The name rung in my head again, again and again...Damn...I mean repeatedly. I'm fucked up and for a moment I closed my eyes to avoid being swallowed by the several eyes that looked at me in confusion.

The funny part of it is that immediately she said my name she closed her eyes and slept. I opened my eyes and of course everybody was still looking at me waiting for me to say something. Lilian gave me that look that left me confused. I said a slight fuck up and everything get messed up.

"I can't imagine that she still remembers her college boyfriend, " Tanya exclaimed and all the attention was back at her.

She fucking saved my ass.

"I thought her boss made her life a hell and that's why she called out his name, " Kevin said smirking at me. I even got the courage to smile at him. Everybody laughed at that and I took a long sigh.

"I can't believe that she woke up, "her sister who I still can't remember her name exclaimed happily hugging her friend. Her mother was now crying tears of joy. I was a thousand times happy that she is back.

Back to this fucking world that you don't know what to expect the next minute. I thought a time like now I will be cuddling with her telling her my childhood stories or planning our future life together. But here I am in this four walled room looking at her with this pity look. I don't know if we will ever be together again. Maybe I don't love her just like Tanya said.

Dammit!

A hand on my shoulder snapped me from the scary thought.

"Baby, are you okay ?" She asked and I felt like yelling at her and reminding her my real name. She should not baby me right here for fucks sake. I shook that away and nodded anyway.

I looked at everybody as they seemed to hold little conversation. It was different from the way they were few minutes ago. I looked at Tanya who gazed at me and smiled. I really have to thank her.

Noti walked to me smiling.

"You know I'm happy that you agreed to come. Maybe you're the reason why she woke up, " she joked wrapping her hand on my shoulder.

"I'm glad she is back, " I said being careful on the words I chose. I don't want to act weirdly or say some stupid words.

"Follow me, " she whispered and took my hand dragging me playfully but I knew what this meant. She got something serious to tell me. We have been living together and I know her. She lead me back to the car motioning me to enter.

"You want us to leave Vera and you know she doesn't have a ride, " I asked knowing that she is slightly pissed by something or someone who might be me.

"We aren't leaving yet, " she said and entered. I opened the passenger door and joined her.

"Tell me Jamal what you have been hiding from me, " she immediately said giving me this 'don't fucking lie to me' look.

"I haven't been hiding anything Noti, " I lied wondering how the hell she sensed something was going on.

"You see bro, I don't hate you or anything. I'm your sister and I can help you if there is need to. "

"I said I'm hiding nothing, just believe me." I was avoiding looking at her directly. I know my face would just betray me.

"I'm taking you to my house right now,I don't care that you're our first born or the famous CEO. All I care is about the Jamal Jones I know, my brother, " she said firmly driving away.

"I'm okay Noti, " I mattered trying to stop her but she was adamant about it.

"I said I'm taking you home right now, " she said and we were off to her house.

"What about Vera ?" I asked trying to sound concerned.

"I will text Kevin, he will take her there to get her car, " she said and I was wondering why she wanted so much to pester me.

Ten minutes and she parked her car. We stepped out and I followed her to the house. I sat on the coach thinking of how to tell her this whole story. I know she will force me to tell her the truth whether I like it or not.

She brought wine and poured it in two glasses.

"You want me to get drunk ?" I asked.

"It's six in the evening and you will be at your house by the time you get drunk. " she said sitting on the other coach.

"Okay."

"Tell me everything Jamal, " she said looking at me.

"What do you want to know ?"

"I want to know why you and Lilian kept exchanging those looks. Why Tanya smiled at you when she said about Huddah's boyfriend and the reason why she followed you outside."

"Noti , so you were following every move I made ?"

"Not really but I always know when something is up, " she smiled. She can be a genius anyway.

"I know you will hate me if I tell you this, " I said afraid to tell her the truth.

"Tell me, I won't judge, " she said taking a gulp of wine.

"We have been dating secretly with Huddah for two weeks now." A sigh.

"Really ? I mean Huddah Monroe ?" She arched her eyebrow shocked.

"Yes, my personal secretary, " I confirmed it.

