Chapter 17: Watch Your Back, Doctor

(Celena's outfit for the day^^^^)

The next morning, Celena has been avoiding Peter all together.  She still talks to Roman, but other times, he stays in a funk and send Peter death glares.  Once she stepped on the bus, Peter looks up at her, but averts his eyes towards the window.  She halts in her steps for a moment when she catches his sight, but she moves on to sit with Matt and Letha.  She tries to search Peter's mind, to just take a peek at what he could be thinking of. All she could hear was Romani sentences and see flashes of memories of her and Peter together.  Like when she went swimming with him and made love for the first time with him.  She sighs and looks away.

Letha frowns and looks over to her and Peter, catching the distraught and yearn in their eyes.

"What's going on with you and Peter?" She asks.

Celena sighs deeply and waves it off, "Nothing." She clears her throat and moves to get comfortable by throwing one leg on the seat and leaning on the window to look at the two of them better.  "Anyway, what did you find out?"

Letha scoffs, "That adulthood is just like high school with mortgages."

"When did you learn about mortgages?" Matt smirks.

Letha rolls her eyes and hands him a piece of paper, "Shut up."

Matt chuckles and unfolds the note.

Celena gets up and moves to sit behind Matt to read the note. She frowns as she reads

"Norman. It's a funny thing how you can look at something a thousand times without really seeing it. This happened to me recently when I saw the word 'gentleman' in print, and for whatever reason, for the first time really saw it. Gentleman. I thought that's my brother. A gentleman is my brother, Norman. She won't let that stand. She will bring out all the worst in you. By the time you realize it, it's too late because she's already destroyed the best. I could see the look in your eye the last time we talked, but under the circumstances, I hope you will understand how seriously I mean this. Do not let her destroy you.

JR."

Matt's eyes widen as Celena gasps, "Shit!" they exclaim in unison.

"So your dad and Olivia were...?" Celena trails off and Letha scoffs as she shudders when a picture is practically drawn in her mind.  The thought of her father and Olivia.  She thought her parents had a perfect marriage, but now, it's all an illusion.

"Doctor and patient." She mutters bitterly.  "JR really lost it." She smacks her lips and looks over her shoulder at Celena, "In other news, that guy we found on the road stabbed himself in the brain last night."

Celena's eyes widen, "What?"

"Yeah.  I heard Dad tell Mom last night before he left to talk to the cops.  And that's not all.  The guy drew something on the walls in his room.  In his own blood.  A circle with a triangle in the middle."

Celena's breath is caught in her throat when she heard that.  She slowly leans back against window in pure shock.

"Your soul is as bright as the moon.  Ouroboros ." Francis' voice echoes in her mind.

"Oh!" Matt looks at her, deeply disturbed by that.

Letha sighs and looks over to Celena, "Roman seemed weird today." She frowns.

"Yeah, he's pissed at Peter."

"Why?" She asks.

"Because there's a giant Roman-shaped blind spot in the way that Roman sees things." She says as she glares at Peter, mocking what he just said in his mind.  Peter looks over his shoulder and frowns at her.  Letha catches that shared look and turns back to Celena.

"What happened Saturday night? Were you there when he was arrested?" Letha asks, pushing her hair over her ears.

Matt snorts, "Ha! Your mom using the sheriff's department as a timeout isn't the same thing as getting arrested."

"What are the things you two are leaving out?  You don't need to leave stuff out just because I'm a girl." Letha scoffs at them.

Matt presses his lips together as he snickers and gives her an arched brow that made her glare at him, "I should sock you."

Celena took the liberty and smacked the back of Matt's head.  Letha laughs and covers her mouth.  Blushing as everyone started to look at them.

During school, Peter kept his distance, but still watched Celena from the shadows.  Protecting her.  And watched Roman chat with her a few times.

"So, how are we gonna get in?" Celena asks as she straddles the bench Roman sat on.  He lights up a cigarette and blows out a circle.

"Still thinking about it.  It wont' be that easy." He sighs.

