After returning to Hell to get dressed back to their normal attire, Y/N and Loona waited until the sun was low enough. Y/N checked his phone for the time.

Y/N: ... Alright. Let's go.

Loona: Where are we going?

Y/N: To a place where we can get a bird's eye view of the sunset.

Loona: You mean, we're gonna fly?

Y/N: Not exactly. Hop on.

Loona jumped on Y/N's back and he opened his wings.

Y/N: I'd hold on tight if I were you.

However, Loona did what he said and dug her claws into his skin.

Y/N: Ow! Not that tight!

Loona: S-Sorry.

Y/N: Okay... Let's try this. Hop off.

Loona got off him.

Y/N: Watch your step.

He tripped Loona off her feet and caught her in his arms bridal style and Loona blushed. He then jumped up and began to fly. After a while, he was able to find a tall building and landed on it.

Y/N: Well? How's this?

Loona: Whoa...

She looked out to the horizon as she stared at the orange sunset shining over a blue sea.

Loona: Beautiful...

Y/N: Not as beautiful as you.

Loona: *blushes* Thanks.

They both then sat down and Loona pulled out a box of cigarettes.

Loona: Wanna try?

Y/N: What? Smoke cigars? ... No, thanks.

Loona: Aw, come on! You gave the alcohol a try.

Y/N: ... *sighs* Alright.

She handed one to Y/N while she had one of her own. She pulled out her lighter and tried to light it up, but it wouldn't work.

Y/N: Having trouble there? Here.

He then lit his hand on fire and Loona was surprised to see what Y/N could do.

Loona: Whoa. Where'd you learn to do that?

Y/N: Stolas. I took some lessons from him. Still learning to ignite fire to my fingertips.

She leaned to the fire and ignited her cigarette and smoked it while Y/N did the same, but he gasped and coughed after he inhaled the smoke.

Y/N: *coughs*

Loona: You okay?

Y/N: *coughs* Yeah... Wow! That really hit me good! *coughs* Man, I haven't felt this in a long time!

Loona: Wait, you smoked before?

Y/N: Yeah. I had a prescription. I had a... disease that required attention.

Loona: When did this happen?

Y/N: When I was 8.

Loona: You smoked at a young age?

Y/N: Hey, I've seen some children smoking and believe me, their lungs were not ready to play with fire. But apparently, mine were. Besides, didn't you handle a kid that swears a lot?

Loona: ... Touché.

Y/N: Look, I'm not the perfect child in the family, okay? However, after a year went by, I... stopped smoking because the doctor said that I was perfectly healthy. It's as if the disease just... went away. So, yeah. I haven't smoked in a long time. But, ugh! That tasted weird. What is that?

Loona: *laughs* N/N, there's no flavor to smoking.

Y/N: Figures. I take it Hell's cigars are different than Earth's?

Loona: Yep. Most sinners breathe this stuff in for kicks like full-blooded demons like me. You should consider yourself lucky you aren't a weak little bitch otherwise you'd be dead.

Y/N: Yeah. Lucky me. ... Hey, Loona?

Loona: Hm? What's up?

Y/N: ... Listen, I was thinking about what you said at dinner. And I wanna be sure about something. Are you sure you want to be human? You won't be able to go back to how things are, now. You and your family.

Loona: ...

Y/N: Are you sure that this is what you want? To live in society and follow Earth's laws? My mother had to make changes to be here in the mortal realm. Look, I'm not going against you or anything. All I'm asking for is for you to think this through before reaching a clarification. I love you, Loona. I really do.

Loona: ... N/N... Y-You're right. I've been going at this so blindly and I didn't think about it. If I do this, then my life will not go back to how it was before and... I may never be able to do my job as an assassin. ... But, I don't care. All I can think about is how terrible and miserable my life was in Hell and... I'm not proud of it.

Y/N: You aren't?

Loona sighed as she looked out to the view.

Loona: No. I'm not proud of what Lucifer put me through. Don't you understand? My whole life, I was afraid. Afraid that my actions could get me in trouble and I have to pay the price for it every time. Well, I'm done! I'm done living in Hell's taboos Lucifer has made for the demons and I want to be happy!

Y/N: Loonie, Lucifer won't be happy about this.

Loona: What the fuck does he know about anything?! He thinks he's some kind of blameless force that always sits on his throne and looks down upon us as we suffer all for his amusement and enjoyment. I don't care, anymore, N/N! I... I just want to get away from the pain and suffering.

Y/N: Loona... I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you feel like this.

Loona: N/N, it's not your fault. I need this. I need to let it all loose. *looks at own hands* I hate what Lucifer has turned me into. What I turned myself into. I just... want to get away from it all...

She then sniffled and started crying a little bit. Y/N didn't like seeing her like this, so he reached his hand out and held Loona's as he spoke up.

Y/N: Hey... *holds Loona's hand* I'm sorry things didn't turn out well for you in Hell. Then again, I didn't expect anything less, but for a hellborn demon to hate Hell? I didn't see it coming.

Loona: These humans think they know everything about us angels and demons inside and out, but honestly, they don't understand a goddamn thing about anything. The angels are... warriors of God, but the REAL demons are His Exterminators. Unreasonable and unforgivable monsters that prey on any demon they find. Every year on December 31st is Extermination Day. And that's when the Exterminators do their work.

Y/N: ... So, that's another reason why you want to get away from Hell?

Loona: I know you don't approve the thought of losing me the way you lost M/N, right?

Y/N: ... No. I don't. Well, ya know what? I don't care who they are! If they even think about coming after you and the others, I'll send them packing. In pieces.

