Y/N's POV

Me, Cathie, and the boys were coming back from an exhausting day of ASDF Land. I sighed with contentment as I threw my prizes somewhere (have fun losing them). "Wasn't ASDF Land great you guys? We gotta go there more often!" I say, brimming with excitement just thinking about the next time we'd go there. "Heh, yeah..it was real fun." Cathie replied with surprisingly zero amount of excitement or enthusiasm in her voice.

Something seemed..off. She's never usually like this when we go out. We could be going to the market yet she'd still be excited as a small toddler getting ice cream. And as she said that sentence, she was side eyeing Tom with a slight look of fear in her eyes. My subconscious is definitely telling me something is wrong though the more logical reason is that he either scared the hell out of her with those realistic looking zombie costumes or made her go near someone wearing a mascot suit. Seriously, why is she petrified of them? ((DOES IT LOOK LIKE I KNOW?))

I was pulled out of my thoughts as Edd came behind me and patted my head. "No need to worry Y/N, Cath is most likely pretty tired from all the fun we've been having, isn't that right Cathie?" He asked innocently yet something worse was lurking in his tone as he gripped my shoulders while looking at her.

Cathie seemed conflicted as she tried her absolute best keeping a composed face. "Yeah, I guess you're right." She replied as she looked away to the side. "Actually, I have something that I'd like to discuss with you, smart rumpe. Could we go to my room to discuss it? You guys can start watching the movie we planned as I talk to her." Tord said while wrapped his arm around her tightly. The movie idea was long gone from me since the amount of fun we had at ASDF Land was 𝑖𝑚𝑎𝑐𝑐- I mean terrific. Plus, it was a new release on CD that I've been dying to see so I didn't acknowledge Tord's grip on Cathie (a grade A+ dumbass mistake).

"Great idea Todd!" "Tord. (smh)" "Let's set up the movie and I'll make the popcorn! Take all the time you need Tord." Matt stated as he ran into the kitchen to make the popped kernel delights. "Now then, smart rumpe, shall we go and discuss important matters?" Tord (IT AUTOCORRECTED TO TODD LMAO) asked the girl who was basically shaking at this point. A sadistic smirk made way to his face as he grabbed the back of her neck. "Let's go."