"But, you're a Godfrey." Celena frowns as she takes the cigarette and inhales a puff then hands it back.

Roman takes it and scoffs, "I was a Godfrey when we went to the Mill...and look what happened." He intakes a puff, sighing out a trail and licks his lips.  Tasting a hint of her and savoring the flavor.  Sweet.  She tasted sweet to his tongue.

Celena sighs and winches, "True." She rubs her nose.  "You're mom is a bitch."

Roman laughs, "Bitch might be too nice."

"C***?" Celena laughs.

Roman snorts, "It meets her level."

"Oh my god, isn't she just so perfect?" Celena says sarcastically in a posh tone, throwing her leg over to cross them.

Roman snickers and flicks his cig away, "Not that I care, but have you talked to Peter?" He asks, changing the subject.

Celena scoffs and reaches to grab her bag of chips, "He's mostly avoiding me.  Like I wanna talk to him anyway." She sighs. "By the way, talked to Letha.  She found out something."

Roman frowns, "What?"

Celena winces, unsure if she should tell him, "She found your dad's suicide note.  Her father had it."

Roman looks at her in shock, emotions running around in his head.  Celena takes out her phone and turns on a picture, "I took a copy." She hands him the phone to read it.

Roman takes it with shaking hands, his frown grows as he reads word for word, "Son of a bitch.  I knew it.  Mom can never keep her legs closed."

Celena sighs, "You ok?"

Roman sighs and hands it back to her, "What else did she find out?" Avoiding the subject.

Celena clicks her her tongue and phone, "Francis Pullman's dead."

"Who?"

"The guy we almost hit on the night of the homecoming dance?  That crazy guy who called me the moon?" Celena refreshes his memory.

Roman eye's widen in shock, "How? What happened?"

"Suicide.  But, he left a message.  I don't think I need to tell you what." She scoffs.

Roman sighs and gives her a bitter look, "The moon..." He trails off till Celena finishes for him.

"The Ouroboros.  How could he know?  Damn it, we should have gone to him and ask as soon as he said 'Moon'.  I feel like such an idiot." Celena rubs her head and sighs deeply.

Roman rubs her knee, "There's still the White Tower.  He came from there.  So...I'll try and figure out a way we can get in."

