Jordan walked to her kitchen early the next morning. She have to be at the office around nine. So she wanted to get an early start. She put on a pot of coffee, and fried her eggs with toast. That should hold her until she go on her lunch break.

Her front door open and close, and Jessica walked in the kitchen, and sat down at the small table. She put her head down, and sighed.

"Okay, what wrong with you this morning?" Jordan asked Jessica.

"Sleepy, plus I start the job today." Jessica said.

"Oh yay, that's good, right?" Jordan asked Jessica.

"I guess it is. I'm just so use to mom and dad getting me everything I need. Since I finish high school, they just throw me off on you." Jessica rolled her eyes.

"You act like that's a bad thing. I let you have your freedom, plus I'm not down your back. You pretty much have it made with me.  It's a good thing they let you go. You didn't want to go to college, like me. You want to be free and now you are. You just not going to not work and not go school. You choose work, over school. So deal with it. I'm not trying to sound mean, or irritated with you. I just want to see you do good." Jordan said.

"I just don't want to work right now." Jessica sighed.

"Well you not about to sit around my apartment, and be a bum all damn day either. So go take a nap, and get your ass ready for work. On my lunch break, I'll be in to get an iced coffee." Jordan smiled.

Jessica sucked her teeth, and mumbled under her breath as she walked out the kitchen.

"She'll get over it." Jordan said.

Exactly nine o clock, Jordan pulled up at the real estate office. As she got the car, she saw the boss him self stepping out his car too. She tried not to stare at him in his business suit, but he looked nice in it.

"Right on time I see." He smiled at her, as he hold the door open for her to enter the building.

Jordan smiled, "Thank you, and yes. Have to show a good impression right?"

Rakeem nodded his head.

"You're right. Your office not ready yet, so I set up a mini desk space in my office so you can work." Rakeem told her as he open his office door. He knew he would have to go around and speak to everybody, but for now he wanted to get Jordan set up in her small office space.

Jordan smiled when she saw her small office space in the corner of his office. He even set a mug on her desk for her.

"Wow, this was very thoughtful of you. Thank you so much." Jordan beamed with happiness. Rakeem nodded his head and walked back to his desk. Jordan sat her purse down by her desk and sighed. She took her portfolio out her purse and sat it on her desk. She was working on her dream home now. Nothing to big, just something big enough for her and her little sister.

"Your lunch break can between 12 to 1. That's when mostly all the meetings are going on, it could get pretty loud around here." Rakeem said. Jordan turned to looked at him.

"It gets loud at a real estate office?" Jordan raised an eyebrow.

"Yep, when my people get contracts like I do, and they don't meet the deadline, best believe people come up here tripping, but mostly it be the people fault. If you can't come on time for an appointment to look at your house you want, why get mad about it? It's not my agents fault." Rakeem shrugged.

"Understandable. I see why you overwhelmed." Jordan muttered to herself, but he heard her, and laughed.

"Now you see." Rakeem said.

Jordan turned away. She opened her portfolio and took out her blueprint. She grabbed her pencil and sharpened it. Then she got to work.

Jordan smiled when she walked in Starbucks. She saw her  sister in the corner talking to Hakeem. She did have her work uniform on.

"Are you two joined at the hip?" Jordan asked them.

"No." They said at the same time.

"I can't tell, you always together." Jordan sat down in front of them.

"She just can't get away from." Hakeem smirked.

"That's a lie. I'm staying home tonight." Jessica rolled her eyes.

"Huh? Really, you going to leave me hanging like that?" Hakeem glared at her.

Jordan just stared at them.

"I was just playing, but I can't stay away from you though, it seem like the other way around." Jessica smirked.

Hakeem sucked his teeth.

"Fine, you can stay home tonight. Let's see who gives in first. Me or you." Hakeem looked at Jessica.

"Deal." Jessica nodded.

"I'm about to get back to work, I'll call you later." Hakeem stood up from his seat. Jessica stood up too, they hugged and gave each other a quick kiss. Jessica sat back down in her seat with a smile on her face.

"Sad." Jordan shook her head.

Jessica laughed.

"Whatever. It's not busy so I literally doing nothing." Jessica took her cell phone out.

"I wonder who going to give in first for real. You or him?" Jordan looked at her sister.

"Him. Watch. I'm cooking, so you don't have to stop by no restaurants. On your way home. How's your first day going?"

"It's going smoothly. I don't have my own office yet, but I have my own office space." Jordan said.

Jessica nodded.

"That's good sis. I'm proud of you. Did mom or dad call you yet? Our phone bills due, plus our car payment and insurance." Jessica looked at her phone.

"No they haven't. I hope they pay it. Also my rent due. Damn that's a lot of bills. Just for us." Jordan shook her head.

"That's why I'm glad you have that good job. You can pay for our stuff." Jessica said.

"Pause. Hold on tiger. You have a job, you paying for your own stuff. The hell I look like? I already giving you a place to stay for free. I'm not paying your phone bill, car payment and insurance. That's dead. Now go make me an Iced Coffee." Jordan smiled. Jessica rolled her eyes at her.

After Jordan and Jessica finish school they had to get out their parents house, but their parents promise to help them anyway they can. Now that they both or working, their parents have cut them off. Since Jordan went to college, their parents still did things for her, because school was very important to them. Since Jessica didn't went they just sent her to live with Jordan, and their mother went with their dad.

Jessica return back with the Iced Coffee, she hand it to Jordan.

"I'm about to get back to work." Jessica said.

"Okay, I'll see you at home." Jordan said to Jessica, who nodded her head.

Rakeem entered his home, hours later after work. He didn't see neither Hakeem or Jessica. He don't know rather to be happy or sad. Now it was just him. His mother has Ro for the night.

He put his briefcase on the kitchen table. He have a lot of paperwork to go over, since it was quiet he would be able to get down, with no interruptions.

His front door open and Hakeem walked in. Rakeem sighed, so much for no interruptions.

"Where Jessica?" Rakeem asked him.

"Home." Hakeem said dryly.

"Oh wow, now that's a shocker. What happen? Y'all got into a fight?" Rakeem asked him.

"No, we going to see how long we can stay away from each other. See who gives in first." Hakeem turned on the TV in the living room.

"Hmm looks like it might be you." Rakeem laughed.

"Hell no it wont be." Hakeem said, trying to convince his own self. He did miss Jessica, seriously.

"Aww, bruh bruh in love." Rakeem laughed harder.

"No the hell I am not. She my lil cuddy buddy." Hakeem said.

"Hmm okay. If you say so. I'm going to bed, I have a lot of paper work to get to look after." Rakeem said.

"Word." Hakeem said and looked at his phone. Jessica texted him.

Jordan looked over at her sister and laughed.

"Well then, umm you okay?" Jordan asked.

"No, I miss Hakeem. I miss laying under him. It feel so good to lay up under a man." Jessica said.

"I bet it do. Just go over there then." Jordan sat next to her.

"No, I will not give in first, no matter how bad I want too." Jessica said as her phone vibrated in her hand. It was Hakeem. "Why can't he give in, and tell me to come over?" Jessica groaned.

"Because he's a man, and a man won't do that." Jordan said.

"Fine, I'm going to bed." Jessica said and walked away, while Jordan laughed at her.

"Poor thing." Jordan laughed and walked to her kitchen where she was working on the building blueprint.
