"I get you want to court my daughter, I will give you my blessing-"

"Really?! That's amazing! Thank you!!!" I yelled

"But... you have to prove to me that you love her. If you love her, then I'll give you my blessing. Be ready at any given moment, I could be testing you... remember that." He said then walked off

I ran back to Y/N's house and went back to her room.

"What did my father want?" I asked

"Oh, I'll tell you tomorrow, when we go out with your father, like breakfast." I said putting my arm around her. And kissing her cheek

She put her head on my shoulder and I put my head in her head

"I love you, Philip." Y/N said

"I love you more." I told her kissing the top of her head