Celena nods and places her hand over his, shivering to his touch.  He takes her hand and squeezes it gently in comfort.  Peter stood several feet away, watching the whole thing...hearing everything.  He grits his teeth, annoyed that Roman is persuading her to find answers with him.  They should be safe, not play Mystery Games.  He storms off, feeling the wolf inside grow anxious as the moon draws closer.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After school was over, Matt gave Letha a lift to his house since her house was empty and she didn't want to be alone.  With her hormones driving her nuts, she wanted time away from home and to be with Matt.  Matt takes off his coat and helps Letha with hers.  He takes her stuff and places it next to his.
"Um, you want some water?" He asks.
"Sure. Thanks." She smiles.
She watches him head to his tiny kitchen and turns to look around, nervous with just being there.  She takes off her cardigan and places it with her jacket and toes her shoes off.  His apartment was small, but nice for one person.  It seemed like a small studio.  The living room and bedroom shared one space, but Matt kept the areas separated with room dividers.  The living room had a huge flat screen and a loveseat.  A coffee table and a few side tables.  Lamps and a PlayStation.  Letha laughs, thinking that this was such a man cave.
She frowns and walks over to some pictures Matt had on one of the tables in the living room.  She picks it up and studies it.  She smiles as she looks at a young Matt and a boy she never seen before.
Matt froze where he stood and sighs, hiding his emotions as he walks up to her, holding the glass of water, "Here you go."
Letha turns and smiles as she takes it, she sips and holds up the picture, "This is you?" She giggles at his blush, "Aw, you look so cute.  Who is that?" She points at Andrew.
Matt's blush was gone and pain comes forth in his eyes, but he turns away as Letha catches his distraught.
"Matt?  What's wrong?" She asks.
Matt sighs and sits on the couch with a beer, "Um...That's actually my cousin...Andrew." He takes a swig of his beer.
Letha walks over and places her glass down on the coffee table and sits with Indian style on the cushions, "Where is he?" She asks.
Matt picks at the foil of his beer bottle and sighs, "He died a few years ago."
Letha frowns and places her hand on his, "I'm sorry.  Were you close?" She asks.
Matt nods, "Yeah.  But, in the end, I wish I did more for him."
Letha nods in understanding, "I know.  It's normal to feel that way."
He sighs and takes another sip and looks at her, falling into her eyes.  God, he loved her eyes.  But, he had to keep his promise.  He can't get involved with another girl.  Who knows how long it'll be till he has to leave.  He can't get his heart broken again.  But, it's so hard to resist her.
"Um..." He clears his throat and looks away.
"Do you believe in angels?" Letha, suddenly asks.  Matt looks back at her with a frown, "It scares my parents 'cause they don't believe me. But I guess I wouldn't either in their shoes. I know it sounds a little crazy." She says.
He realizes she's talking about that night when the baby...
"It actually sounds a lot like crazy." Matt says, then tries to hide his smile, but fails.
She scoffs and smiles crookedly, but she gives him a serious look, "Do you believe me?" She asks, a hint of hope in her voice.
Matt didn't know what to believe anymore, "I don't know." He says honestly.
"Are you just saying you don't know because you don't believe me, or 'cause you think I'm crazy or...?" She asks.
"Well yeah, I think you're pretty crazy, but I still don't know." Matt says with a teasing smirk.
Letha sighs and leans her elbow on his couch, studying his body language.  She knew he liked her, he confessed, but he never made a move around her.  It was nice...at first...but with her hormones, she wanted him to make a move.  "Well?"
"Well what?" He asks as he takes another swallow.
"Are you gonna try and fuck me?" She asks with sultry look.
Matt almost choked on his beer, he coughs and places it on the coffee table, "Yeah. Here we are." He mutters to himself as his heart begins to pound and his dick begins to salute.
Letha frowns, "What kind of a thing is that to say? What is that?" She asks as he gives her an uncomfortable look.
"Roman." He mutters.
Letha scoffs, "What does Roman have to do with the price of rice in China?"
Matt couldn't help but laugh, "You know, he has warned me several times about being with you."
Letha rolls her eyes, "Roman doesn't control my sex life." She frowns, "Do you really like me?  Are you sure it's not...?" She leans back to show her belly.
Matt shakes his head, "No, that's, um, that's actually kind of sexy."
"Pervert." She smirks.
Matt sighs, "Look, um, it's just that...it's been a long time since I've had a girlfriend.  My last relationship didn't end well.  Just...kinda scared to get close again."
Letha sighs, knowing the feeling.
"With you...if the dynamite's already on the tracks you'd think twice about stepping on that train." Matt says, trying to explain.
"Smooth talker. So you're really saying no?" She pouts.
Matt wanted to say no, but she made it so difficult.  Sitting there, looking so incredibly sexy.  Even her pouting lips was driving him nuts.  He wanted to kiss those lips, suck on them.  He tries so hard to push his feelings aside.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Celena flew out to see Shelley and Roman.  She grunts as she lands in the woods and steps out to walk towards the door.  When she rings the, doorbell, an old man answers the door.

Celena smiles and waves, "Hi."

"Ah, Miss Banks.  Wonderful to see you again."

"Afternoon, Watson." She gives him a friendly hug. (I don't know the butler's name, rolling the dice)

"Oof." Watson grunts, but chuckles.  Not used to having people hug him, than his wife.  "Miss Godfrey is in the study with Mr. Banks." He says as she pulls away.

"Thank you.  Please, tell Georgianna I said 'hi' and that recipe she gave me was amazing." She says as she walks in.

