Author Note: Take Place After Helluva Boss: The New Employee Episode 4

At the back of the parking lot where the I.M.P company is, Moxxie and Roy are heading over there setting up a table that has different cans and bottles on it. Next to the table is a box full of small guns and bullet cases.

"Thanks for teaching me how to use guns, Moxxie," Roy says.

"It's no trouble, Roy. Amara asked me personally about teaching you how to use one. She'll teach you herself as well, but she has to go on an assignment with Blitz and Millie right now," Moxxie says.

He then finishes setting up the bottles and says, "There. Now then, it's time we begin your training."

Then says, "We will start with telling you the type of guns. I think naming five guns of the pistols will be a good start."

Roy nods his head.

He then places each gun on the table as he names them, "We have a Bauer Automatic, a Glock 18, a Howdah pistol, a Ruger Hawkeye, and a Steyr Mannlicher M1901."

"You knew a lot about guns," Roy says.

"Thank you. I kind of know a lot of guns. I'm well, the marksman of the company. Millie has the more physical strength and combats better than I am," Moxxie says.

"Sounds cool. Seems that you and Millie are a good team," Roy says.

"Thank you," Moxxie says.

Then Moxxie hands Roy a toy gun that has some toy then brings out headphone style ear protection and has some safety goggles.

"Since you're new to using a gun, it's good to wear some safety gears until you can get used to it," Moxxie says.

"Why?" Roy asks.

"Well, the gun shot can get pretty loud," Moxxie says.

Roy nods his head and puts the goggles and the protection headphones on his head as well.

"Alright then, now we'll start with how to handle the gun," Moxxie says, and picks up the Glock 18 gun.

"First: you need to know that you should make sure to keep your gun down and make sure to keep your hand away from the trigger if you don't intend to shoot," Moxxie says.

Roy nods his head in reply.

"Then, you check your gun to see if there are any bullets in there. As of now, we don't have bullets in the gun, so we need to fill it up," Moxxie says, opening the compartment, under the handle of the gun.

Moxie shows it to Roy and says, "You see Roy, each gun type has a different type of compartment and requires the use of a specific bullet. This one has a Nato standard 9x19 mm Parabellum pistol cartridge."

"So certain guns need to have certain bullets?" Roy asks.

"That's right. Some of them like rifles and machine guns require more bullets in their catridge than others," Moxxie says.

"Wow. That's really amazing," Roy says.

"Yeah. It kind of is," Moxxie says.

Then says, "Now then, let's continue on with the lesson."

Roy then walks over with Moxxie and they face a short distance from the table where the cans and bottles are.

"Now then, it's good to make sure you get into a good standing position as you hold the gun with both hands. Then you point the gun towards the target," Moxxie says, and points the gun to the target.

Roy then does the same thing and gets in the same position as Moxxie.

"You make sure you aim your gun toward the target and ready for the firing-ready position," Moxie says.

Roy does what Moxxie says and aims his gun towards the can.

"Then you steady the gun with your other hand and place your index finger on the bottom of the tiger, as you place your dominant hand hello under the handgun to support it. Make sure to have all your fingers cleared from the slide or hammer of the gun," Moxxie says.

"Okay," Roy says.

He places his dominant hand and grabs hold of the gun and uses his index finger on the bottom of the trigger and makes sure his fingers are clear.

"Then, stand in the proper firing stand. Your feet should spread shoulder width apart, and place the opposite foot of your dominant hand a step apart from the other hand," Moxie says.

Roy nods his head and gets in position with Moxxie.

"Then slightly lean forward with your knees bent and make sure you're balanced," Moxxie says.

Roy does the same, but he ends up falling over and lands on his bottom.

"Are you okay?" Moxxie asks.

"I'm okay," Roy says.

He then quickly follow Moxxie's instruction and position himself and bend his knees again.

Then Moxxie says, "The elbow of your dominant arm should be almost straight and your non-dominant elbow should be flexed at a slightly obtuse angle. Then with your dominant arm it must be in line with the handgun and pointed at the target."

"Okay," Roy says.

"Then aim your gun and align the front sight with the rear sight," Moxxie says as he and Roy aim the gun at the can.

"Once you have the fix on the target, you load up the gun, control your breathing..." Moxxie says.

He and Roy then perform the lesson.

"Then pull the trigger and fire," Moxxie says.

With that, they both fire their guns at the same time. Moxxie is able to get the perfect shot at the can, so it bends and falls off the table. Then Roy does the same and fires his toy gun The fake bullet hits the can a bit on the side, but it's enough for the can to fall off.

"I got one," Roy happily says.

"Not bad for a start, but you need to get used to using the gun and fire at the targets," Moxxie says.

"Right," Roy replies.

Then asks, "Can we practice some more?"

"Of course, but remember to be careful because we're in the parking lot and we don't want to hit one of the cars," Moxxie says.

"Okay," Roy says.

With that, Roy and Moxxie continue with their shooting practice.
