Never Hesitate, Last Part

"It's been a while, Kaasan, Tousan," Keisuke placed the flowers he had brought on the ground as he stood in front of 2 graves beside Komasan and Komajiro's. The graves had the names "Amano Keita" and "Amano neè Kodama Fumika" written on them, showing why he was visiting them. He sat on a chair, knowing that they would have never wanted for him to get tired from standing too long, before he faced them.

"I'm sorry I couldn't visit you, but I promised myself that I wouldn't come visit you until Peace brought Sakura New Town back. I think you know what happened, since I'm here. We... We finally did it, Kaachan, Tousan," Tears pricked at his eyes.

"After I was betrayed by Gentouma, Hakushuri and Ayame, we finally decided to stop playing around," he confessed. "Gentouma and Hakushuri had been stalling our grand attack for Natshuka, so we decided to pull out the big guns. After all..." A small grin formed, "I never really tell Touma and Akinori every thing I plan. I still have my secrets."

"6 months. That's how long we had planned after their betrayal," he smiled sadly. "It was hard to move on from it, and also for what they had allowed to happen. But luckily, I had help and support from everyone."

"In the end, after so many preparations, we finally did it. We brought Natshuka down."

"It was a long and horrible war. But it was worth it," he looked at the sky. "We won. Sakura New Town was safe."

"The restoration is going to be tough. There are barely any humans and Youkai here. The world is beginning to question what happened here. It's only a matter of time before Youkai are revealed to the public. But I know that we can do it."

"Neechan..." his smile withered a bit. "Neechan, Touma, Akinori and Ayame are back to normal. Well, as normal as they can be. They're going to be undergoing therapy and all that stuff while serving their sentence for what they did by helping restoration. Neechan is still being held in the Arihoshi shrine to make sure she won't go looking for revenge, while Shutendouji was taken to the Youmakai for his trial."

"I managed to help them work out their actual feelings during the last battle, so they're fine now, but Neechan's having difficulty accepting what she did. Don't worry, though," he grinned. "I'm going to help Neechan over this."

"Well then, I guess it's time to go," he stood up and retracted the chair. "I promised Azusa-nee I would help her with her flower shop. Bye, Kaasan, Tousan. See you soon."

With that, Keisuke left, leaving behind his sword and dagger as a sign that the war had truly ended.
