After a long and delicious breakfast, they all got in the van and headed out for work. But, the difference was that Loona and Y/N were sitting next to each other, but they both were looking out of the window. At some moments, they both did stare at each other when the other one wasn't and it was awkward until Loona looked at Blitzø and he nodded at her. She sighed and looked at Y/N.

Loona: ... Hey, N/N...

Y/N: Yeah?

Loona: Um... I'm... I'm feeling a bit... cold...

Y/N: Huh? But, you have fur. Plus, the AC isn't even on.

Loona: ...

Y/N: Loona, what's wrong? Do you want to ask me something?

Loona: I... *blushes* Okay, I'll come clean! I... I really liked how hot your body was. So... I'd like to ask... Is it alright if... I cuddle you, again?

Y/N: Cuddle? You want to cuddle? With me?

Loona: *blushing* I enjoyed feeling the heat your body was radiating. And... I want to feel it again, so... Can I?

Y/N: *blushes slightly* ... W-Well, if it makes you feel better, I liked how soft your fur felt.

Loona: *blushing* S-So, is that a yes?

Y/N: Only if you want this.

Loona nodded and they both got closer to each other. When they did, they both wrapped each other's arms around each other and they both sighed.

Loona: Mmm... This feels nice...

Y/N: ...

Loona: You alright?

Y/N: I'm just not used to a woman being this close to me. I've never had a girlfriend.

Loona: Really?! I-I mean... I'm sorry to hear that.

Y/N: ... Heh. It's alright.

He then placed his hand on top of her head and started scratching her lightly. Without Y/N realizing, Loona gasped and moaned and her tail started wagging and her leg started twitching. Soon, he stopped and Loona panted and collapsed onto his lap, which Y/N took notice of.

Y/N: Huh? Loona? D-Did you fall asleep on me?

Loona: N-No, but goddamn, that felt really good.

Y/N: What did?

Loona: Y-You started scratching on the top of my head and it felt... pretty good.

Y/N: Wait, it did? I... wasn't expecting that.

Loona: Even though we're able to function like humans, even hellhounds can act like dogs at times.

Y/N: Well, that's just... stupid.

Loona: Huh? Why?

Y/N: Loona, unlike humans, pets sometimes have to go to the vet at times! And doesn't that worry you that someday, you'll be mistreated like a dog or a wild animal or something like that?

Loona: Of course I am! I hate getting fucking shot at!

Y/N: I do, too!

Loona: Really?

Y/N sighed and unbuttoned his shirt to show Loona a small scratch on his left arm.

Y/N: On the day my dad had to take me to the doctor because I was feeling sick, the doctors had to give me a shot with a needle, but after seeing it, I knew that it was going to fucking hurt and I didn't want to sit there and take it, so I had to find a way out of the mess. Unfortunately, the doc got to me, but I accidentally smacked the needle up to my muscle bone and I was paralyzed after feeling the needle prick me there.

Loona: Seriously? That happened?

Y/N: Yeah. And I still fucking hate it to this day. But, Loona, when it comes to you, that's worse! And I'm worried about you. I'm worried that people will mistreat you because you're a hellhound. *sighs* I'm sorry. I didn't mean to sound like a dickhead.

Loona: Aw, N/N...

She then sat up and hugged Y/N.

Loona: You weren't being a dick. And I understand how you feel, I really do.

Y/N: ... I just... I just don't appreciate the thought about that because you're as human as you can be.

Loona: N/N, it's alright. Just don't worry about it, okay?

Y/N: ... Alright.

He then wrapped his arm around Loona and they both sat there as they hugged. Blitzø watched the whole thing and sighed. Soon, they arrived at I.M.P. and walked out of the elevator. When they did and they arrived at the office, Loona looked at Y/N as he had his arms crossed and his head down.

Loona: Hey, are you alright?

Y/N: Yeah. I'll be fine. I just... need to blow off some steam.

Loona: You'll get your chance today. Remember, we're going somewhere so that we can help you control your power. You'll be able to blow off steam when we get the chance. Just... try to relax and take it easy. I'll help you out if you want. Here.

She then walked away and tried to look for something. After a while, she came back with a mangled chair and sets it next to her desk.

Y/N: What's that for?