Loona: That's thoughtful of you, but nobody can compete with an angel. Unless it's Lucifer.

Y/N: I don't care! I have to at least try!

Loona: And you will. But, I don't want to lose you. You may be a hybrid, N/N, but you're half demon and half human. These Exterminators don't care who you are. They'll kill you without any second thoughts.

Y/N: ... If only I can use that to our advantage.

Loona: N/N! Just... Please. That's not the main reason why I want to leave Hell.

Y/N: I know.

Loona: I love you. And like I said, you are the reason why I'm happy. You're the best there is. I... just don't want to be away from you.

Y/N: ... Right. Because even though it's been a week, it was like Hell for the both of us. Heh. It's funny, really. How even if it's only for a second, minute, hour, or anything, it feels like we're incomplete. I wonder if that's what happens when you date a demon.

Loona: Y-You don't mind, though, right?

Y/N: Of course I don't. I love you and seeing you smile is all I care about. ... And the fact that we haven't sweared in a while means that you are slowly starting to become human.

Loona: ... I guess... It doesn't feel so bad. Having a soul.

Y/N: ... Hey, I have an idea. Why don't we try this? When we go out together, we can take a look around the Earth and see how it's like. And in the end, you let me know when you've made up your mind, okay?

Loona: ... Yeah. Yeah, I'd like that.

Y/N smiled and they continued to look at the sunset as the sun was on the verge of heading down south.

Y/N: ... *sighs & lies down* You know, I never thought that for once in my life, I would ever get the chance to date anyone. Much less, a demon. Much more less, a hellhound. But, being with you makes me feel happy. *sits up* Do you think that... In the future, we'll be able to make it to marriage?

Loona: *blushes* N-N/N, that's gonna be a long time until we get to that, but... Judging by how this relationship between us has gone, despite our ups and downs, yeah. I think we have a chance.

Y/N: Your dad's gonna kill me, though.

Loona: Hey, I know Blitzø. He wants what you want. For me to be happy. And once he finds out about us getting married, he'll be first in line.

Y/N: Loona... On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you love Blitzø? Is it enough for you to call him your dad?

Loona: ... Look, N/N, Blitzø screws up a lot. Okay? But, that's because... He's new to being a father, ya know? He's learning to understand the boundaries of being a parent. But, he's made mistakes as he continued to be... Well, Dad. But, the love I feel between you and Blitzø is different. So, if anything, he's getting close to earning my respect.

Y/N: Heh. I wish it were that simple. My dad never screws up. I've never seen him screw up, except for my birthday cake. But, other than that, he's flawless.

Loona: N/N, no parent is flawless. You may think they have all the answers, but not everyone has the answer to some questions. And Blitzø is one of them. And so is M/N. But, if she is what you say she is, then I'm hoping that someday, I can be like her.

Y/N smiled as he heard Loona compliment M/N. He then held Loona's hand and she stared at him in surprise.

Y/N: *smiles* But, you already are. Slowly, but surely, you're becoming like her. And if Mom were here, she'd be happy to hear that. To be honest, Mom's taken a liking to you. She's happy for you.

Loona looked at him for a moment and looked at his hand that was holding hers and smiled.

Loona: Well, I'm... glad to hear that, but... Do you really believe that I can be like her?

Y/N: Loonie, I believe that you can become someone better. Like I said, you are the last person that deserves to suffer. Someone as wholesome and beautiful as you doesn't deserve to be in Hell. And I'm gonna do whatever I can to give you a bright and happy future because you are my favorite hellhound. And I love you.

Loona: Really? Y-You'd do that for me? And you really mean that?

Y/N: *nods* Anything just to see you smile happily.

Loona: *sniffles* All my life, I've... I've never met anyone as kind and gentle as you. I still don't understand how you ended up in Hell, but... I'm glad you're a part of my life. You make me happy.

Her eyes softened and she held his hand.

Loona: That's more important than you think.

Y/N looked at Loona's eyes as they softened and she smiled, which made Y/N smile.

Y/N: I know. Seeing you smile like that? There's... so much love in your smile. And... I want to do what I can to protect it because... I love you, Loona.

Loona: *smiles softly* I know. And I love you, too, N/N. You mean so much to me, but... Promise me that no matter what happens... We'll always have each other.

Y/N: I promise.

Loona sniffled and couldn't hold back her tears of joy, happiness, and relief now that she knows that Y/N is the love of her life.

Loona: *crying happily* ... Thank you, N/N. *sniffles* Seriously. I needed this.

Y/N: I will say this no matter how many times I have to. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask me.

Loona: *sniffles* Yeah. I got it. Now, can we just shut up and kiss, already, ya dork?

Y/N: *chuckles* Sure thing, ya silly goose.

He ruffled with Loona's hair and she laughed as she tried to swat his hand away. When she did, they both looked at each other in the eyes and leaned in and began to kiss. As they did, Blitzø was at the ceiling entrance and watched as their tails were wagging happily and their ears were down. He did everything he could to not cry, but he spectacularly failed and cried softly.

Blitzø: *sniffles* That's my girl... This is just too beautiful...

Soon, they let go of each other and Loona got up and stretched after she tossed her cigarette away and Y/N did the same.

Loona: *yawns* Well, I'm beat. Come on, N/N. Let's go home.

She held her hand out for Y/N to take.

Y/N admired how beautiful Loona looked as she glew under the city lights and didn't hesitate to grab her hand and helped her off her feet and carried her in his arms. He then used his thoughts to open a portal and they, even Blitzø, returned to Hell after a very memorable date.
