Descriptions:

Brute is a muscular, seven-foot tall, grey-skinned armadillo demon, with red beady eyes. His plated hide is as hard as solid rock, and his teeth and claws are long and sharp. Brute also speaks in a deep, raspy voice with an Italian accent ... and his irises turn to literal flames when he's mad.

Cass is a muscular, seven foot tall, brownish hedgehog demon, with lightning-yellow eyes ... which crackle with energy when he gets mad. His spines are long and made of a metallic substance, spouting all over his back, neck, and halfway down his arms. Like Brute, Cass also speaks with an Italian accent ... only his voice is more erratic, chattery and manic in tone.

Both of these demons wear standard-security uniforms with badges for the hotel / casino ... but tweaked a little, so that they slightly resemble the armour of Roman soldiers. They also carry revolvers and machetes at their belts, and wear security headsets on their heads.

Personalities:

Brute is a stoic, slightly menacing but mostly indifferent individual who serves Judd and Cane in his respective duties without any complaint whatsoever. He views daily events around him through a 'strictly professional' lens, and will follow any and all rules and orders given to him. That being said, Brute can be pretty merciless and brutal to any unfortunate demons who break the rules, or personally anger him ... though he's not a sadist like his partner: Cass.

Cass is a manic, sadistic, and cunning soul who takes great pleasure in doing his jobs by keeping order in the Saint's Hotel and Casino, and being a bodyguard to Judd. He can never resist the chance to get into fights with lesser demons, and secretly hates the demon royalty he has to serve in the Treachery Ring ... a trait left over from his living days. Cass also tried to find excuses to be extra barbaric in his tortures and punishments, something his partner Brute vehemently disapproves of.

Brute and Cass can use this to instantly tell whether a demon is trying to deceive them.

Brute and Cass have a highly advanced, supernatural scent of smell ... so good that they can tell the difference between Treachery demons, and those from other Rings.

Brute and Cass are very tough in both form and mind; able to survive heavy impacts from falls and fighting ... as well as the mental shock from seeing Judd's true form.

- Supernatural Weapon Sense

Brute and Cass can also sense whether demons are carrying any weapons on them. They use it on incoming visitors to try and stop them from bringing weapons entering the casino (though they have no trouble with people bringing weapons OUT of the establishment).

- Shield-Rolling

Brute and Cass can curl their bodies into balls and roll around the hotel and casino in such forms. They do this because it can offer protection (with Brute's plated hide and Cass's sharp spines), and it's a quicker form of travel.

Skillset:

- Super Strength

Brute and Cass have been endowed with supreme strength in the afterlife; strength enough to punch clean through walls, and throw demons around like rag dolls. This strength pales in comparison to Judd and Cane's though.

- Combat Mastery

Due to their shared, militaristic Roman past, Brute and Cass are seasoned fighters capable of taking down even powerful demons in battle. They're even deadlier when they team up and fight as a duo.

- Metallic, sharp spines (Cass only)

Cass's metal spines have been enchanted by him to be detachable, sharp projectiles that he can fling at enemies and vagabonds. He can easily and quickly regenerate any spines lost in such scenarios.
