Jamie came back the next day and after her patrol, she went back to I.M.P. to see the others with Stolas and Via.

"Hi guys," she greeted as she landed then made her wings disappear.

"Ah, Jamie. Lovely to see you," Stolas told her.

"Same with you, Stolas," Jamie returned as they hugged.

"Awesome seeing you," Via smiled as she tightly hugged her.

"You too, Via," Jamie strained with a chuckle before she was released.

"Hey, J. So we got some business while Stolas has to take care of some royal shit. Any chance Loona and Via could hang out with you?" Blitzø requested.

"Oh yeah. I'd be thrilled to," Jamie answered.

So the three girls headed out, the hellhound and Goetia leading her to their favorite spots.

After hanging out at those places, they started heading back.

"Not very often we get to do this," Loona commented.

"You're right. I don't get to do this much back home either," Jamie told them.

"Shame. You ought to since you're the best at what you do," Via remarked.

"Eh. It's more fun when I got you two," Jamie said, putting her arms around them.

"Thanks," Loona and Via smiled.

They kept going when Jamie started to mention something to Via, trying to be cautious about it.

"So, Via..., how are things...with your mom?" she wondered.

Via sighed and explained, "The usual. I don't know why she's always like this. My dad was forced to marry her and they had me, but she was never there for me. Nothing will ever change."

"Well, I can tell you that you were the only good thing that came out of their marriage," Jamie assured.

"I can definitely agree to that," Loona chimed in.

"So can I," Striker's voice sounded.

The three girls stopped before Striker came out of an alley way with guns ready. Jamie and Loona stepped in front of a scared Via, Loona growling while Jamie preparing her sword.

"Loona, can you watch after Via in case he has others with him?" Jamie requested.

"Sure thing," Loona nodded and got Via away.

"You're really gonna do this, Cowboy?" Jamie remarked.

"The name's Striker, doll. And it ain't nothing against you; just business," he told her.

"Fine by me," she stated before making her wings appear.

This shocked Striker, but he tried to keep it from showing.

"This is gonna be fun," he smirked.

They then began fighting as well as singing.

[JAMIE:]
"I'm comin' straight on for you
I made up my mind"

"Takin a little break?" Jamie wondered.

[JAMIE:]
"Now I'm stronger, now I'm comin' through"

He tried to shoot at her only for her to deflect every bullet.

[JAMIE:]
"I'm coming straight on for you,
Yeah
Straight on for you"

"Impressive," Striker smirked.

They then leapt up the sides of the buildings to make it to the roof where the fight continued.

[JAMIE:]
"I'm coming straight on for you"

It finally got to a point where their weapons interlocked.

Jamie blew some of her hair out of her face then asked, "Had enough?"

Striker mimicked her with his hat and said, "I can so this all day. So, what's a pretty young thing like yourself doing here?"

"Oh, you know, just trying to keep a demon from attacking my two best friends," she answered.

"News flash, doll. They aren't my targets," he smirked.

"Then as long as they're safe, that's all that matters," Jamie remarked.

They fought more until she was knocked down and he put his foot to her chest.

"Look at you," Striker said.

He knocked her weapon up high, but she grabbed his ankle, threw him to the other side of the building, got up, then caught the sword.

This made him comment, "Not bad."

The fight escalated to where Jamie flipped over him, landed behind him, then kicked him forward.

Jamie laughed then asked, "So is that all you got?"

[STRIKER:]
"Now, I know how to play my hand"

"Well, I'm ready for ya," Jamie smirked.

[STRIKER:]
"What the winner don't know, the gambler understands"

"What does that even mean?" Jamie asked.

[JAMIE:]
"No! You don't stand a chance!"
[STRIKER:]
"You don't stand a chance!"

They were charging at each other until they interlocked weapons again.

[JAMIE:]
"I'm coming straight on for you!"

"You fight well for an angel," Striker said as they continued fighting.

"Wish I could say the same for you," Jamie commented.

"What do you mean?" he demanded.

"I don't know. I was expecting..." she started, spun, then added with a smirk, "more."

This made Striker look surprised before he smirked and continued the fight.

[STRIKER:]
"Straight on for you"
[JAMIE:]
"Straight on for you"
[STRIKER:]
"Straight on for you"
[BOTH:]
"Straight on for you"

By this time, they were out of breath, feeling they were pretty evenly matched.

"This ain't over, darling. I've got more surprises for ya. Just you wait," Striker declared.

He then jumped off the roof and landed on his horse before riding off. Jamie then flew herself down where Loona and Via were, making her wings and sword disappear.

"What did Striker want with you?" Loona asked.

"I don't know. I'm just glad he wasn't after you guys," Jamie answered.

"We should tell the others just in case," Via said.

"I agree. Let's head back before he decides to come back," Jamie told them.

They started heading back, being extra cautious.
