Once the news about Jamie reached everyone, their concerns were put to rest. They were able to head back to work like normal.

Three days later, it was a slow day at I.M.P., so they were pretty much doing their own thing at their desks. Blitzø was going over some paperwork on possible new clients when he heard a knock on his doorframe. He looked up to see Stolas and Via.

“Hello, Blitzø,” Stolas greeted.

“Hey, Stolas. Via,” Blitzø did the same.

“Hey,” Via waved then said, “I’ll let you both talk alone. I’ll see what Loona’s up to.”

She then left and Stolas walked in all the way before closing the door. There was a small silence at first.

“Look, Stolas-- / Blitzø, I—” they both began.

This made them laugh a bit.

“You go first,” Blitzø offered.

“Alright,” Stolas nodded, took a seat, then began, “Well, I was just going to pick up where we left off before locating Jamie. She is safe now, so I felt it was okay to continue.”

“Well, we’re just gonna jump right on into it, huh?” Blitzø smirked lightly.

“I believe so,” Stolas did the same.

“What the f*ck,” Blitzø shrugged then explained, “Stolas, you know that I suck at relationships. Shit, you’ve seen how many exes I have. I guess the main reason was because I was afraid of getting hurt. Especially by someone I…love.”

Stolas was in complete shock by this. Even Blitzø was taken back by what he said.

“Y-You…what?” he asked.

“What? I didn’t say anything. Oh f*ck! Is that a horse running past the homeless people by our building?!” Blitzø panicked while trying to smile and looking out the window.

“Darling,” Stolas called, putting a gentle hand on his shoulder, turned him around, then requested with his hands on both shoulders, “Please tell me. I need to know if this is true.”

Blitzø looked down before gently gripping Stolas’s wrists. He sighed deeply before finally having the courage to look up at Stolas and speak.

“Stolas, I always thought you and all royal demons looked down on us. I thought you only saw me as a f*ck doll, not wanting anything else from me. And after you told me how you felt, my defensive side kicked in because I didn’t want to get hurt since I still saw that in you. But then I realized that I hurt you,” Blitzø started, took a shaky breath, then went on, tears brimming, “After what I went through growing up, it's hard for me to let others in fully. But seeing you wanting to be with me and face that with me makes me want to see where this will go.”

Both broke into tearful smiles at that before embracing each other.

“I promise, Blitzø. You will never have to feel like I’ll hurt you because I never will. I’m here and I don’t plan on going anywhere,” Stolas assured.

They then parted to look at each other before eventually kissing. It was going on for a minute, not hearing a portal open in the office.

“About time you two got together,” a voice called, making them part.

They then looked to see the portal and inside it was…

“Jamie?!” they both exclaimed as she stepped through the portal.

“Yours truly,” she smirked, closing the portal.
