyan se aana." I replied

"Haan meri Jaan dhyan se aaunga." he said

"Okay baby and baby ki Mumma are missing you." I said with a small smile.

"Baby ke dadda is also missing baby and baby ki Mumma." he replied

"Okay then papa come fast but carefully. I love you." I said

"Love you too nandu." he replied.

I hang up the call.

"Kya hua nandu? Manik se Baat hui?" Cabir asked me from behind me.

"Haan canir meri baat hogyi hai. He said he will be here in 20 minutes." I replied

We talked for some more times.

After 30 minutes

Manik was still not here. I tried calling him but he was not answering the call.

I was getting restless now.

I texted him.

Manik where are you?

Manik, why are you not answering my calls?

Manik please answer the calls or at least reply the texts.

Manik, I am getting worried now please answer the calls.

Manik If you will not answer my calls now I will never talk to you.

Manik Malhotra. I am asking you last time where are you?

Manik please answer the calls na. Please love. I am getting tensed here. Please manik.

I tried calling him, texting him but all went in vain.

I called his secretary.

"Hello?" the secretary answered the phone

"Rahul, where is your sir?" I asked him.

"Ma'am sir to Kab ke office se nikal chuke party ke liye." he replied

"Par voh abhi tak to yaha nahi pocha." I said

"Ma'am I am sure that voh yahan se nikal gaye hain." he replied

"What do you mean ki mai jhoot bol rahi hun? Manik abhi tak yahan nahi pocha hai. And he's not picking his phone." I yelled at him in frustration.

"Nandu, calm down baby. He must be on his way calm down okay. Let me talk to Rahul." Cabir said and took the phone from my hand.

Navya came. To me and hugged me tight rubbing my back as tears started falling from my eyes.

"Yess Rahul please tum check Karo woh kahan hai. I don't what you do but I want his location in 10 minutes." Cabir ordered to Rahul.

After few moments he ended the call and handed me the phone.

I was praying to god ke manik thik ho. I was so tensed.

After few minutes I heard my phone ringing I snapped my head towards the phone in hope that I will see Manik' name and photo flashing on the screen but to my utter disappointment it was an unknown number.

I answered the call because now its ringing second time.

"Hello?" I asked

"Hell ma'am. Am I talking to Nandu?" the lady in the other side asked

"Yes IA m Nindini aka Nandu. How can i help you?" I aksed

"Ma'am we got your number from Mr. Manik Malhotra’s phone-" She saidbut I cut her in the middle.

"Where is Manik? Where is he?" I asked

"Ma'am Mr. Malhotra has got into a road accident and he is in Lifeline hospital please reach here soon."she said making my heart stop beating.

No this can't happen.

Yeh nahi ho sakta.
Manik mera Manik.

I dropped the phone on the ground because I was froze. I was numb. I was feeling dizzy now. I was seeing black. Everything was black.

"Manik" was the last thing I said before slipping into unconsciousness.

MANIK'S POV

I opened the diary to read the next page.

Dear diary.
16th February

I am so sad. You know what happened. I was waiting for Manik but he never came. I tried calling him but he never answered. When he was coming to the reception party of Alya and Abhimanyu his car got crashed with a truck. He is still being operated. Nobody allowed me to go to the hospital. When the women called me to tell about the news I fainted. When I woke up I was lying in out room. So yeah here I am still here praying for him.

You know na diary I can't live without him. He's my life. I don't know what to do.
I am praying to God for Manik's wellness.

Please God please cure him. Please. I can't live without him. I can't even think og a life without him. I love him more than anything else, more than myself.

Please bhagwan use thik kardo uske badle aap mujhe dedo sare dukh or Dard please god.

Pata nahi kya hoga?

Diary kuch nahi hoga na Manik ko. He loves me. He promised me that he will never leave me then why why is he lying on that hospital bed why?

Please I know my Manik is strong he will get okay. He will not leave ne. He promised me. He never breaks his promise.

Hai na diary. He will get cured na.

Please god i am begging you. Cure him. Make him well.

I am hoping ki kash Yeh Sirf ek bura sapna ho but nahi its reality.

Please na manik get well soon. Your baby and your nandu is waiting for you.

That page of the diary had many dried tears stain which made few the ink of few letters flow. I know she was crying while writing this. She must love me alot.

She didn't even wrote bye to the diary as she did on previous day. She must be broken.

I closed the diary as I was not able to read anymore. I was also feeling dizzzy due to medicines.
