Well I'm pretty sure every 20s kid will know this song for sure and of course the beautiful Kesha but after 2012 the singer was absent for 2 years from the music industry suddenly and reason was unknown until...

In 2014, Kesha filed a suit against her producer, Dr. Luke, for sexual assault, battery, and sexual harassment. Kesha claims that she was subjected to nearly a decade of sexual and emotional abuse, including being forced to take date rape drugs before Luke raped her. Luke filed his own lawsuit, calling the claims defamatory and saying that she is trying to extort him in order to get a better recording deal. These cases then began to make their way through the legal system.

Well looks like this producer of her's whom she was working with was raping her and abusing her physically and mentally since she was 18.In June 2015 Los Angeles Superior Court judge froze Kesha's lawsuit against Luke, saying that her contracts require any legal disputes arising from them to be resolved in New York.

The judge noted that there was "no evidence to support her assertion that the agreements were not entered into freely or voluntarily as a result of arm's length negotiations." Hence case was denied earlier that day.
Ps: if u didn't understand what the judge actually noted, what she really meant was 'bitch I ain't buying your shit until you show me proof or you bring someone to support the shit you blabbering here'

In between all this Kesha's lovely fans started spreading the news and bringing attention to the media but a part of social media the people who clearly didn't appreciate helping others who are in need of help and support called the people trying to help Kesha feminist and other harsh names.

Well Taylor swift also helped Kesha by donating $250k for producing new music and guess what people made out of this......they started calling Taylor swift narcissism. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME NOW!!!

Like think for a second guys why would someone give money to help others....cause they are proud of themselves and love to make everything about them only ?????????? HELL NO, like think,what does  Taylor donating money to Kesha have to do with narcissism and even if Taylor was narcissism she has other ways to make herself feel pretty good like probably making a useless TV show called 'keeping up with the swifts' and screaming,crying and creating problems in her life itself for no use but for the show.
Ps: I don't mean to offend the Kardashians by this but yea that's all they do in that stupid show!

Anyways now recently The New York County Supreme Court found that Kesha is already 'free' to record and release music without working with Dr. Luke as a producer if she doesn't want to. But this is regarded still as a rumor, hence its not confirmed yet.

So out of all this I'd like to say something.....I knew Kesha would come out of this trouble or at least get some help but the real thing which hit me a lot was the judging.People judge something within a few matter of seconds without knowing what really is the behind story.

I'm just giving advice over here just don't judge anyone without knowing the real story cause if you ever judge someone and then come to know of the real story it will hit you like this......