Loona: In case you want to be with someone or you want to hang out, you can come to me. I mostly spend my time here at this desk because I'm a receptionist, but with you here, then I finally have a reason to be here. Come on. Please? You could use a distraction.

Y/N: ... *sighs & smiles* Sure. And you're right. I could use one. So, what's up with the chair? Why's it all torn apart and mangled?

Loona: This chair was my old chair that I used when I started working here. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke it when me and Moxxie were fighting.

Y/N: About what?

Loona: Things that are kinda stupid to bring up.

Y/N: Try me.

Loona: Alright. I got after Moxxie because he ate my lunch for the day. And I know that it sounds stupid, but a hellhound's lunch is sacred, okay? But, Moxxie, being the fatty that he is today, chose to eat my lunch and I got after him. I did almost eat him alive for that, but I broke my old chair because of that. Luckily, Blitzø was able to get me another one. This one. So, it's not much, but it's the best we've got.

Y/N: *smiles* I'll take what I'm offered.

He then sat down on the mangled chair and it did feel uncomfortable at first, but it was easy to manage.

Y/N: Thanks.

Loona: You're welcome.

She sat down at her own chair and they eventually started their day. After a while, Moxxie and Millie eventually arrived.

Y/N: Well, look who's finally arrived.

Millie: Morning, N/N.

Moxxie: Wait, are you sitting next to Loona?

Y/N: Yeah, why? Is that a problem?

Moxxie: Of course it's a problem! What if you start distracting her from her job?

Y/N: Oh, please, as if someone like you could understand what Loona does here! Besides, it's not like she enjoys doing her job. Being a receptionist is boring and it sucks from what I've heard.

Loona: Yeah, fatty! And now, with N/N here, I have a reason to be here.

Millie: Aww, Loona, are you crushing on him? Is that why you're letting him sit next to you?

Loona: *blushes heavily* Sh-Shut up, Millie! No! N-No, I'm not! I-I just didn't want to be alone a-and I-I wanted N/N to be with me! Nothing more, nothing less than that! Just a favor between friends! That's what it is, right?

Y/N: Sure.

Loona: *blushing heavily* See?

Millie: If that's the case, then why is your face getting red? Hm?

Moxxie: Yeah, come on, Loona. You can tell us. We won't judge you.

Y/N: Guys, stop it! Okay? Loona and I are just friends! Okay? Nothing more, nothing less! Now, leave her alone!

Moxxie: Okay. Geez.

Millie: We're just playing around with you guys. Heh. You both are cute when you're flustered. Almost makes me wish that you guys were a couple. Almost.

Moxxie: Yeah, but with someone being so angry and selfish like Loona, who'd wanna hook up with Loona since she has poor girlfriend material?

Y/N & Loona: EXCUSE ME?!

Y/N: Listen, fatty, I'll have you know that Loona would be twice as better at being my girlfriend than anybody else because she's not like everyone else in this hellhole! She just needs someone to be at her side and I'm willing to do that! Plus, she was the only person that cared about me and took care of me when I was out! Someone as beautiful and talented as her deserves to be happy!

Loona: Yeah! And if I were given a choice, I would have N/N be my boyfriend because he doesn't treat me like a bitch like you or everyone else does, fatty! And also, he knows how to give me attention and how to make me smile, so he's also capable of having boyfriend material! I'm just surprised that nobody's taken the chance to be his girlfriend after all this time, especially since he's handsome and innocent!

Moxxie: *snickers* Gotcha.

Both Y/N and Loona were confused on why Moxxie and Millie were laughing, but when they looked at each other, they realized what they just said and blushed heavily as they backed and looked away.

Millie: See what I mean? You both are so cute together.

Y/N & Loona: *blushing heavily* SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LEAVE!!!

Moxxie: Geez. Who twisted their panties? Hehehehehe.

Millie: Ha! Good one.

They then walked away and Y/N and Loona both stood/sat there in silence. But, when their backs were turned to each other, they both looked at each other and smiled, knowing that they both meant what they said.

Loona: *blushing* Thanks, N/N.

Y/N: *blushing* No problem. So, may I?

Loona patted the seat next to her and Y/N went over to sit next to her and they continued doing their thing.
