So here's my second rant and it goes without saying but if you haven't seen the episode or don't want to be spoiled then I wouldn't recommend reading this. Also I'm gonna say some things that may trigger some people so if you don't want that then don't read it.

Alright so let's talk about the newest RWBY episode more importantly Ilia revealing that she's lesbian/bisexual (I said both since we don't know what she is exactly). Now for so long we've had people ask "we need a LGBT+ character. Give us a LGBT+ character" well your wish was granted and what do you people do? "Oh she's a villain! You're saying that LGBT+ people are evil!" No no they're not!! The creators of this show added this to Ilia who is an antagonist yes, but that doesn't mean they're saying people like her are bad people. Now I don't have a problem with LGBT characters just as long as it isn't shoved in your face and as long as it helps progress the show's storyline. And I think this revelation about Ilia does that really well. But actually that's how I feel about any relationship in a show. Now I know what most people are thinking, what does this mean for bumblebee? Well I have a ship book but honestly no matter how much you want and hope that your favorite ship will become canon. It's not our call it's the creators and honestly any ship can become canon it just depends on how the writers have the show go. So can we all just chill?