"And you thought I will hate you because of that ?" She asked standing.

"Maybe." She walked to me and gave me a bonecrushing hug.

"I'm your sister Jamal. I will support you in everything you do,no matter how stupid it may seem, " she said making me hug her tighter.

What a sister!

"I love you sis, " I said feeling it.

"I love you bro, " she said and went back to sit.

"I was afraid that you will hate me because I'm engaged to Vera, " I confessed feeling relieved.

"I always know that you two have some differences and Vera is a real ass. But I didn't know that you loved Huddah. "

"I didn't know I would fall for her either. Actually I had a crush over her since the first day, " I said and chuckled.

"You must really be in love then. Is that the reason why you told me not to like her that dinner night ?"

"Yes, " I answered feeling embarrassed and we both laughed.

"Wow! I love that, I will support you in this. Tell me then does Tanya know ?"

"Yeah, that's why she lied about that college boyfriend. " I said remembering how Tanya really saved me.

"She covered your shit plus Huddah is into you if she only remembers your name when she woke up," she said teasingly.

"She loves me but I lead her in that mess ," I said feeling guilty.

"How ?" Noti asked shocked.

"She had warned me about Lilian but she didn't say why she got mad wherever she met her in my office. It happened that Lilian liked me so she tricked me at your party." I said remembering that Friday night.

"So how did Lilian trick you, " she asked concerned.

"She wrote something on a paper and made it seem as if it was Huddah who wrote it. She had requested me to meet her in a certain room. I thought it was Huddah thus I went up only to meet her half naked with two other men who threatened me if I happen to scream or protest in anything." I explained.

"Ouch! She must be dangerous then, " Noti said angrily.

"She wanted to rape me actually but I had to slightly refuse without being that much rude because the two guys were hiding somewhere listening at us. We stayed for long and that's when Huddah opened the door and found us. Angrily she run away and fell on the stairs as I tried following her." I added.

"Are you serious about this ?" She was beyond shocked.

"Yes, I was afraid to come and pick her because Lilian had threatened me with his gang. And you know what ?"

"What ?" She responded impatiently.

"I had planned to dump Vera the same night. We had arranged with Huddah to make our relationship public that same night. That bitch ruined everything and now Huddah will obviously be mad at me, "I was feeling guilty the more I explained this.

"I'm sorry bro. Is this why you were exchanging those looks with Lilian ?"

"Yes,she made me promise her that I won't be seen with Huddah ever."

"She is crazy. How about you sack her, " she suggested.

"It's not that easy, she said she knows many things dad has done and will tell everyone if I do anything stupid." I elaborated.

"What a devil, so she will be stuck at the company to stalk you ?"

"Maybe. I don't know what to do anymore Noti, " I had lost hope in everything.

"Don't worry, we will tackle this together."

"How now ?"

"I know how to do it, you know girls are good in spying shit. "

"Sure, especially you, " I joked trying to kill that serious mood between us and she laughed.

"I'm a pro when it comes to that and believe me I will stalk that daughter of a bitch first, " she confidently said and I wasn't surprised by her guts anyway. She is a man with private parts of a lady.

"I trust you in this and of course we will do it together, cautiously."

"Good. I can't imagine I will have to chase another pretty face though, " she joked feighning sadness.

"You want me to leave her for you, " I said laughing. Noti is such a sister I will always love no matter what.

"I would be extra happy if you do but the problem is that she takes me as her sister, " she pout and I found her funny.

"Whatever. You have several models in your job lusting over you anyway , " I said and she threw her phone at me.

"You're pissing me, " she shouted.

"I'm being honest here, can't you see how beautiful you're, " I added and this time she almost poured wine on me.

"I will tell your girl that you're flirting with your sister, " she said laughing her ass of.

"She can never believe that, plus you should really pick a cute girl and bring her. I will approve on behalf of my dad, " I was getting into her nerves.

"Jamal stop."

"Whatever Noti, once you get her bring her to me. If she is gorgeous than Huddah then believe me you will be single all your life."

"Geez bro, you're always an ass. I hate you." She spat.

"I love you too." I shouted back and stormed out.
