-there's a scene where The Squad dramatically runs into their bosses room to tell him that they saved the universe and their boss is in his underwear and fires them. the god of time proceeds to scare the ever living crap out of him and gets them a promotion

-umbras and aunoras antics are so much funnier in the books

-the series starts getting rly good around arc 3 or 4

-the mortis family is dysfunctional and weird but also heartwarming. if u like stories abt families nfh is 100% for you
