A few weeks later, Alois had moved in with Ciel and his guardian Sebastian, since he had nowhere else to live and Ciel had ordered for Sebastian to allow Alois to stay there, which Alois thanked them both for gratefully. Ciel walked Alois to school everyday and bought him some new clothes. Claude was arrested for molesting and physical assault. Alois slept in the guest room down the hall from where Ciel slept. 

On one particular night, Alois had a nightmare of a burning town. He ran and ran, looking for his younger brother, Luka. Just as he saw his dead brother's lifeless body on the ground in his dream, he woke up screaming and crying. Ciel ran in and turned on the light. 

"Alois, are you okay?? Alois whats going on?" Ciel asked worriedly. 

It took a while for Alois to calm down and reply. "Yes, im-im fine. I just had a really bad nightmare.." 

"If it helps, I could sleep in here with you..Only if you're comfortable with that, I mean!" Ciel added quickly, trying to keep his voice even.

"Ye-yeah sure." Alois said as he scooted over and Ciel climbed in. They both layed facing each other. Immediately Alois noticed Ciel's eye.

"Woah! Your eye is so pretty!!" Alois remarked.

"Oh! Oh no! Ughh.. I forgot I didnt have on my eyepatch.." Ciel muttered. His left eye was dark purple while his right eye was blue. Alois thought this was absolutely beautiful but apparently Ciel did not.

"I love them! Why do you hide it?" Alois asked.

"Its weird and creepy. Normal people dont have two different colored eyes." Ciel replied sadly.

"Who cares about being normal? We could be freaks together." Alois joked.

Ciel laughed. Alois's hair was falling perfectly over his crystal blue eyes. The moonlight from the window struck his face, illuminating his face.. "He truly is gorgeous" Ciel thought.

Alois fluttered his eyes closed, but not before taking one last glance at Ciel. His blue hair seemed to be even darker in the darkness of the room. His eyes looked over Alois, which made Alois blush,and thank that it was dark.  They both fell asleep only about 2 inches away from each other.

When Ciel awoke, Alois was still sleeping so he decided to go downstairs and get some breakfast. Sebastian was standing in the dining room with a smirk on his face.

"Whats with the smirk?" Ciel asked Sebastian accusingly.

"Well, I went into your bedroom to wake you, but you werent there. And where do I find you? In Alois's room cuddled up next to him. Whats that about?" Sebastian accused back. Ciel's face flushed red and he looked away.

"He had a nightmare, okay?" Ciel flustered.

"well it seems to me that you might like this boy, but what would I know?" Sebastian added.

"Exactly, you wouldnt know how I feel. But you especially wouldnt understand the way I feel about Alois!" Ciel shouted at Sebastian angrily and stomped off to Alois's room. Alois was sat up in the bed with a surprised look on his face. Ciel felt his heart drop.

"How much of that did you hear?" Ciel asked, horrified.

"Enough." Alois said before walking over to Ciel and pulling him close by the collar of his shirt and kissing him. Ciel was taken aback at first, then closed his eyes and wrapped his arms around the blonde's waist. Alois smiled into the kiss and Ciel laughed a little bit. As they pulled away from each other, Alois said "Did you know that I love you, Ciel?"

Ciel smiled and replied, "No, I didnt know that. You should have told me." They both laughed and went back downstairs for breakfast, hand in hand.