Watson nods and moves to tend to his previous duties.  Sometimes people judge her by her looks, but Celena always manages to make a friend here and there if she plays her cards right.  Watson told her that night when Olivia invited her and Viktor to dinner that she reminded him of his granddaughter who passed away when she was Celena's age.  She felt bad for him, so she bonded with him every time she came to visit.

Celena walks through the house and spies Shelley and Viktor working on a project.  She didn't want to disturb them so she headed upstairs to say 'hi' to Roman.  What she didn't know was that Roman was medicating himself in his bathroom.  He sips his vodka and sets it down to cut his coke over his fancy mirror tray.  With a roll of money, he snorts up powder into both nostrils and looks up at the mirror.  Rubbing his nose and sniffs up the remaining coke off his thumb.  Moaning at the feel of the drugs running through his system.  His eyes were dilatated as he stares at himself and smirks.

"Godfrey Steel." He salutes his drink to himself and takes another sip.

He was excited for the day to come when he will be taking over his father's business.  Making money, beginning a new life for himself and his sister.  First thing he plans to do is kick his mother to the curb.  Second, gain full custody of Shelley so he can take care of her properly.  Let her do what she wants to do, but protect her.  Third...He couldn't help the sexy smirk growing on his face when he thinks about Celena.  He looks back at his reflection as he begins to feel the darkness creeping up his spine again.  He looks down and trails his finger over the blade he used to cut the powder with.

It always felt so good to him to cut.  He feels the hot trail of his blood run down his face to his neck.  He places the blade down and catches the blood with his finger and smears it all over his lips.  As if he was putting on lipstick.

His lips became red and slick from the blood.  He smirks at the mirror, thinking how hot it would be if Celena could kiss him right now with blood all over him.  He grew hard at the thought.

"Shut up and kiss me." He says softly, making kissing noises.

Celena walks up to his bedroom door and knocks 'shave and a haircut', "Rome, you decent?" She calls out from behind the door.

Roman snaps his eyes towards the door and sighs, "Speak of the devil." He mutters.  He turns towards the mirror and begins to clean his cut, "Give me a second!" He calls out.

"Ok!" She calls out as she hears him and leans on the wall next to his door.  She begins humming a tune as she waits.  Soon, the door opens and Roman walks out carrying his drink.  "Hey." She greets him with a smile, but frowns when she saw the band-aid.   "What happened?"

"Was shaving." He lies.

"Ouch.  Wasn't because of me, was it?" Celena winces.

Roman shakes his head, "No.  What's up?"

"Bored.  Usually I go to Peter's after school, but since we're not talking, I thought I could come and bother you with my charming personality." She says sarcastically while leaning on his shoulder and batting her eyes.

Roman chuckles, "Cell, you could never bother me."

Celena couldn't stop the heat reaching her cheeks.  Peter and Roman were the only ones who could make her blush so much.  They both jumped as they hear the buzz of the doorbell.

"Better go see who that is." Roman mutters.

"Ok, I'll go bother Shelley and Viktor for now." She giggles and walks with him down the stairs as Watson was coming to inform him about the visitor.

"Mr. Godfrey, a Miss Clementine Chasseur is here to see you." Watson says.

Roman and Celena both freeze in their steps, "Rome, that's the woman who's after Peter." She whispers as she leans in closer.

Roman nods, "I'll take care of it."

"Ok.  Be careful though." She says softly and pulls on his shirt out of habit as she walks off to meet up with Shelley and Viktor in the kitchen.

"Hey, Cell. What's up?" Viktor says as he spots her walking in.

"Hey." She smiles.

Shelley grabs her phone, "Hi, Celena.  When did you get here?"

"Just a few minutes ago.  But, you guys got a visitor." She gives them a worried look.

"Who?" Viktor asks as Shelley frowns.

"That Fish and Game woman." Celena gives him a bitter look.

"The one who interviewed you at work?" Shelley asks, looking at Viktor.

Viktor nods and Celena looks over to Shelley, "She's also hounding Peter because of the rumors Christina spread.  She's hunting the demon dog."

Shelley frowns and types with a confused look, "Then why is she here?"

