i distinctly remember being like 7 ish and asking my sunday school teacher if it was ok that i didnt want to get married. the teacher was like "yeah sure" and it made me pretty happy. i had always heard abt marriage and romance...but it just didn't feel me. i told tons of ppl as a wee fancy that i was going to be single

it wasnt until i was abt like 12 and browsing tv tropes that i discovered there was a word for it. went through some denial and eventually was like "huh well ig thats me"

but knowing that other ppl felt the same way was actually really cool??
