Yuvraj was unable to sleep that night. He kept on turning and tossing on his place. He wanted to talk to his wife but she herself was avoiding him. He felt horrible watching her cry when he came back from work. Honestly, he had no justifications for what he did. Just at the moment when Aarya called him telling him about the problem in the current deal. There was no other way but to run back to work. He thought Saachi would be fine by herself but he forgot she had never been alone. He unknowingly hurt the person he never thought he would ever hurt

She cried because of him. After trying for another half an hour, he decided to wake up. He realized how much habitual was of having her in his arms while sleeping.

He sighed before moving out of his room after wearing his jacket. The weather is getting colder every passing day. He rubbed his hands together walking downstairs. Before he could reach the door, he heard some sounds coming from the kitchen. He turned around having a frown covering his forehead. He moved towards it cautiously ready for every danger as he pulled out his gun from his pocket.

He found the lights were on making him aware of the presence inside. The fragrance of cookies made his doubt clear. She was wearing a light blue suit having a dark shawl around her arms.

"What are you doing here?", He asked his wife who was busy looking at the oven having the cookies making her jump on her place landing her in his arms.

"Calm down", He whispered as she kept her hand on her heart trying to slow down her heartbeats. Realizing their closeness, she took a few steps away from him making some distance between them.

As soon as she remembered what he did. She turned away from him huffing softly which he found rather cute. He checked his phone for the time and found it was 2:15.

"Is this the time to prepare cookies?", He asked her as she again looked at the oven.

"I will not answer you", She told him in a small voice.

He laughed looking at her cute face which showed her anger.

"What did you buy?", He asked her again just to tease her. She turned to him with a small frown rubbing her arms.

"Don't tease me", She told him hitting his arms.

"But you were ignoring me", He told her as she went towards the kitchen counter to clean it up.

"I am ignoring you right now as well",  She told him as she started cleaning the flour lying on the cooking space with a duster.

"But you are answering me", He told her as she looked at him with a blank face.

"I won't answer you anymore", She told him looking in his eyes with her cheeks getting redder every passing second with anger.

"Will I not get to eat the cookies made by you because of this anger", He asked. She frowned before hearing a ting which means the cookies were ready.

"I am not selfish like you", She murmured as she went towards the oven. He found it was the perfect time to have her in his arms. As soon as she reached the oven, he wrapped his arms around her from the back putting his chin on her shoulder.

"Of course, I am selfish that's why I am not ready to let you go even when I know you deserve so much better", He told her looking at her face from the side.

"If this is what you call selfish then I am also not ready to let you go", She told him pulling out the tray filled with the freshly baked cookies.

He hummed looking at her angelic face and tucked a few strands of her loose hair behind her ear. She closed her eyes in bliss feeling his warm touch on her cold skin. 

"Why do you look so beautiful all the time?", He asked her looking at her with admiration.

"Yuvraj Ji... No", She said moving away from his touch.

"Saachi why don't you shout at me", He asked her as she raised her eyebrows at him.

"Why would I shout at you?", She asked him.

"You were hurt because of my actions. Instead of ignoring me shout at me for how stupid I acted with you. Trust me Jaan I never wanted to hurt you. It's just my mind was blank when I got the call from work. I did make sure you were safe and trust me the one who tried to disrespect you, I would make them pay for it", He told her as he clenched his fist.

She knew he was losing his calm and the one thing she was scared of him was his anger.

She took his clenched fist in her hand rubbing it softly trying to calm him down.

"I don't want you to hurt them. You should have been there when this happened. I never told you to accompany me but when you did you shouldn't have left me in mid. You don't even know how horrible I felt when I found you went back without even informing me", She told him caressing his cheeks.

He felt worse watching her talk so softly with him. If she would have been shouting at him, she would have felt better. 

"Why are you so good, Saachi?", He asked cupping her both cheeks in his hands making her look in his eyes.

"Don't tease me", She laughed as he touched his forehead with her. 

He enjoyed having her in his arms as he looked into her eyes which were looking back at him innocently.

His eyes tracing her face lovingly landing on her lips. He looked up again silently asking for her permission. The closeness between them was increasing when the door of the kitchen was banged open making them jump away.

"Who is making cookies without informing me?", Aarya asked looking around the kitchen.

"What are you doing here?", He asked once he found the couple looking around in discomfort. Yuvraj glared at him.

"What?", Aarya asked scared of his anger.

"You have the worst timing in the world", Yuvraj told him as he pushed the cookie tray towards him.

"Stuff it in your mouth. You can't even stop yourself at night from eating. How much do you eat?", He asked as he grabbed Saachi's hand and pulled her with him.

"But Saachi is sleeping with Dadi Sa", Aarya shouted following them out and hold Saachi's hand.