"Probably because people told her that Roman hangs around with Peter as well as Celena does, too." Viktor says.

"I don't trust her.  She's hiding something." Celena sighs, then nods at them to follow her, "Come on.  Let's snoop."

Viktor and Shelley begin to follow her and heads towards the Study where Roman and Chasseur were chattering.  Their voices begin to grow louder as they draw closer.

"I'm Clementine Chasseur. I'm with the...You know who I am." Chasseur says in realization.

"You're the dogcatcher." Roman mutters.

"May I ask how you come to know that?"

"Small pond." Roman sips on his drink.

"Is your mother home?" Chasseur asks.

Viktor and Celena both lean against the wall and Shelley couldn't help but be more curious so she wanted to make sure Roman was ok.

"No." Roman states.

"You expect her?" Chasseur asks and Roman shakes his head and shrugs, "Speak with you?"

Roman scratches his brow as Shelley's heavy footsteps approaches.  Celena and Viktor watches Chasseur's eyes widen in alarm as Shelley kept her head down, but slowly lifts her eyes towards her.  Chasseur couldn't help but be startled at the sight of Shelley.

"This is the girl who Viktor Banks was in love with?" Her disgusted voice echoes in Celena's head.

"Fucking bitch." Celena snarls softly.

"What?" Viktor whispers.

Celena looks over her shoulder, "You don't wanna know." She whispers.

"Hey, Shelley. This is Dr. Chasseur.  She's here to take a bite out of the vargulf." Roman says sarcastically.

Celena drops her head on to the wooden door frame in disbelief, making a soft thud, rolling it from side to side.

Chasseur frowns at Roman, "Excuse me?"

Shelley wanted to know if Roman was safe. She groans softly with a worried frown, but Roman shakes it off.

"It's fine." Roman assures her and watches her walk away.  Shelley moves to stand with Viktor and Celena, eavesdropping their conversation.

"Please." Roman walks over to the chairs, gesturing to sit with him.

Chasseur sits and leans her elbows on her knees, leaning in to talk to him, "Roman, I'd like to ask you a few questions but before I do there's something that I'd like you to do for me. I want you to think about what kind of person you want to be. I'm here because people are getting hurt. The more honest you are with me, the more it will help me do something about it. So just take a second and think about that, okay?"

Roman taps his knee a few times and clears his throat nervously, "I'm...I'm kind of fucked up right now." He stutters and scoffs, trying to wave it off.

"This is a great opportunity to do something about it. I don't know what you're going through but I'm not exaggerating when I say that I'm here to save people's lives. What is your association with Peter Rumancek and Celena Banks?" Chasseur says as she leans back against the cushions, transforming from concerned citizen to serious authority figure.

Roman shrugs, "We hang out."

"Anything else you want to tell me about that relationship?"  She asks, but Roman was silent.  "Does Peter believe he's a werewolf?"

Roman shakes his head, "No. People just say that about him."

"Any idea why people would say these things?"

"They're afraid of him. You should hear the things they say about us."  Celena frowns as she leans in closer to hear better.  Viktor looks over to Shelley and takes her wrapped hand in his, giving her a gentle look. "I guess you have." Roman mutters as Chasseur was quiet.

"Do they have any reason to be afraid?" She asks.

"No. Peter would never hurt anyone.  Not even Celena." Roman stated strongly.

"Got that right, bitch." Celena mutters and grunts when Viktor covers her mouth and she glares at him.

Thankfully, they didn't hear her and continued their conversation, "Why did you go to the site of the first murder?"

Roman sighs and run his fingers through his hair, "I followed Peter."

"And what was Peter doing there?" Chasseur asks.

"Rubbernecking." Roman says sarcastically.

"And what about Celena Banks?  What was she doing there with Peter?"

Roman shrugs, "I heard her telling Peter that the view of the ceremony was best there.  From the park, you can almost see the whole town."

"Did the three of you dig up Lisa Willoughby?" Chasseur asks.

"No." Roman says.

