Thank you guys so much for all the kind words/good lucks on my exams! They went well so thank you so so so so much for being patient. I will try to update all my stories ASAP. Starting with this one. So, hope you like it! 

It was finally the end of their date and Alfred was dropping Arthur off. They had spent the whole night laughing at childhood stories and marveling at shared interests. Alfred never brought up his condition, and Arthur never asked. The night had been lovely, and Arthur had felt like he was coming to the end of a fairytale date. 

Alfred had walked him up to the door as they talked about being new to London and the weird quirks that Alfred noticed about Arthur's country. 

"Well, I guess we're here" Alfred exclaimed as he stopped at the entrance to Arthur's house. Arthur furrowed his brow a little, not wanting their date to end. The American had just been so charming, so nice. It was refreshing. 

"Hmm. I guess." Arthur muttered with a disappointed tone. Alfred moved a little closer to him and looked down into his eyes. Arthur felt himself burn red as the sapphire pools locked onto him. Alfred leaned forward and Arthur's stomach flipped as he felt the American's body getting closer. He shut his eyes for a kiss but immediately jolted them open as Alfred planted a kiss on his cheek.

"I had a really nice time tonight. Maybe we can do this again?" Alfred asked with a smile. 

Arthur, still in shock at the utter anticlimax that had just occurred, blurted, "Yes that would be lovely. Will you be in the hospital any time soon? We can grab lunch."

"Wednesday. Be there or be square." America grinned. 

"Square?" Arthur questioned, raising an eyebrow at the American in front of him. 

"You're so cute!" Alfred said, staring at the man in front of him with utter disbelief. He kind of forgot some people weren't used to his silly idioms. Arthur blushed but responded,

"Wednesday? We can get tea." 

"Tea it is then! Bye Arthur." Alfred agreed with a smile, before waving and turning to go. Arthur watched as the boy walked down the pathway to the taxi and smiled as he opened the door and walked into the house. Best. Date. Ever.

Arthur flung himself onto the couch with a sigh as he thought about Alfred. His charming smile, the blue eyes, the golden hair. He felt on top of the world. Up until this point Arthur had never made it a priority to date anyone or even develop a crush on anyone, so now that Alfred had pushed him out of his comfort zone, he felt ethereal.

It was a few minutes of daydreaming about his crush and reminiscing on his favorite moments of the date when he decided to call Francis. He still found it crazy how they had both ended up going out with their date's brother. Arthur picked up the phone and dialed Francis's number as he twiddled with the button on the cuff of his green sweater. It rang for a while until it reached the Frenchman's voicemail. Arthur knew Francis had a habit of letting the phone ring, so he decided to call again. He was just very interested in how the date went with Matthew. 

It rang a few times before Francis finally answered. He heard heavy breathing but ignored it as he said, 

"Francis! How did your date go? Tell me all about it." 

"I'm kind of in the middle of something here can I call you right back?!" Francis blurted in a hurry. Arthur heard even more heavy breathing and then a soft moan, nearly shrieking as he hung up the phone in surprise. WERE THEY HAVING SEX?! 

Arthur nearly lost his mind as he tried to get the thought out of his head. He laughed to himself. Typical Francis. Arthur had called Francis multiple times was he was in the middle of banging whoever he was dating at the time so he was pretty used to it, but this was a surprise. Arthur couldn't even imagine someone as innocent as Matthew even dating Francis. Maybe it was a match made in heaven. 

After a long process of trying to get that mental image out of his brain, Arthur decided to go to bed. Wednesday was going to be fun, and he was absolutely thrilled to be having another date with the golden boy he so adored.
