Three o clock got there to soon, Jordan made her way to the meeting room where she was meeting Octavia to discuss her drawing her dream house out. She waited on Octavia. She tried not to grow impatient. Soon Rakeem walked in.

"Looks like Octavia had a family emergency and she wants to reschedule the meeting." Rakeem said.

Jordan nodded and got up from her seat. She walked out the room, and head back to the office.

"What you doing for the remainder of the day?" Rakeem asked her when she got her things together to leave for the day.

"Probably nothing. Might hang out with my friend." Jordan told him.

"Oh, that sound nice." Rakeem nodded his head. He got his stuff together too.

"What about you?" She asked him walking to the door.

"Probably just chill with my daughter, nothing else to do on this Monday." He open the door for her and they exit together.

"You're a great father." She smiled at him.

"Thank you. I try to be. Try not to be so mean, but if she do something she not suppose to. I have to be the mean guy." Rakeem shrugged as he walked her to her car.

"That's understandable." Jordan nodded. Rakeem open her car door for her, and she slide in. "You're such a gentleman." She smiled at him. She went to crank her car, and it didn't start. "What the hell." She said and tried again. It didn't start. "Wow this can't be happening." She said. Jordan got out her phone and call road side assistant to come get her car.

"We can go back inside and wait for them if you like." Rakeem told her.

"Yeah, lets." Jordan said. Jordan got out her car, leaving her stuff in there. She shut and lock her door. They walked back in the building. Everybody was gone for the day, left around two in the afternoon. It was just them.

They walked back in Rakeem office.

"It's a good thing I have a TV and couch in here huh." He smiled at her. She looked at him smiling back.

"Of course." Jordan said. They sat down on the couch. "What do you have to watch?" She asked him

"Martin DVD collection." He smiled.

Jordan nodded her head.

"That's cool. I love Martin." Jordan said.

"He a trip when he want to be. But yeah let's watch it." Rakeem turned it on. They sat on the couch and laughed with Martin. Soon they both were sleep, with Jordan head on his shoulder, and his face rested on her head. Jordan phone ring, waking them both up. They jumped and looked at each other.

"Hello....Okay I'll be right out." Jordan turned to Rakeem. "The tow truck here to get my car." She said and they walked out together.

Jordan got her stuff out the car and the man checked her car out. When he was done, he let her know her battery was gone. Jordan couldn't believe it, because her car was running fine.

"Just great, how am I suppose to get to work in the morning?" She rested her hand on her forehead and sighed deeply.

"If you need a ride to work, I'll bring you back and forth until you get your car back." Rakeem suggested.

Jordan looked at him, and shook her head.

"No, that's out your way. Considering you live closer to the job, then I do." Jordan said.

"But I insisted." He pointed to his self.

"You sure?" She looked at him.

"I mean I did just said I would." Rakeem smiled as she rolled her eyes at him.

"You have a smart mouth you know that?"

"Well so do you, so we even. One for one baby." He said, and her eyes widened. "You know what I mean." He laughed a little, then cleared his throat. He looked away.

"Umm, so are you going to take me home now?" Jordan asked when the silence got to her. It was so awkward.

"Uh, yeah yeah. Come on." He said and they walked to his car in silence. He opened the passenger door for her, and she got in.

He walked back in the building and locked up everything. He walked back to the car, and got in.

"You hungry?" He asked her.

"Yes, but I can wait until I get home." She said. He started the car.

"You have to tell me where you stay at." He told her, and she nodded her head.

They arrive at her house twenty minutes later.

"Dang you do live far." He said when he pulled up in the apartment complex.

"Told you." She gathered her stuff. "Thank you for the ride. I'll see you tomorrow. I'll get my sister to bring me to work tomorrow." She said. He nodded his head, and she got out the car.

"You just throwing me away I see." Paris said when she walked in Jordan apartment. Jordan was in the kitchen. Cooking hamburger meat to make tacos.

"That's not true. I have been working that's all." Jordan said. She walked in the living room.

"Ummhm. Where your fast ass sister at?" Paris asked looking around.

"Probably with Hakeem. Knowing her, she is." Jordan said. "And she's not fast. She just experience."

"Yeah a little too much if you ask me." Paris rolled her eyes.

"I didn't." Jordan looked at her. She was tired of Paris judging her sister, on how she lived her life. She should leave her comments about her sister at the door. She was getting tired of it.

"Whatever, anyways what you cooking?" Paris asked.

"Just tacos." Jordan said and looked at her phone. No text message. That sucks. Especially since her and Rakeem been texting on a daily.

"Good, I came at the right time." Paris said. Jordan smiled.

They had their girl talk, and promise to do something that coming weekend. It was around ten something when Paris left.

Jordan took a shower and got in the bed. Her cell phone ringed. She looked at it. MyBoss

"Hello." She answered.

"Damn you sound like a little ass girl on the phone." Rakeem said.

"Very funny." She yawned and laid on head on her pillow.

"I know you not in the bed." He said. His voice was so smooth.

"Yes I am, it's eleven o clock. I'm usually in the bed by ten." She yawned again.

"Man wake up. You drink all that coffee, wake your ass up." He said, and she laughed.

"Cut it." She said, and he started laughing.

"Sike, I'm in the bed too." He said.

"I bet." She said.

"For real I am." He yawned. "See you have me yawning. You not right." He said.

They talked on the phone, laughing mostly at each other voice.

"Hang up." Rakeem told her.

"No you hang up first." She said. They shared a laughed.

"Okay on the count of three we both hang up." He said.

"Okay."

"One...Two...Three.." He said, then looked at his phone. He saw that she didn't hang up. "Hello."

"Hello, yep I'm still here." They shared another laugh.

"See you playing, knowing we both have to work in the morning." He said.

"You could have hang up first." She said.

"That would have been rude hanging up in your face." He chuckled.

"You playing now. I'm about to hang up." She smiled.

"Why you wanna hang up on me for? Am I boring you or something?" He said trying to sound hurt.

"Ughhhh." She said. Everything was quiet on the phone. Soon they both fall asleep on the phone.