Chasseur scoffs and takes her badge and places it on the table, giving him the sign that everything said will be off the record.

"Did you dig up Lisa Willoughby?" She asks again.

"I said we didn't." Roman scoffs, but Celena could tell that Chasseur was staring him down till he broke...and he did. "Yeah, we did."

Celena mutters angry, making growling noises as she pretends to choke something.

"Why?" Chasseur asks.

Roman shrugs, "It was it was a ritual or something,  a gypsy thing, I don't know." He mutters.

Chasseur frowns, "Roman, desecration of the dead does not fall under the rubric of 'some gypsy thing'."

Roman shakes his head, "It wasn't desecration."

"Then what was it?"

"Peter thought he could help her." Roman tries to explain.

Chasseur's frown grows, "She's dead."

"Yeah. Peter marches to his own beat." Roman scoffs.

Chasseur begins to replay the earlier conversation, "You used the word 'vargulf'. Why did you use that word?" She asks.

"'Cause I don't want you to bother my sister." Roman states strongly.

Chasseur was confused, "Why do you think I would bother her?" She asks.

"I don't want you to think she's the vargulf!" Roman said, irritatedly yet afraid for Shelley.

"When you use that word, what exactly do you think it means?"

"Some It's a kind of sickness. It's like hunger with no appetite." Roman explains.

"Peter is going to kill him." Viktor whispers.

"No shit." Celena scoffs.

"Where did you learn that word?" Chasseur asks.

Roman shrugs, "I don't know where I learned it."

Chasseur moves her badge closer towards Roman, "Where did you learn this word?"

Roman sighs and picks up the badge, studying it, then looks back up to Chasseur, "Peter."

Suddenly, a throat clears behind them, making all three of them jump with a gasps.  There stood Olivia with an arched brow.  She was about to ask until she could hear Chasseur's voice.

"What can you tell me about an experiment being conducted at the Godfrey Institute of Biomedical Technologies called Ouroboros?"

Celena missed what was said when Olivia popped up behind them.  She was worried that Olivia was gonna yell at them, causing their discretion to be exposed.  But she hushes them.

"Shelley, go entertain our guests.  I'll take care of the of litter." She says softly and gently shooed them to listen.

Celena frowns as she follows Viktor and Shelley.

Roman looks at the table, seeing a perfect circle made from the sweat off his glass.  He places his glass next to the ring and looks up at Chasseur, "I know that symbol means something. I mean, every symbol means something, but that one means something. I don't know, something happening. I see things sometimes. Do you know what it means?"

"I can't tell you what it means to you."

"I can help you."

"Your cooperation is very helpful."

"I can do more. The White Tower, Ouroboros. I can find out what it is! My father built that place! My name is Godfrey!"

"A name is only a name. It's good that you want to help, Roman. It's very good of you, but you can't."

Roman did not like hearing that, he hated when people didn't see his way, "Why not?" He scoffs.

"God doesn't want you to be happy. He wants you to be strong."

Olivia scoffs and walks in just in time to interrupt this pointless conversation, "Roman, would you care to introduce our guest?"

Chasseur turns as Olivia speaks up, then rises from her seat to face her, "I'm Dr. Chasseur. I'm on the board of the biomedical center, as you're well aware."

Olivia begins to remove her gloves and frowns, "Could I ask your business here?"

"Just due diligence, ma'am. Didn't mean to intrude."

"Oh! Say no more. Of course we would be thrilled to offer whatever you would find of assistance. Not a pleasant business at all. Anything we can do. May I offer you a tea or perhaps a brandy? Things are getting frightful outside." She says with a hint of challenge in her tone.

"I've seen worse." Chasseur scoffs then walks around her, eyeing Olivia's shoes, "Size elevens?"

Celena didn't stray far, she frowns when she catches a flash of a memory in Chasseur's head, "Well, aren't you a pretty kitten heel?"  She was there at the Mill.  They found Lisa's legs.

"They do leave quite an impression." Chasseur adds, challenge accepted.