"She is sleeping with me", Yuvraj told him pulling her towards him.

"From when. Oh god, Are you planning for kids? I know right If it's a boy you can name him Aarav and if it's a girl you can name her Aaradhya", He ranted out.

"Why would I name my kids after you?", Yuvraj asked him pulling Saachi behind him who was red till now with embarrassment. First whatever happened in the kitchen was too much and now this.

"Because I would be their chachu(uncle). The coolest chachu in the world. But I wonder how beautiful your kids are going to be. I mean with god's grace both of you look beautiful", He told them.

"Can you please stop?", Saachi stopped them coming in between.

"But still I want a girl first. Keep this thing in mind. I won't mind if you have twins I would be the happiest. Then I would get married and take care of one of your kids. How beautiful the family would be?", Aarya continued looking at nothing in particular with dreamy eyes.

"But I want a boy first who can take protect and take care of my baby girl like a good elder brother", Yuvraj said as Saachi was getting more irritated with every passing minute.

"What is everyone doing here at this time? Is this the time to have a family time", Dadi Sa asked descending the stairs in her plain light pink saree.

"We were doing family planning", Aarya blurted out. Dadi Sa raised her eyes as Saachi immediately covered her head with her dupatta.

"Can you please explain what you mean?", Dadi Sa asked as Saachi closed her eyes preparing herself to get embarrassed again.

"We mean how many kids Yuvraj and Saachi will have. You know they are planning for a baby. Soon you would be a great grandmother", Aarya kept on ranting. A big smile covered Dadi Sa's lips as she looked happily at Yuvraj.

"Who told you we are planning for a baby?", Yuvraj asked him.

"You told na you are sleeping tog.."

"Shut up Bhai", Saachi finally interjected not been able to stay calm anymore.

"And Saachi you should be sleeping right now. I was so worried when I didn't find you in the room", Dadi Sa asked her caressing her cheeks.

"Yuvraj couldn't stay away from Bhabhi", Aarya jumped again.

"Shut up Aarya", Yuvraj told him.

"Say that I am wrong. Oh wait Dadi Sa from now on Bhabhi would only stay with you. Yuvraj has no problem with it", Aarya told Dadi Sa as she nodded looking teasingly at the young couple who couldn't stay away from each other.

"Just remember one thing Aarya you would also get married one day", Yuvraj told him.

"Oh come on. I won't be this attached to my wife. I am a grown-up man", Aarya said proudly.

"More like a childish man", Dadi Sa said pulling his ear.

"You both go to your room and Saachi, go back. Your husband is finding it difficult to sleep without you. Whatever happened talk it out in the morning. I don't want my handsome son to have dark circles and look tired in his board meeting", Dadi Sa said as she smiled teasingly at Saachi as she hid behind her husband who was enjoying all this. After all, he was getting his wife back.

"And it's too late. Dadi Sa you should go to sleep. It's not your age to roam around searching for new adventures in this old age", Aarya told her eating the cookie he brought from the kitchen.

Dadi Sa glared at him pulled his ear.

"Sorry for the discomfort you both had to go through because of this stupid, irritating, and brainless grandson of mine. Now I would take him to his room and throw him inside. I will make sure he won't come out till the next morning searching for new adventures", She gritted the last words taking Aarya with her as he kept on shouting for help.

Yuvraj and Saachi kept on looking at him till they heard the banging of the door and loud knocks.

"What just happened?", Saachi asked confused.

"Are you going to keep standing or I pick you up", He asked her as she turned to him.

"What do you mean?", She asked in confusion.

"Fine. I am sleepy", He declared as he picked her up in his arms making her squeal, and started moving upstairs looking into her eyes which were looking at him with surprise. Their little eye contact was broken when they heard Aarya shouting.

"Open the door. I want cookies. I am hungry", He shouted more like cried banging on the door as they shook their head.

"If I heard another sound from your room Aarya no cookies for a week", Dadi Sa shouted from her room and the banging stopped immediately. Saachi laughed at the drama while Yuvraj shook his head.

"Put me down", She told him as he entered his room.

"You are not leaving this room especially not at night", He declared putting her in the bed carefully.

"I didn't forgive you till now", She told him as she removed her hands which were wrapped around his neck.

"No problem I would find ways to make you forgive me. I am an evil man you should know", He told her pulling her close to him as she struggled in his arms.

"Saachi stop otherwise I would make you regret it", He told her in a stern voice making her stop immediately.

"Rude Husband", He heard her mumble as she kept her head on his chest.

I was not planning to update this soon but by mistake, I published an incomplete chapter so It would've been wrong with you all if I didn't update. Also, I am surprised by how much you guys are loving this story.

I wanted to write a light chapter. Too much crying in the previous chapter.
