JILL'S P.O.V

Tinitigan ko ang lalaking nakaupo sa aking harapan habang kinakausap niya ang waitress at sinasabi ang mga order. He noticed my stares and looked at me.

"You really don't want to choose?"

I shaked my head in responce and grab the glass that's filled with wine to divert my attention. I stared at it like it's the most interesting thing I've seen in my entire life. I just want this foolishness to end immediately so that I could go back to the kids after getting the folders.

Nang makaalis na ang waitress ay muli siyang tumingin sa akin. I felt uneasy under his stares.

"Why did you left without saying anything that day? Hmm?"

Tanong niya tsaka tinungga ang basong may lamang wine. He licked his lips while looking at me after putting the glass down. My throat suddenly felt dry and I have the urge to drink everything in my glass. But I successfully stopped that urge and answer him calmly.

"Uncle told me that Tiarah was sick that's I left in a hurry and I didn't bothered to tell you." I answered without batting an eye but it is totally a lie.

I feel like I am a professional liar after uttering those words without stuttering and remained an eye contact with him. I looked really calm outside but my insides are all in turmoil. Any moment now I'll have a myocardial infarction.
He didn't say another word after that and all throughout the whole moment, the atmosphere was very awkard. At least that's how I feel. I was able to breath again when the food came and the waitress placed the foods on the table. When started eating, only the noise of the spoon and fork can be heared. I didn't dare to start a conversation.

Nang matapos kaming kumain ay inaya na niya akong umalis. 'Yon na yata ang pinakamagandang salita na aking narinig sa buong buhay ko. Finally, I don't have to deal with the awkardness between us.

But a gasp escaped from my mouth when his lips landed on my neck. It was cold against my skin. He opened his mouth then his teeth meet my skin. He bit me gently and we stayed in that position for a few minutes.

"You are the worst liar that I've ever met. But...a delicious one. A delicious liar." then he licked the part of my neck where his mark rested.

Lumayo siya sa akin at pinaandar ang kotse. Hindi ko namalayan ay nakarating na pala kami sa bahay. I was flushed and my head was hazy that's why I didn't notice what's happening. Muli siyang lumapit sa akin at tinanggal sa pagkakakabit ang aking seatbelt. Akala ko ay lalayo na siya but he bit me again. This time, kinagat niya ako sa tenga.

"Go. Because I can still restrain myself. Or else I might really eat you whole." pagkasabi niya nun ay dali-dali akong bumaba sa kotse.

Nang makapasok na ako sa bahay ay para akong tuod na nakatayo sa gitna ng living room. When the twins saw me, they happily run to me.

"Mommy are you sick? Why are you so red? Kuya, is mommy sick? Why isn't she responding?"

Not long before I realized that the twins are in front of me. Yumuko ako at yinakap sila.

"A-ano... Mommy's not sick babies. It's just hot outside."

Tiarah peeked outside the window when she heard me.

"But it's night already. Mr. Sun is not up and he's sleeping. Why's that, kuya? Mommy?" she asked us cluslessly.

Crown also looked at me confused. This time, I want to smack my head.

THIRD PERSON'S P.O.V

Sofia walked inside the room with the sound of her heels echoing in the room. Strong hands groped from behind her. She turned and was meet with a hard and forceful kiss. They were both panting heavily when they separated. Sofia was about to speak when he kissed me again. This time, with more force. Clothes slowly slip out from their bodies before she felt the soft bed on her back. Soon, the room was filled with their entangled breaths.

"Ngayon mo lang ako ulit pinuntahan." he told her as she lay her head on his arms.

"Ngayon lang ako nakarating. Fortunately, we didn't encounter any problems with the shipping of the products. The encountrmer last time was a big loss to us. Specially the fresh meats I got last time would definitely sell a huge amount of money." she said while tracing her finger on the person's chest.

"Hemlock Organization has been intervening our transactions lately. They are getting into my nerves."

"Yes... But don't worry too much. It'll not be long before I'll marry Tyrone Frost. With the Frost's empire combined with ours, we will live like King and Queen. Just be patient darling."

"I am jealous. You're only mine." he said with gritted teeth.

"Mommy! Mommy! Look who's here!" hinila ako ni Tiarah palabas nang kwarto.

Kumunot ang aking noo nang makita siyang atat na atat.

"You don't have to tug me baby. I can't walk properly."

"Oh, sorry mommy." biniyawan niya ang aking kamay at humawak nalang sa aking damit.

"What is it that you want to show me? Is it something really interesting?" natatawa kong tanong.

She shaked her head.

Mas lalo akong natawa dahil sa kan'ya.

Nang tuluyan na kaming makababa ay bumungad sa akin ang mukhang matagal-tagal ko nang hindi nakikita.

"There! There! Tito Ryker's back! He's back! And he brought us lots and lots of toys mommy and also ice-cream and chocolates and-and..."

"Ayan ka na naman. Kakarating ko lang pero tenga ko kaagad ang punterya mo. Grabe, ratrat kaagad? Pwede matulog muna ako? Inaantok talaga ko dahil sa jetlag." reklamo niya habang tinatakpan ang kan'yang tenga.

"Umuwi ka sa inyo! Huwag ka dito. Parang walang bahay ito. Sana pala hindi ka nalang nagpatayo ng bahay kung gayong hindi mo naman pala uuwian."

"Nakakatamad. Ayoko kaya dito nalang ako. Hindi ka ba naaawa sa akin? Basta! Dito lang ako. Tutulog na ako! Babye!"

He propped himself on the couch and put his feet on my legs. Tapos ginawa niyang unan ang dala niyang bag tapos tinakpan ang kan'yang mata gamit ang kanyang braso.

Ryker and I became friends and he helped me mostly in the worst parts of my life. I am so glad that I meet such person like him. He was there when I was still carrying the twins inside my womb. He was there to help me with almost everything. At first, he was very silent and rarely talks. But after a long period of time, naging close kami. I never taught that he has this very different side of him. I am very thankful that I've got friends with me when I am at my very lost state.
