1) Google forms: As much as we'd like to have everyone involved and every book featured, there has to be a fair vetting process. We want to judge the books on a set criterion so that our judgments and decisions are fair and based on logic. 

This google form will be open at all times and will have a set of questions for each entry. It's available in our bio (just a click away).
- Author name
- Title
- Short bio
- Reads (so far)
- Main Genre
- Sub Genre (only 3)
- level of maturity

2) Awards: we have planned several competitions throughout the course of the year. They'll be broad-based competitions, judged by the judges amongst the community in a fair and impartial manner.

a) Prompts: Ever so often, we'll send out a prompt, it could be a word, a phrase anything really. You'll be encouraged to write a small story, a descriptive essay anything that encapsulates the prompt and is at the heart of the story.

The person who wins the Prompt Challenge (we're open to new names) gets an automatic entry into one of the competitions. They could get an entry to our monthly reads list, they could become the author of the month, you get the gist 😉

We will also be handing out badges or maybe certificates, that the two runner ups could use and add on to their stories. So do not take these prompts lightly. They come with a lot of clout and bragging rights.

The rules would be as follows:
- The story/essay would have to be of 1000 words or less.
- You will have to create a separate book and you will have to add us in your description and tag us.
- The cover used would be designed by our team.

3) Judges: This is perhaps our favorite part. We have decided not to have a permanent roster of judges. We will constantly shuffle and recreate our pannel by deciding on the authors and readers who have been the most involved in the community.

- Authors. (lucky 2 every 3 months)
- Readers  (lucky 3 every 3 months)

4) Monthly Pick: Our monthly pick and our monthly reads would be two different lists. Or monthly pick would consist of an Author of the month and A Title of the month.

These will be decided by our lovely roster of judges (a mixture of authors and readers)

5) Monthly Reads: We have slots open for our monthly reads. Authors would be welcome to register their work using a google form and judges would vote and pick between the many titles.

6) Seasonal List: We are looking forward to curating proper seasonal lists. Something that takes your mind off these troubling times. Embrace the magic of all the four seasons by experiencing heartbreak, love, change, and acceptance.

7) Our member tier list: Now this is the fun part. In a month or so, we will be evaluating the participation of the many readers and authors in the group. We will be offering special memberships.

a) Such as being part of the Barfi Gang.
b) Then you'll advance to become Jalebi Bros.
c) Which will lead you to a Thandi Kulfi status.
d) From there on you can be our Pyaray Ladoo.
f) Let's see if you can get to the King of all sweets. The top tier. Our Gulaab Jamans.

You'll be unlocking special incentives and privileges with each tier such as:

a) Special previews to upcoming chapters
b) An opportunity to add stuff to stories (little easter eggs)
c) Special/extra points in judging
d) The ability to veto any decision

And so much more!
