Shadow: Will you talk to me now?

Me: No

Shadow: Then why are you?

Me: I didn't say anything.

Shadow: You're not very good at giving the silent treatment.

Me: WHO SAID I WAS GIVING THE SILENT TREATMENT!?

Shadow: Calm down a bit.

Me: NEVER TELL A GIRL TO CALM DOWN! 

Shadow: Okay, Okay. Never again!

Shadow was getting angry. You didn't understand why Yes your father hurt you. But did he really need to get worked up over it. 

"Shadow." You spoke trying to get his attention. But he didn't listen. 

"Shadow!" You shouted a bit louder. He was still angry. You stood up. Feeling like you were about to cry. You took him by the shoulder. He pushed you away. You fell to the floor. 

"Shadow? What's gotten into you?" you asked the tears threatening to fall. He snapped out of it when he saw you sad face. 

"(Y/N) I'm sorry." He went to help you up but you swatted his hand away. You got up and ran from him. Out the door into the darkness of the evening sky. You didn't care any more. You just wanted somewhere to feel safe. Somewhere no one would shout or make you feel scared. So you kept running until you couldn't hear anything. You sat with your back against a tree and sobbed. You quiet sobs echoed in the silence of the night. 

You heard noises from the top of the hill you were on. Near a big steel tower. Which you had no idea what it was. You took a look over and saw a boy with an orange headband. He was swinging a tyre on a rope. He would swing it and catch it continuously. 

"Strange boy." You whispered.  You heard footsteps up the hill.

"(Y/N)!" Was shouted. 

"Shadow." You whispered. Hiding yourself so he wouldn't find you. 

"(Y/N)!" He shouted again. You looked so you could see him but he couldn't see you. The boy with the headband looked in Shadow's direction. He waved.

"Hey Shadow!" He shouted. 

"Hi Endou. Have you seen a girl about (Your heigh) (E/C) (H/C)."

"No. Sorry Shadow."

"Okay. Thanks Endou." He ran of shouting your name again. You decided to come out of hiding and chase after him. 

"Shadow!" You shouted when he was in sight. He turned around. 

"(Y/N). Thank go you're all right!" You ran and gave him a hug. 

"I'm so sorry Shadow. I shouldn't have ran."

"Don't worry about it. I should be the one apologising. I over reacted and I hurt you."

"You didn't hurt me. The memories did. You were shouting an scaring me. You reminded me of my father."

"(Y/N). I'm so sorry. I'll never scare you like that again. Just please come back." You nodded at him. He took your hand and led you back to the house.

Shadow: NOW ENDOU'S IN THIS?

Me: Yeah. Someone actually nice. 

Shadow: HEY I CAN BE NICE!

Me: STOP SHOUTING AT ME THEN!

Shadow: YOU STOP SHOUTING AT ME

Me + Shadow: *shouting insults at each other*

Endou: Those two. They're the best of friends.