Olivia scoffs and walks over to where Roman sat, sitting on the armrest and running her fingers through his hair.

"Roman darling, there's not a shortage of coasters in this house." She declares.

Roman sighs and picks up his drink, "Sorry."

Olivia frowns when she spies the bandage, "What happened to your face?"

Roman moves his face away from her grip, "It's just a scrape."

Olivia shakes her head, "Silly monkey."

Dr. Chasseur was walking out to head towards the door till a voice speaks from the stairs.

"You're way out of your league."

She turns and sees Celena sitting at the bottom of the stairs.  She frowns and crosses her arms, "Excuse me?"

Celena stands up, "What you're looking for, you're way off course."

"And how would you know what I'm looking for?  Hmm?" Chasseur asks.

"You're looking for the beast, but going after the man.  But, it's not you who wants him." Celena frowns as she probes her mind.  "It's who you're working for."

"I work for Fish and Game." Chasseur states.

Celena scoffs, "You might can fool everyone, but you don't fool me."

"And what about you?  And your 'brother'?  It's strange I cannot find a single record of either of you and Boston has never heard of you.  And when I ran your 'brother's' prints...strangely, not one word from Boston, but signs pointed towards Washington.  In the Seattle area to be exact.  Again, nothing...yet."

Celena's heart rate rises, but she plays it cool.

"You and your friends have done a great job erasing yourselves, but there's always a mistake made."

"The only mistake was made was you going after Peter.  And now you're hounding Roman?"  Celena scoffs as she looks over to where Roman and Olivia was, then turns back to face Chasseur.  She moves to take a step closer in her face, "Watch your back, Doctor.  If you think the Vargulf is bad, you haven't seen anything yet." She shoves her shoulder into hers and walks out the door.

Unaware of Celena leaving, Roman gets a phone call from Norman.

"Yeah?"

"Hey, Roman. Uh, Marie is hysterical. This place is a zoo. I haven't been able to get away all day. Um do you have any idea where Letha might have gone?"

Roman frowns as a thought comes to his mind, "Yeah, I have an idea."

" Well, if you see her, can you call me?"

"Sure." Roman sighs and cuts the call.  He finishes his drink and gets up to get dressed.  He frowns when he notices that Celena was gone.

"Where's Celena?" He asks Viktor and Shelley.

"She left before that doctor left.  I think she had a word with her." Shelley had a worried look.

"I'm more worried for the doctor.  She's lucky Celena didn't kick her ass." Viktor scoffs.

Roman snorts, thinking how true that was, "Well, I gotta go find Letha for Uncle Norman."

"Be careful.  I heard there's going to be a bad storm."  Shelley warns him.

"Ok." he says and grabs his coat and takes off.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Meanwhile, at Matt's place, Letha continues to seduce Matt and he tries his best to resist her.  But she was making it so hard for him.  He sighs when he feels her press her nose against his neck.
"You smell good." She sighs.
Matt gulps as she drags her nose over his skin.  He sighs when she leans back with a pout.  But she could tell she was winning the battle.
Roman parks near where Matt's apartment was and gets out to head towards the door as it began to rain heavily, but freezes when he reaches the window.  The blinds were up, but the curtains were drawn.  He could still see what was going on inside.  And what he saw made him sick to his stomach.  He watches Letha take Matt's hand and places it under her shirt to have him grope her breast.  That seemed like the last straw for Matt.  Matt fondles her as she leans in closer.  Matt meets her halfway and kisses her soft lips.
Roman continues to watch the two lovers make out heavily on the couch.  When the clothes begin to fly off, he had enough.
With a furious look, Roman storms back to his car and takes off flying down the road.  He warned him.  He warned Matt and he didn't listen.  He couldn't trust him or anyone.  No one!
Night has fallen and Roman continues to drive fast through the roads, crying in frustration.  He hated everyone.  Everyone was against him.
"Liars! Fucking liars!" He shouts angrily.
He grabs a vital of coke and sniffs it up, "Ah!"
