Akademi High School is a famous private school in Buraza Town; a small city that is in country side of Japan, near the ocean and mountains. At Akademi High School, it was in chaos as a highly infectious disease spreads rapidly through the halls and campus grounds.

And the rest of the town wasn't any help as the disease is running rabid through the streets and buildings, so much so that the police have their hands full and are unable to get to any of the school's that is slowly becoming a living nightmare to all of the students and teachers who are either fleeing from the disaster or are the ones to are roaming around attacking everybody else.

Amongst the chaos as other frighten students run past her, a lone female student wasn't as afraid like the rest of the city. She was in the full female uniform of Akademi High: a white sailor school shirt with a blue sailor collar lined with white, a long red scarf, a short blue skirt and blue wrist cuffs. To complete her uniform, was black thigh high stockings that hugs and covers her long legs, on her feet was blue and white indoor shoes that all students must wear inside the school building.

She has long ebony black hair that reaches her mid-back but she always keeps it in a high ponytail, her skin tone is a porcelain pale tone, her eyes were grey and lifeless as she looks around the blood stained hallway to see other students have fallen victim to the monstrous disease loose in the school, as those who are left try and escape or fight back.
Her eyes land on two first-year female students who were running down the hallway while holding each others hands. Both girls wore the full female uniform, one of them had purple hair in twin drills that reaches her shoulders and what looks like a rose hair clip, pale tan skin, bright lavender eyes, and her noticeable feature was her large G-cup breasts. The second female student has long cyan hair in twin tails that reaches her hips and are curled at the ends, pale skin, pale blue eyes, and has a violet purple handkerchief on her head. People often called her "Miku Hatsune" due to looking similar to the game character, she was 5'3 in height with a large F-cup chest.

The two first-year students, had ran to the second floor to get to the science club room, to look for weapons. However when the girls were about to pass the stairs an arm reaches upwards and grabs the purple hair girl by her ankle. Which casued the pair to stop running and look down to see what grabbed the purple hair female student. It was one of the teachers who grabbed her ankle, but this teacher wasn't like before; he was already infected and was missing one of his legs, and had blood pouring out of his eyes.

The teacher pulls the female first-year student down to the floor and grabs her body to pull her closer towards himself as he bites down on her right shoulder, hard enough to cause a fountain of blood to pour from her body as her screams joins the others on campus who are being attacked. The girl looks upwards to her friend and starts to beg for her life. "Saki! Help me! Help me, please Saki!!" She screamed in pain, as the cyan hair female student was froze at what she is seeing, but she snapped out of it to call out in anger. "You bastard! Let Kokona go now!!" The girl known as Saki shouts in anger as she raised her foot and kicked the teacher in the face. Unfortunately, it still had a hold of Kokona and pulls said girl with him down the stairs and to the landing were more infected students were coming up from the first floor and the grab the girl known as Kokona and began to eat her alive.

"No! KOKONA NO! STOP IT!!" Saki screams in anger and despair at seeing her best friend, being torn apart by their schoolmates. She tried to run down the stairs to tear the infected students off her best friend, but she felt a rug on her right twin tail, as she is knocked off her feet and to the floor. Saki groans in pain, but opens her eyes to see the infected faces of three of the cooking club members look down at her, before they open their jaws and fall on top of Saki and began to eat her as she screams out in pain.

The blank faced girl who stood at the end of the hallway, watched the two girls being attacked and eaten alive, an yet she didn't do anything to help them. She just turns around to take the other staircase to go towards the rooftop to plan her escape of Akademi High School and eventually Buraza Town. Her name is Ayano Aishi, a second-year student from class 1, who inside her school surrounded by death with a emotionless look on her face.
